Bear Splash Adventure is a newly constructed, gorgeous 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom cabin rental featuring 4,000 square feet of space. Built in 2019 by a trusted local developer, the fully equipped luxury cabin is thoughtfully designed with beautiful wood features indoors and out. Decks surround two stories and provide breathtaking views of the Smokies and an unrivaled spot to sip coffee in the morning or unwind at sunset.

Located in the Gatlinburg Falls - Hidden Valley Resort and just 1 mile from the Gatlinburg Parkway, this home rental offers coveted convenience to a laundry list of local amenities.

Onsite features include a private indoor heated gunite pool, hot tub, arcade room, flat-screen TVs throughout and tasteful, hand-selected furnishings.

The main floor of the cabin has 1 bedroom, 1 and a half bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, and living room. The bedroom on this level will offer a king-size bed, an HDTV, and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a jetted tub! The living room also features a large HDTV, an electric fireplace, and a sleeper sofa for added sleeping arrangements. The dining room features seating for 18 at the dining table and an additional 5 at the bar.

Upstairs find the gaming area, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. There is also a futon for additional sleeping accommodations. Bring back the nostalgia and beat your high score on multiple arcades. Then settle in for the night in any of the 4 bedrooms on this level. 2 bedrooms offer a King size bed and an HDTV; while the remaining 2 bedrooms have a Queen size bunk bed. Two Bedrooms will have a private attached (tub/shower) bathroom, one bedroom offers a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the last bedroom offers a jack-n-jill (shower) bathroom conveniently connected to the game area.

Downstairs you will find the remaining bedroom, 1 bathroom, hot tub, 2nd gaming area, and a private indoor pool! The bedroom on this level has a queen bunk bed, an HDTV, and a jack-n-jill (shower) bathroom conveniently connected to the sitting area.

Me and my children and grands enjoyed our stay here. It was open and beautiful and plenty of room for the kids to play. The pool was a great hit also. It was stocked with everything we needed. Just brought our clothes and food and we were set. I definitely recommend this delightful place!

We enjoyed the cabin and the bears often seen near the entrance to the cabins. There was a leak in the cabin from the rain. It did put a bit of a damper on the experience and I wish the rental company would have responded more deliberately with an on-site review. However, I know it was during a holiday and everyone deserves time with their family. Besides the leak and some adjustments to sleeping arrangements, the cabin served our family very well.

The Cabin was more than amazing and more than expected! We had 16 family members stay from ages 5-66 and they all had a more than Amazing time! We will be returning next year! My wife is a chef and she was impressed with the kitchen and items provided to cook meals!

My family loved this vacation spot. The house house very clean, organized and had everything we needed. The grandkids had a blast swimming, video games and a constant lookout for bears. Everyday we had bears walking all around the property. Big bears, little bears and bear cubs. IT WAS AMAZING! The location of the house seems like you are 100 miles from everything but really 15 minutes from everything. The scenery from our back deck was a picture perfect view of the mountains. This will be a vacation that our family will never forget.

We booked the place for the views and it didn't disappoint. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Indoor pool was a plus even though chlorine smell was too much if you don't open the windows. Kids had a blast playing video games.

Our family of 19 vacationed together at this rental home. The rental home was everything we hoped it would be. Great location with wonderful views of the Smokey Mountains. Close proximity to all activities, spacious home with plenty of room for everyone, very well kept and clean. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Looking to go to Branson Missouri next year and will definitely be looking at Bear Tract vacations for rentals there.

The cabin captured the atmosphere you would expect being in the Smokey’s! The cabin had adequate space for 13 of us and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the basics and we were able to make it work when we prepared meals at the cabin. More coffee cups for larger groups could be helpful though! The furniture was nice and gave the cabin a cozy feel. The pool and the hot tub were also a hit with our group.

This cabin was excellent! I love that everyone had their own doors leading out to the balcony, and their own bathrooms. Our kids loved the indoor pool and all of the arcade games. Perfect location to Gatlinburg which was so nice to avoid all the traffic! Beautiful views of Mt LeConte as well. The only things you should know is 1. The trash you have to take down to the entrance to a compactor. It’s not a big deal but just keep in mind! And 2. The only true downfall of this cabin to me was the kitchen supplies. Normally where I’ve stayed there is enough utensils, bowls, serving containers, mugs, etc. this cabin was not very well stocked so either know that going in or bring kitchen supplies with you ! You also have to download an app to obtain any information about the cabin, again not a big deal but was an added step. Overall wonderful experience and if we go on a big family trip again we’ll definitely stay here !

Everything was as advertised. The house was clean and the views from the balconies outward were great. The first night we saw a mama bear and 2 cubs right below our balcony. During the entire stay we saw 6 bears total and several elk. The one thing they need to work on was the overall curb appeal of the grounds. Way too much construction and trash debris when looking down from above like roof shingles, pallets and general trash. It was not just this house and it's an easy fix. Money well spent. This house is well worth your money. The view is just so amazing to wake up to in the morning! The sunset and sunrise are just so beautiful. The night sky is amazing with all the shooting stars. If you want a nice relaxing time with family this is the place to get. The location is great it's maybe 15 minutes away from all the fun and action Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer. We got to see BEARS with their mommy infront of our cabin. The beds are all comfortable, everything was clean, there is enough room for everyone to enjoy. I will definitely be coming back to rent this cabin. It was just so beautiful here this time of year (October) . If I could I would give it a 10 stars

living room furniture DONE. Bed sheets didnt fit. Not all that clean. No broom or sweeper available to clean up after ourselves... Not terrible but over-priced. the view pictures are a bit optimistic as well. In a cabin village setting with many cabins around so while you can see the mountains, you see lots more cabins and roof tops.

This was the perfect cabin with such gorgeous views. We all loved our stay. The only drawback was our cabin was not ready for us. We arrived early around 2pm and the cleaning lady arrived just after us. We were already aware that we weren't able to enter until 4pm.
In the meantime we went grocery shopping. 4pm rolls around and still not ready. We finally were able to enter the cabin around 4:20ish. The housekeeper did not finish between 6:30-7pm. She was a lovely & a kind person and we felt it was a lot of cleaning that had to be done by one person for such a large cabin.
Other than that, we all had a great time and stay!

We enjoyed the cabin and the location was very convenient to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for the attractions. We had a great time playing the arcade games and utilized the hot tub and pool. Over all the cabin was clean and everything was in good working order. I would suggest putting traction strips on the stairs we had 2 members in our party slip and fall. The views were great as well and we would stay again!

THE CABIN WAS AWESOME. GREAT LOCATION, PLENTY OF BEDS, AND THE KITCHEN WAS NICE AND LARGE. THE FAMILY ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN LARGER, BUT WE TOTALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE GAMES, POOL AND SPA WERE ADDED BONUSES. CAN’T WAIT TO PLAN A SUMMER VACAY WITH BEAR TRACTS. THE ONLY THING NEGATIVE I COULD SAY IS...IT WAS SAD TO SEE ALL THE GARBAGE STREWN OVER THE MOUNTAINSIDE. I AM GUESSING FROM GUESTS LEAVING TRASH AND THE ANIMALS DOING THAT.

We had an amazing time. Would highly recommend staying here. Must sees: Anakeesta, definitely do one of the driving trails and stop and do one of the hikes to see a fall. shopping and eating in town. Stay here!
