Sample an incredible variety of chili recipes crafted by local restaurants, businesses, and organizations. From bold, adventurous flavors to timeless traditional recipes, there’s a chili for every taste bud. Be sure to vote for your favorite — one lucky chef will be crowned the fan favorite of the night!

Special Highlights:

• Meet Duke the Bush’s Beans Spokesdog! Snap a photo with the famous canine at the Bush’s Beans tent (first-come, first-serve).

• Live Music: Enjoy performances by TopHouse Band and The Warman Trio (VIP hour).

• Winter Magic Countdown: Join the crowd as Gatlinburg lights up with over 1 million LED twinkle lights, marking the official start of the Gatlinburg Winter Magic Celebration.

• VIP Admission - $50/person: Early entry at 4:00 PM with exclusive access to the International Chili Society Cookoff, additional live entertainment, and first access to sampling.

• General Admission - $25/person: Entry begins at 5:00 PM.

• Children under 5: Free admission (sampling spoon not included).
