Smoky Mountain Thunder Tribute

Join us for a solemn Memorial Sunday observance on May 26th, 2024, as we honor our veterans with a day of commemoration and unity. The day begins with our opening ceremonies at 10:00 am, held at the prestigious front steps of the Sevier County Courthouse in Sevierville, TN. Following the ceremonies, a police-escorted motorcycle ride will depart at 11:00 am for a scenic 65-mile journey to the Veteran’s Overlook on Clinch Mountain, offering breathtaking views and a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made by our service members.

Our closing ceremonies will take place at Veteran’s Overlook, anticipated to start between 12:15 pm and 12:30 pm, contingent upon the safe parking of all participants. This event is completely free of charge, allowing everyone to participate in this day of remembrance. Please note, for safety and organizational reasons, we cannot accommodate side by sides or ATVs in the procession.
