A Bears Haven is the perfect getaway being just minutes from the Pigeon Forge area attractions, all the shopping you would want to do and close to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This beautiful cabin offers 3 bedrooms, a home theater, game room, wrap-around covered decks with hot tub and a fire pit!

The paved flat driveway will park 3 cars and motorcycles comfortably.

Entering the cabin you will have a bedroom on the right featuring a queen bed, large flat screen HDTV, dresser and closet. Across the hall is a full bathroom with tub/shower. As you walk on down the hall you will find the open-plan fully equipped kitchen with bar counter and a dining area with ample seating for the everyone. The living room features comfortable leather furniture, including a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, a large, flat screen HDTV, cable package with 100+ channels including ESPN and Wi-Fi. Doors off of the dining area and living area lead out onto the wraparound deck with ample seating and a hot tub.

Upstairs you will find a master bedroom offering a king bed, a large flat screen HDTV, a jetted tub for two, and a full bathroom.

The lower level is all about the fun starting with a home theater, game room and access to the spacious deck. The theater room offers a sleeper sofa and cinema style seating and a 60 Inch flat screen HDTV. The game room offers a pool table, an arcade, and pub table. For added convenience there is also a closet with stackable washer and dryer.

The spacious bedroom features a Queen Bunk, a large flat-screen HDTV and a full bathroom. There is also an extra flat-screen for use with any gaming systems or streaming devices that you want to bring.

Enjoy a cook-out on the charcoal BBQ grill or gather around the nearby fire pit while listening to the sounds of nature.

Absolutely beautiful cabin. My family loved staying here and it had plenty of room for us. TV upstairs didnt work but we were only up there at night to sleep so it wasnt a big deal to us. Not far from Dollywood at all or all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge so it is the perfect location if you plan on doing any activities. We loved the free passes they offered.

This was such a pretty cabin. All visitors inside loved it. The place was perfectly clean. We had privacy. The woods were so peaceful.
The woods were very filled in and grown, which was nice, but I thought (based on pictures I have seen, that there would be a little view of the mountains, but it did not. If I reserve through this company again, I will get a cabin higher on the mountain. Based on the original pictures, I also thought there was a large community pool for my family to enjoy, but there was not. Individual cabins have pools and I only know that by looking up information while we were at the cabin.
The free passes each day were a great perk, since everything is pretty expensive in this vacation location.
The oven did not work and we were not told about that, but there was a countertop oven that we used and made work. When I called maintenance, they already knew about it and said they had the part ordered.
Overall, an excellent cabin and a really good company.

Nice property, close to downtown Pigeon Forge. Entire family enjoyed their stay. We did not have any issues during our stay. Would book with Bear Tracts again. Deck furniture could be updated but it served its purpose.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the cabin. It was clean and the perfect size for our family of 9. The Christmas decorations were a very nice surprise. Very Convenient. The cabin was located near all the attractions and close to Gatlinburg. Thank you! I highly recommend.

So we got there and the cabin wasn’t ready, but bear tracts made up for that with the free activity passes, so no problem there the only thing I didn’t really like was the lack of lighting all around the deck and the lack of lighting by the washer and dryer, install lights for those areas this place would be golden

There were 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room for everyone. The game room was a big hit, pool table and arcade. Location was great, short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It would have been helpful to have a user guide for the TVs and more lightning in the kitchen dining area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cabin.

The cabin was beautiful and clean when we arrived.The properly was quite and secluded. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. They spent all of their time on the lower level. The kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend adding potholders/oven mitts to the kitchen, if they were in the kitchen, we couldn’t find them. We did have a septic issue while we stayed but maintenance came and took care of it. We also had to call the house cleaning service to come afterwards to cleanup the mess, which they did in a timely manner. Overall our group had a great time!

The cabin was great, the driveway was an easy drive and the location was very close to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The cabin was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was great and the game room was an added bonus. We enjoyed our time at the cabin. It had plenty of room for our group. We did have a few issues and most were fixed within a day or two. I would suggest providing information to turn on the arcade and the remotes for each tv. I did not have success with the Hospitality app. It took us to the wrong house when we arrived. The app would freeze and shut down often. We only had two issues that kept us from providing a 5 star rating. The mattress in the game room is very loud. It made a noise with every little movement. It was not the most comfortable. Also, the floors creak a lot. Any movement made on the main floor or upstairs would be heard on the floor below. Other than that, the cabin was great!

We really enjoyed our stay! The communication was very timely and helpful. It is a beautiful home and accomodated our group of eight well. The hot tub was a hit with our kids. :) Thank you for a taste of home, away from home.

Cabin was in a great location and in great condition. The only complaint I would have is that the surround sound in the theater room only had one speaker working. The maintenance man, Michael, looked at it but there was only 1 speaker wire ran to it. We had some issues with the TV's in some of the rooms but Val worked hard to get them corrected. The Bear Tracts personnel were great in having every issue we had resolved to the best of their abilities.

We had some issues but for the most part the Bear Tracts team did everything they could to resolve them. The only issue that remained was the surround sound system in the theater room only had one speaker working. The maintenance man, Micheal, did everything he could but there were wires missing. We could not be more pleased with Val, who spent several hours on the phone with the cable/internet company, and Micheal, maintenance man. The Bear Tracts team did a great job ensuring we had everything we needed/wanted and were happy. Thank you Bear Tracts team for a GREAT family vacation.

I would recommend this property to friends and family; it was roomy and in good condition. The only thing that really needs to be improved is the bed in the main floor bedroom. The management company said they have asked for the mattress to be replaced - but I spent several nights sleeping on the couch which wasn't much more comfortable for sleeping. Our family who slept in the upstairs bedroom and in the basement bedroom didn't voice any concerns about their sleeping conditions. The management was very responsive and pleasant to work with when we had a maintenance concern. I will say I wasn't a fan of the App used by the management company. We were able to use the discount offers on a couple of things I planned before leaving home. But it did take quite a bit of time to arrange those discounts & I failed to read that the service closed at 6:00 p.m. so we weren't able to use it to it's full potential (my fault). I suggest reviewing the offers and making arrangements when you have down time- because trying to use these offers while out and about didn't work too well.

We’ve been vacationing in Tennessee for several years, can’t believe it took us so long to find Bear Tracts vacation cabins. They went beyond our expectations and we’re quick to respond. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and very family friendly. We stayed at A Bear Haven, this cabin was absolutely beautiful the view is breath taking. I give Bear Tracts a 10 star rating, we will definitely rent from them again next year.

We loved our stay in the cabin. Everything was great. We had a little trouble getting the hot tub going but we got it finally. Plenty of space. We got to see a bear once for a short amount of time.
