Wake up every morning the views of the Smoky Mountains coming through the windows. Step out on the back patio to enjoy the mountain air and the sunrise views. This single level 3 Bedroom 4 Bath cabin is semi-private (1 neighbor) in the Cobbly Nob resort, above the Bent Creek Golf Course, and minutes away from Gatlinburg. This cabin was completely renovated 05/22 from the floors down to the last stick of furniture.

Living Room
Gather around the stone gas fireplace after a long day of shopping or hiking. Relax comfortably on your choice of couch, loveseat, or armchair, and take advantage of the 65" smart TV and high-speed internet. The sofa is an additional sleep space when it pulls out to a queen bed.

Gameroom:
Challenge each other for the next high score on your favorite arcade classic or a game of billiards. Curl up by the picture windows in the game room to read a book. Bring your favorite board games or cards and sit at the large table with chairs for 8 for and take in the beautiful mountain views.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Features standard coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner with ease.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 3 bedrooms each with their own private bath and a flat-screen TV. Choose from 2 King bedrooms or 1 Queen bedroom. One king bedroom boasts a spa-like en-suite full bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate tiled shower. The King and Queen bedrooms have full baths with a tub/shower combo.

Location: 2 miles to Resort Pools, 12 Miles to Gatlinburg Strip, 17.2 miles to the Pigeon Forge Strip, 7.9 miles to Rocky Top Sports World, 5.8 miles to hiking trails in Greenbrier.

My wife and I chose this cabin for to spend Thanksgiving week with our family. We had a great time! The house is set up well regarding bedrooms and space within. Parking is difficult if you have more than 2 cars. We found all things working except the fireplace in the game room/dining area. It did not appear to have been working for some time. This was not noted during booking. However, all other things worked fine. The views are spectacular! Our family had a wonderful time.

A Bear's Leconte View was a quiet, peaceful place. We could have stayed our entire trip in the cabin. I love the open space concept and the room with the floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains. If you want a quiet getaway, this is the place to be!

I have no complaints about our stay or about the cabin. Everything was cleaned, stocked, and ready to go for us when we arrived. Even when we had problems logging into the app to get the WiFi password and other information for the cabin, Christie at Bear Tracts got us the information we needed right away. If we ever find ourselves in Gatlinburg again, we won't hesitate to stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Beautiful. The cabin was clean and very nice. We loved waking up in the morning and drinking coffee and looking out over the mountains. At night we played pool and watched movies. Definitely will be coming back

This was for my wife and I. It was our anniversary. The cabin was beautiful, had plenty of space and we had an excellent view of the mountains in the background. There was a hot tub placed perfectly to view the mountains while relaxing as well. We did not need much during our stay. Contact with the manager was minimal but the person was always pleasant and willing to answer questions when asked. There's a game room; Pool table and an old fashioned arcade style game, which was fun. I have no complaints, It was a good experience.

I thought I had already done a lengthy review of our stay, maybe it was for the management company? Pictures and description was accurate, ceiling to floor windows were very nice for viewing beautiful mountains. Fully leafed trees in spring and summer obscure some of the views. Love the knotty pine ceilings and walls. Kitchen and baths were adequately supplied for our 7 adults. Beds are firm and comfortable. Hot water is ample though water pressure is not as great for those accustomed to city life. This is a comfortable cabin, very roomy and a great point for accessing Gatlinburg and Smokys. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

Wonderful property and location. It was very well appointed and updated. We would definitely come back. My only suggestions would be to add a dresser in the 2 king bedrooms as there was no place to put clothed that don't hang, and also fix all of the floor vents. The vents weren't securely attached to the floor and could cause problems if little ones got around them. Easy fixes, but again, nothing that would stop us from coming back and having another relaxing vacation. I also appreciated the communication regarding the property and the convenience of the property app. Thank you!
