This spacious cabin with 3 King suites is primed and ready to accommodate a total of 10 for your Smoky Mountain Vacation. 2 miles to the Great Smoky National Park entrance where you can find all the hiking you could ever dream of including sections of the Appalachian Trail. Come back to relax in your private hot tub after a long day on the trails exploring waterfalls and overlooks. Only 1.5 miles to downtown Gatlinburg where you can spend a day checking out all of the shopping and activities. Here you will find Ripley's Aquarium and the Tram to Ober Mountain where you can enjoy activities for all seasons including mountain coasters, ice skating, and snow sports. 15 minutes away you will find lots of family fun with go-kart tracks, Mini Golf, Mountain Coasters, Dollywood, The Island, and more.

Main Level
The Main level king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with vertical shower step-in shower, flat screen TV, closet, and chest.
The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, a loveseat, and a flat-screen TV. Sit back and relax after a long day of hiking. You will also find the fully equipped kitchen on this level as well as the dining area. The dining room table seats 6 and the kitchen bar provides additional seating. Prepare and serve all your meals with ease!

Lower Level
On the lowest level of the cabin, you will find 2, identical, king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms containing tub/shower combos. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet and chest, allowing you to unpack, relax, and stay a while!
Step into the game room for a friendly game of pool or test your arcade skills on the multi-cade. Gather around the TV to watch your favorite sports or movie and at the end of the day transform the area into an additional sleeping space.

Mountain Sky was a great place to stay for our Gatlinburg trip. It’s got a great location, close to the National Park, Pigeon Forge and easy access to downtown. In addition it was a great place to see bears which visited almost daily.

This house was beautiful, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay with friends and kiddos! It was close enough to the Gatlinburg strip to go out for fun, a grocery store nearby, but still set up in the mountains for a quiet retreat. We loved seeing a family of bears visit daily. I only had one complaint - the house was seemingly pristinely clean, however after about 10 min with our shoes off, our socks and/or feet were BLACK from dirt. Anytime I had to wipe the floor from a small dribble (kids), the paper towel would pull up BLACK. I would recommend bringing house shoes with you to avoid any ruined socks.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very nice and the perfect layout for my family. We were very convenient to everything! Just a quick drive to gas, groceries, Dollywood and more. I would highly recommend this cabin. We even got to see a momma bear and her baby cubs several times.

Couldn’t ask for a better layout of the cabin. The separate bed rooms with full bath was perfect for the ones that want to stay up late. They could watch tv or play pool or enjoy the hot tub. The location was perfect. We even seen a bear the first night. I would stay here again. The cabin had everything that we needed to have a fabulous vacation! The only down side which is no fault of the property owners is people in the past wear their shoes in the cabin and getting stuff trapped in the floor. The floors were clean but your white socks would be brown on the bottom at the end of the day.

This was a great location for us to gather with family and visit the Great Smokey National Park! The rental was spacious, clean and very comfortable as well as beautiful! The hot tub, pool and arcade game were added bonuses. The host, not only kept us informed before, during and after but when a small problem arose they tended to it quickly!
We highly recommend staying at Bear Tracks when visiting this area!!
A couple of things that could use some attention would be:
The front step is in minor disrepair.
The footboard of the bed in the first floor master sticks out and can be a hazard at night when walking by.
Some of the batteries in the TV remotes might need changing. It wasnt a problem because there are many televisions for use!

It definitely met my expectations with cleanliness, comfort, and space. The cabin was very clean which is vital when we stay anywhere. The couches and beds were very comfortable. There were 5 of us staying there and we had more than enough room. The hot tub was nice with lights and it had a lot of space. We enjoyed the fire pit too and had s'mores. We loved how close we were to everything. It takes maybe 5 minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg. Most of all, we enjoyed seeing the bears everyday of our stay. Overall, this was one of the best vacations we had in the mountains and we will be back and rent from Bear Tracts again.

30+ years of going to Tennessee at least twice a year and have never stayed in such a nice cabin! location was perfect. Cabin was set up and furnished so nicely! VERY clean! The owners were nothing less than phenomenal! We seen bear there every single day. we locked ourselves out and within 5 minutes the owners gave us a new code and we were back in! This house is beautiful! Location is amazing! But the smell when we walked in was extremely unpleasant! The entire main floor smelled of dead fish starting the second we arrived! The odor was everywhere upstairs when we arrived making it hard to pinpoint until the morning after we arrived. This is when we discovered it was the fridge and ended up having to get rid of most of the food we brought(which all smelled and tasted of dead fish) and use our cooler we brought for the rest of the trip as the fridge. We purchased baking soda to try and help it, didn't even make a dent in the smell. Hopefully they will resolve this before any other guests, so they don't have to throw away a few hundred dollars in groceries away.

