Dumplin Valley Bluegrass Festival

Experience the Heart of Bluegrass in East Tennessee!

Join us for the 24th annual Dumplin Valley Bluegrass Festival, a cherished gathering that brings together the finest in bluegrass music amidst the picturesque backdrop of East Tennessee's natural beauty. From September 19th to 21st, 2024, our farm will come alive with the sounds of banjos, fiddles, and guitars, celebrating the rich musical heritage that has made this event a must-attend for bluegrass enthusiasts across the nation.

This year's festival promises an unforgettable lineup of talent, showcasing 15 bands that embody the spirit and soul of bluegrass. Whether you're here to stomp your feet to the up-tempo beats or to be moved by the harmonious ballads, there's something for everyone at the Dumplin Valley Bluegrass Festival.

Our covered performance area ensures the show goes on, rain or shine, with performances starting each day at noon and continuing until 11 pm. But the music isn't confined to the stage; the festival grounds will be alive with the sound of picking and jamming all week long, offering a truly immersive bluegrass experience.

Located near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and a stone's throw from Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and other East Tennessee attractions, the festival is not just an event but a destination. With amenities like food and merchandise vendors, restrooms with showers, and free parking, everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit is at your fingertips. Just remember to bring your own chair and prepare for lots of jamming!

While our campground is open most of the year, camping for the festival is by reservation only, so be sure to secure your spot early. Please note, to ensure everyone's enjoyment, smoking, pets, and glass containers are not allowed in the performance area. And for this year, we'll be skipping the traditional Wednesday night potluck, but there's still plenty of fun and music to look forward to.

Don't miss out on this beloved celebration of music, community, and tradition. Tickets will be available on our website soon. See you in September for a bluegrass experience like no other!
