This spacious 3-level cabin rental features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 16 people. Each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a ceiling fan.
With 3,300 sq. ft., there is ample space for multiple families, a couple's retreat, or a family reunion. The main floor is allotted for comfortable relaxation in the large living area with a wall of windows. Curl up in front of the fireplace with a good book and hot chocolate for a quiet evening on the ample, comfortable seating, or catch the game or the latest movie on the flat-screen TV. Open to the living area with plentiful seating for 10; dine around the large dining table for 16. Additional seating for 3 is offered at the granite kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare delightful meals and modernized with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Wind down at the end of the day by watching your family's favorite movies in the theater room, complete with a 10' projection screen. In the morning, whip up a tasty breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen. Savor your coffee out on one of the large decks.
The gameroom is packed with plenty of entertainment! Test your skills on the 7-foot pool table or enjoy some friendly competition on the air hockey table. Take a walk back in time and play games like Pac-Man and Galaga on the Multi-Cade or spend hours playing over 400 pinball tables on the digital pinball machine.
Upper Floor: King Bedroom with private bath and balcony. 2 additional king bedrooms with private baths.
Main Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a flat screen TV and a fireplace. King Bedroom with private bath. Additional 1/2 bath.
Lower Floor: Game Room, with a 1/2 bath, Theater, side-by-side Washer and Dryer, Bedroom with a Full bunk and twin bunk, and a private full bathroom and flat screen TV. Walk out onto the covered patio to sit out by the fire pit or enjoy a relaxing evening in the hot tub.

The host was awesome. The only thing that Id love to see. Is if you stay 5 days having the tickets printed out to be able to use when wanted. With the attractions it was difficult to use the tickets having to schedule a time to use them. We stayed 5 days and didnt use the attractions due to having to call or go online to schedule the use. The cabin on the other hand was awesome. Plenty of cook ware and dishes. Loads of bear sightings. All though without food in the cars still had bear scratches on all the cars. Overall will visit using this location again next year.

I will say it would have been nice to have the hot tub off of the ground level, like some other rentals in the complex. We looked forward to it, but didn't get much use out of it because there were a lot of bears, hence the name Bears Gathering I suppose! Lol. We saw our first within 10 minutes of being there while we were unloading the cars. All in all we prob saw them about 20 times throughout our stay. I'm told that isn't the norm, but we actually enjoyed seeing them... from a distance of course!
Overall, if we decided to come back to the Smokey Mountains, we would definitely rent with Bear Tracts again!

Bears Gathering Review/Thoughts
First let us begin by stating that the cabin Bears Gathering was a very nice cabin with plenty of parking and handled our group of nine family members: Giving us plenty of space. We must say though adding the bears and letting them come visit every day was thoughtful and entertaining! The location was perfect for not having a clue where we were or what activities we planned to do. With all this being said, we do have some suggestions and minor complaints.
Arrival - We arrived at 4 per the instructions. We unloaded the vehicles and went straight to the grocery store to get food for dinner. We are a cooking family. Once we got back and started looking for pans, utensils, etc. Every dish, glass, pan pulled out of the cabinets was dirty. I was shocked to see the kitchen items so 4thtime yard sale finds. The knives were extremely dull. The baking sheets and pans and utensils were very disappointing. There was bottle of hand soap at the kitchen sink. Thankfully I pac

Staff and owner at Bear Tracts was helpful and responsive! Cabin was everything it was promised to be! Furniture and mattresses should be considered for up grades as the are showing wear and tear.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in your cabin! It was nice and spacious. I love the fact that it was clean and I didnt have to clean anything when we got there. When I called about the water filter, it was taken care of right away. Its always a plus when maintenance is needed for something and they come right out and get it taken care of the same day!
We got to see bears one day, which was awesome! One thing I think is needed, is a light at the side when approaching the steps. Its a little dark there and you cant see if theres something around the corner or not.
We will definitely be back!

The cabin was perfect but I misunderstood I thought I seen it was a dryer there thinking it was a hair dryer but it was a clothes dryer. I was thankful for that but I did not bring a hair dryer dryer

This cabin is AMAZING, and our stay was wonderful!!! It has everything you would find in one of the nicest homes. The hosts were also great and accommodated us on the same day we contacted them. We look forward to staying with them again.

The app was very helpful for any questions we had if we couldn't find the answer the rental company was prompt to answer our questions. Our only recommendations are to add a stepstool for the hot tub, label the remotes in each room so they don't get lost, and to tighten the screws on the cabinet doors. We found that there were a handful of cabinet doors with loose screws. We would definitely recommend this cabin for larger groups, lots of entertainment in the game room

It is located in a small community of cabins but it does have a private backyard compared to others in the neighborhood. You are close to other cabins but it was a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the Greenbrier restaurant for dinner and drinks.

The location is great. We used the Trolley to go into town and avoid parking issues in Gatlinburg. The Trolley stop was just a few blocks away.

It had everything you could possibly need and more. The fire pit and game room got plenty of use and the decks kept us safe from the bears that walked by. The area around the fire pit needed a bit of landscaping improvement as the small ones were constantly tripping over bunched up netting. Other than that I would recommend Bears Gathering for your family getaway that is five minutes to downtown Gatlinburg.

The setting is basically a subdivision and we were so close we commented on each other’s meals while cooking out. Not a problem if you like a community feel, but something to consider if you’re wanting privacy and mountain views. Otherwise this home is amazing!

Wonderful place to stay, convenient to town. The cabin is very nice, clean and large. Daily visit by local bears that we really enjoyed watching, we will definitely book again.

One night we even got to watch a bear off the back deck which was an awesome experience. I would highly recommend any Bear Tract cabins to anyone staying in this area, they make sure every detail is taken care of and you can just relax the entire vacation without any worries. I can wait to book the next vacation with them.