Our grandchildren loved the game room and having a place to hang out and watch movies. The location could not have been better. So close to restaurants and activities! It was our first time visiting Tennessee and found this to be both clean and well laid out. The only real issue we had was finding the spot because we arrived at midnight and according to the directions provided it seems maybe at one point the Bank reference point provided was called Tennessee Bank but has since changed its name so it threw us for a loop but thankfully we were able to use our off-road gps and it brought us right to the door, later we tried with Waze and it brought us right to the door as well. Great location just off the busy exchange very short incline to get there and you are capable of navigating around traffic. During our time in the beginning was quiet but after a couple days the Cabin across to the left decided to perform motorbike stunts on the street ( not the fault of our Cabin owner) you just never know who will be vacationing at that time. Our cabin came with everything we needed and a grocery store was literally less than one mile away and an urgent care. If I had to nitpick, the wood logs to sit on for the fire pit were useless to us, other cabins had actual chairs, also in the shower ( which was beautiful) there was no place to put down your soap. That’s really the only negatives and to be honest it was an overall good experience. We saw no bears at all but I think it’s too close to town to see any not to say they are not there. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay at another bear tracts location in the future.

Lots of steps in the beginning to go thru to book but overall it was all ok. Cabin was clean and very nice, draw back was address and directions of cabin not being clear. Address is not GPS updated so they give you directions but those directions are not clear either. Once we called them they gave us a different GPS address and it took us right to it, I suggest that is the address you give people so they don't go up that steep mountain road where trying to turn around is very hard.

Enjoyed a weekend trip to Gatlinburg for a family gathering. The rooms were excellent in size and the cabin location away from traffic. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Our family had a great time staying at the Bear Life cabin. Nice and clean. The video game was a big hit. Convenient location. I would suggest hangers for the closets and a bigger frying pan.

This cabin was stunning, very beautiful and its great for families or groups. There is also a restaurant within walking distance The Greenbrier. It was awesome too.

Only 1.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, there is also a grocery store within a mile. So plenty of things to do or to buy food for cabin.

The Beartracts owners, April and Matt, were amazing. They checked in by messages (online app) to ensure we had everything we needed and were happy.

If you are debating where to stay, do not hesitate. Place is amazing! Definitely booking again!

This cabin is located in a small community just off the parkway. It’s very close to town as well as the local grocery store. Upon entering, it was exactly as the pictures showed. It has a spacious main floor that includes an open living space in combination with the kitchen. There are lots of windows. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space to put your food. There’s a nice balcony with rocking chairs (and we even saw a bear in the distance one morning!) The master completes the main floor. It has a nice king bed and bathroom.
The lower level has a common space with a pool table and an arcade machine that my children loved. It also has a large screen tv. There is a stacked washer and dryer. Two bedrooms are located just off each side of the space. They each have their own bath. There is a hot tub off the balcony of this level.
We enjoyed this home very much. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 and had the ability to sleep more with 2 pullout sofas.
Outside (in front) there was a small grill and fire pit.
The only negative was that there was not a lot of kitchen ware. For example, there was only 4 bowls total. 4 small glasses. The pots and pans were small and it made it did difficult to cook. We improvised a lot. I will say they were responsive and brought oven mits when we couldn’t find them.
Overall a great stay.

We had a great trip. The cabin is very close to Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. The amenities were wonderful and it was like brand new. It also was easily accessible. I’ve stayed in some cabins that were really hard to get up the mountains to the cabin, but this was easy. I highly recommend. We had a family of five, but could have easily fit more people on the pullouts, etc.

The location is fantastic and the cabin is beautiful! We were so close to downtown Gatlinburg, and a short backroad to Pigeon Forge. It's very spacious and the beds were super comfy. The game room kept the kids occupied and the hot tub kept the grown ups relaxed. Management was very quick to answer any questions we had and they have an app for your phone that tells you everything you need to know about your reservation and the cabin. We are already planning our next trip to Bear Life!! Can't wait!

We were very pleased with the cabin. If we had questions or problems (reset of hot tub temp) one phone call and the issue was resolved. The beds are comfortable and the tv’s were great. Restaurants and a grocery store are close by. We will definitely come back here.
