This spacious 3 level cabin rental features 5-bedrooms and 5-bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 16 people. Each bedroom offers a flat screen TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan.

With 3,300 sq. ft., there is plenty of room for multiple families, a couples retreat or family reunion. The main floor is allotted for comfortable relaxation in the large living area with a wall of windows. Curl up in front of the fireplace with a good book and hot chocolate for a quiet evening on the ample comfortable seating or catch the game or latest movie on the flat screen TV. Open to the living area with plentiful seating for 10 people; dine around the large dining table for 16. Additional seating for 3 is offered at the granite kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all you that is need to prepare delightful meals and modernized with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

Wind down at the end of the day by watching your family's favorite movies in the theater room, complete with a 10' projection screen. In the morning, whip up a tasty breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen. Savor your coffee out on one of the large decks.

The gameroom is packed with plenty of entertainment! Test your skills on the 7 foot pool table or enjoy some friendly competition on the air hockey table. Take a walk back in time and play games like Pac Man and Galaga on the Multi-Cade or spend hours playing over 400 pinball tables on the digital pinball machine.

Upper Floor: King Bedroom with private bath and balcony. 2 additional king bedrooms with private baths.

Main Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with flat screen TV and fireplace. King Bedroom with private bath. Additional 1/2 bath.

Lower Floor: Game Room, with a 1/2 bath, Theater, side by side Washer and Dryer, Bedroom with Full bunk and twin bunk and a private full bathroom and flat screen TV. Walk out onto the covered patio to sit out by the fire pit or enjoy a relaxing evening in the hot tub.

Visit as many attractions as you like on a daily basis and receive one admission to each of those attractions every day. Unused admissions expire daily. Expired and redeemed admissions are replenished the following day and can be used again.

Perfectly located on a hill a mile or so from the busy part of Gatlinburg and just a 15-20 min drive to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Beautiful scenery and even a couple ‘big furry visitors’ �� stopping by. Very open, comfortable, very clean. The property managers were very professional and accessible. We would recommend to future guests.

We had a great time in Gatlinburg. Our cabin was close to everything we wanted to do yet private enough to enjoy our own space. Our party was 8 adults and 4 children. The kids stayed in the bunks downstairs in the game room. (Ages 6,6,5 & 3) and had a blast. Each adult couple had their own room with a king size bed and their own personal bathroom. And the ladies and children enjoyed the hot tub every evening. It was great! We done a Walmart pickup and set it for our arrival time and stopped by and brought groceries in with us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with and then some. Our next to the last day we had a visitor. A black mama bear and her two cubs. Momma bear wandered all around our property and rested against my car then went on to her babies across the parking lot. We all watched from balcony to balcony. It was cool to see up close. I recommend this stay for anyone. We were within minutes of downtown Gatlinburg and not far from Pigeon Forge.

This is the second time we stay in this cabin within the same year. It is extremely spacious and clean, very well stocked in every way. The game room and to see the room really adds to extra fun when you’re tired and want to stay home for a bit. Jacuzzi and barbecue area is very cozy. I highly recommend this place. My family and I will be going back often.

Bears Gathering Review/Thoughts
First let us begin by stating that the cabin Bears Gathering was a very nice cabin with plenty of parking and handled our group of nine family members: Giving us plenty of space. We must say though adding the bears and letting them come visit every day was thoughtful and entertaining! The location was perfect for not having a clue where we were or what activities we planned to do. With all this being said, we do have some suggestions and minor complaints.
Arrival - We arrived at 4 per the instructions. We unloaded the vehicles and went straight to the grocery store to get food for dinner. We are a cooking family. Once we got back and started looking for pans, utensils, etc. Every dish, glass, pan pulled out of the cabinets was dirty. I was shocked to see the kitchen items so 4thtime yard sale finds. The knives were extremely dull. The baking sheets and pans and utensils were very disappointing. There was bottle of hand soap at the kitchen sink. Thankfully I pac

My family and I had an amazing experience will visiting Gatlinburg, VA and staying in the Bears Gathering Cabin. The cabin was BEAUTIFUL and clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more from appliances, pots, pans, utensils; etc. We cooked a very large meal and had plenty of space and supplies to do so. When we had minor problems with the tv projector; someone came right out. I would definitely recommend Bear Tract and will be staying with them on my next visit!

The house was more than we even imagined! Every bedroom had its own full bathroom and tv, the kitchen was well equipped and the dining table was large enough for everyone to sit around for meals and a game night. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub made for relaxing evenings after long days of adventure. And, my favorite, morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the woods and enjoying the fresh air and calm.

This cabin is super cute. It’s very spacious and most of all it’s very clean. The place was squeaky clean, and the host was wonderful to communicate with. I highly recommend it for a quite a weekend or some fun time because there’s everything to do between Pigeon, Forge and Gatlinburg. Bring the family and have fun, but also be able to rest.

Our stay at Bear Tracts was everything we could have hoped for. The cabin was clean and well taken care of. The proximity to attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg made it easy to go out and do things, but in the event we wanted to just relax at the cabin, the balcony, hot tub, theater, and game room gave plenty of options, too. Some of us lucked out and saw a bear wandering through the backyard, which for the little kids, was definitely a highlight. We loved our vacation with extended family in the Smokies!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in your cabin! It was nice and spacious. I love the fact that it was clean and I didnt have to clean anything when we got there. When I called about the water filter, it was taken care of right away. Its always a plus when maintenance is needed for something and they come right out and get it taken care of the same day!
We got to see bears one day, which was awesome! One thing I think is needed, is a light at the side when approaching the steps. Its a little dark there and you cant see if theres something around the corner or not.
We will definitely be back!

A wonderful beautiful cabin. I have rented a lot of cabins in the Mts over the years. But I think this one is the cleanest I have ever rented. The cabin was perfect but I misunderstood I thought I seen it was a dryer there thinking it was a hair dryer but it was a clothes dryer. I was thankful for that but I did not bring a hair dryer dryer

We had a wonderful time staying at Bear's Gathering! The cabin was super clean, well stocked and the location close to town was perfect. We had a family of bear's walk through the back yard while grilling out dinner which was a highlight for the teens. Loved that all the rooms had their own bathrooms! My only complaint would be that the walls are very, VERY thin. You can hear every conversation going on downstairs in the upstairs bedrooms, even with TV's on and doors closed. I would also caution that the cabin has ALOT of steps to climb to enter the cabin's front door. This would have been nice to know as we had our mother with us that just had a knee replacement. I made sure the cabin had a bedroom on the main floor for her but the descriptions and pictures didn't make it known there was such a climb to get to the main level. The description really should include that for future guests. Overall though, I would definitely stay again. This is our second rental stay with Bear Tracts and always the first company I check with when looking for a cabin!

We were so grateful that the property owner's were gracious enough to make the cabin available the same day we needed it because our original cabin was a dump.

This cabin exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and upscale with a game room, theater room, and a fabulous kitchen with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was amazing. We went on spring break with a group of friends, eight adults and eight children. The app was very helpful for any questions we had if we couldn't find the answer the rental company was prompt to answer our questions. Our only recommendations are to add a stepstool for the hot tub, label the remotes in each room so they don't get lost, and to tighten the screws on the cabinet doors. We found that there were a handful of cabinet doors with loose screws. We would definitely recommend this cabin for larger groups, lots of entertainment in the game room

Bears Gathering is a great cabin and perfect for a family or even two! It was clean and ready to go for us. We enjoyed the game room, fire pit, and hot tub.

Communication was great with the rental company.

It is located in a small community of cabins but it does have a private backyard compared to others in the neighborhood. You are close to other cabins but it was a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the Greenbrier restaurant for dinner and drinks.

The cabin was perfect (described accurately). Very clean upon arrival. We were a group of 10 women for a bachlorette weekend. Having 5 rooms with their own bathrooms was wonderful. The cabin had a fully stocked kitchen and more than enough basic starter pack of dish soap, paper towels, etc. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. I think we used every part of this cabin except the theater room. We played pool, air hockey, got in the hot tub. I would absolutely book this cabin again. The owner always responded to my questions leading up to the trip, we did not need to contact them for any problems during our stay.

Bears Gathering was a beautiful and very spacious cabin. our family group of 14 had plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the game room. The location is great. We used the Trolley to go into town and avoid parking issues in Gatlinburg. The Trolley stop was just a few blocks away.

We had such a fun family vacation in your spacious cabin. Everything was beautiful and extra clean. It had everything you could possibly need and more. The fire pit and game room got plenty of use and the decks kept us safe from the bears that walked by. The area around the fire pit needed a bit of landscaping improvement as the small ones were constantly tripping over bunched up netting. Other than that I would recommend Bears Gathering for your family getaway that is five minutes to downtown Gatlinburg.

Came to Gatlinburg with extended family. This cabin was huge and in great shape. Only a couple minor things that were dealt with right away by management. My whole family had a great stay. Cant wait to come back!

Spacious, clean, and all the comforts of home, this was the perfect space for family attending my daughter’s graduation in Maryville. Equally impressive was the communication from the property managers/owners leading up to our stay. The app was convenient and the checkin tip about taking a pic of the access codes in case of limited internet was very thoughtful.

The only thing we didn’t totally love was the close proximity to neighbors. The setting is basically a subdivision and we were so close we commented on each other’s meals while cooking out. Not a problem if you like a community feel, but something to consider if you’re wanting privacy and mountain views. Otherwise this home is amazing!

The house doors will not shut due to the home settling. Our fire place would not work which was a bummer. There was construction right out front of our house which created a lot of noise and parking issues. But all in all a good trip.

The game room and theater in the basement was awesome and had something for everyone. Loved having smart tvs with cable in all the bedrooms. Each family had their own restroom with 2 additional half baths. It was the perfect set up. We were hoping to see some bears but no luck. We will just have to come back and visit again. The location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was perfect as well. I have no complaints! The management company was amazing and answered all our questions and very responsive. We will be back for sure!

The cabin was everything we expected and more. We had such a great time and spent so much time playing the arcade games. One night we even got to watch a bear off the back deck which was an awesome experience. I would highly recommend any Bear Tract cabins to anyone staying in this area, they make sure every detail is taken care of and you can just relax the entire vacation without any worries. I can wait to book the next vacation with them.

Our family really enjoyed Bears Gathering. It was clean, attractive and had plenty of room for us to spread out. Very convenient to Gatlinburg. Check in and out was seamless. The only issue we had is poor wifi on the lower floor. Not a huge issue but the kids’ room is downstairs and they were unable to use TV or tablets in that room due to poor wifi. It worked fine on the main and upper floors. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend.

Plenty room for the entire family to have their own space. The teens enjoyed the gameroom. The best aspect was location. It was very close to downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty of parking for all of the cars. One opportunity was more lighting to the entrance walkway. NOTE: There is construction in the area but was not and issue because we were cabin during early and late hours.
