Book this cabin and enjoy your favorite beverage in the six-person hot tub as you melt away life’s stress. Swing or rock to the soothing sounds of the mountains while sitting out on either of the two levels of decks admiring nature. Enjoy an evening of games such as pool, air hockey, foosball, or darts.
All the modern comforts of home are available in the well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Fix a meal out on the grill and enjoy eating on the back deck while watching for wildlife. Toss a load of laundry in the stacked washer/dryer and take your clothes home clean. Take a dip at the seasonal swimming pool or enjoy access to the stocked fishing pond at the bottom of the road. WIFI and cable flat-screen TVs are also available.
Inside, vaulted wood-beamed ceilings, a two-level wall of windows, and wood crafted furniture add to the adorable bear décor that fills this home. This spacious cabin can sleep up to 9 guests. The main-floor master bedroom features a king-size bed with an attached en-suite bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa also is available on the first level. Upstairs in the large loft is a queen handcrafted log bed, additional queen sleeper sofa, gaming area, and a second full bathroom with a large garden/soaking tub. A second upstairs loft area is accessible by ladder and features a twin bed for an additional child.
Considered the quiet side of the mountain, BearSlide Inn is located in the prestigious Preserve Resort. It is close to all the local Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend, Cades Cove, and Great Smoky Mountain National Park treasured activities, but away from the hustle-bustle of town. The Preserve resort is one of the closest resort areas to Cades Cove and offers access into the park from two locations within minutes. Paved, well-maintained roads lead up to this cabin that offers the best of it all in a mountain escape. Beautiful relaxing comfort awaits you.

Pet Policy: Small dog friendly only. Maximum 2 dogs. Must be housebroken and limited to 25lbs ea. (No Exceptions) There is a non-refundable pet fee applied at booking. Please remember that our furry family members can act out of character when in a new environment. Please bring a kennel or enclosure to house your pet when you are not in the cabin with them. Also, pets should refrain from relaxing on the furniture.

We had a very nice few days stay here. The property was as advertised, beautiful scenery and views! The a free a day passes were nice to have as well! The mattresses on the beds could use a topper or new, but the loft area was a big hit with my grandson. The hot tub was great after a long day hiking the Smokies. The street/neighborhood was cute and I felt the owners/management was clear and detailed in their notes and instructions to us. Great communication! We would stay here again

Bear Tracts staff were very helpful. Cabin was clean and stocked well. However the cabin needs some work. My 85 year old mother slept in king bed which headboard on the window side and wind was blowing through on her. She then slept at the foot of the bed to prevent getting sick. A lot of the windows throughout the cabin were drafty the high ones upstairs where I slept when the wind would blow the blinds were moving. The back deck needed some repair and the oven looked old and dirty so we did not cook in the oven while we were there. Some of the cooking pots that were Teflon coated were in real bad shape. We didn’t want to use those so we used the stainless ones that were provided. You also had to watch that first step coming into the cabin on the front porch. It was sunk in to the concrete had to really make sure my mom got in OK and out. All in all we had a good stay, but the cabin needs a few upgrades. Also one of the remotes for the TV had
no batteries. The other one that had batteries didn’t work and then the
skinny remote for the Samsung TV is the one we had to use in order to
watch TV. instructions for the hot tub and the TV need to be updated and
reviewed.

When we rented this cabin we didn't realize how high up in the mountains it was but after we made it there the view was beautiful. The cabin wad very clean. There is so much to do within a 30 min drive and the wildlife is amazing I would definitely recommend this cabin to others.

The drive into the mountains, the placement of the cabin and the views were so amazing. The community was clean and quiet. The cabin was clean, cool in temperature, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The game room was so cool, the hot tub was used every night. Only minor inconvenience was the front door code was 10 digits long and the door locked every time it shut. I tried to change the code with directions provided but it didn’t work, not a huge deal.

We have been staying in this same cabin for at least 11 years now. The cabin is always clean and ready when we get there. This is the first stay with Bear Tracts as the management and they performed well Their last company "VACASA" was horrible even though the cabin was great. I believe they have turned a corner with this new company. The only negative was that never before had we had issues with storage. All closets and dressers were completely full with cabin items. The master closet was locked from access. This forced us to live out of a suitcase and nowhere to hang clothes up the entire stay. Never before was this a problem and as I said we have been staying in this same unit over a decade. Having to lay clothes all over which needed to hang and leave items in suitcase was not what we expected. If you plan on renting here just be aware of the storage issue. I would still come here but pack differently in anticipation of this.

There were 5 overwhelming air fresheners that we had to place outside for the week to lessen my breathing issues. Had to have the windows cleaned because we couldn’t see out of them. Had to dust under and around tv and mantle. But is was a beautiful place otherwise.

All I can say that I was this cabin was amazing! We originally had a cabin somewhere else and the bad storm knocked the power out and they could not tell me how long the power would be out for! About to cut our trip short Morgan went above and beyond to make sure she found us a nice cabin and she did! Wonderful customer service! Will definitely be back !

The view was amazing and the cabin was very nice. The beds were not the best and mattresses could use to be replaced. Overall a nice cabin. The bed in the loft would not work for anyone besides a small child and the mattress doesn’t stay on the frame well at all. We ended up having that child sleep on the couch. There was also lots of bay or rodent poop all over the porches that I had to sweep off before we could even step foot on it so the kids would one track it in.

This cabin is beautiful and we loved all the bear decorations. It has everything you need. We got to see a bear walking by under the deck. That was pretty cool. It was my myself, my husband and our two grandkids. My two grown children ended up not getting to come. We would definitely love to come back. My grandkids loved the game room upstairs. My husband and I mostly stayed on the first floor except to go up to the hot tub or play a game with the grandkids. This cabin is very close to everything. It was also very nice getting a free ticket daily to many attractions. We got to experience many things. Highly recommend this cabin. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

While searching for lodging came across Bear Slide Inn and the pictures looked great. While arriving and entering the cabin looked even better than pictures. The property was clean and the views are breathtaking. My family loved the pool table, Pac-Man and darts upstairs. The hot tub was amazing and saw a ton of bears on the property. The location is great quiet and away from the busy parts of town, but still super close. The owners are always quick to respond and if you get a chance to stay here do it! We will be back for sure!! Best family trip ever!! The

Pictures just don’t do it justice on the website. The view is amazing and the property is clean & super comfy. Saw a ton of bears and enjoyed the hot tub and the views from the patio. We loved our stay at Bear Slide Inn. We were there for 4 nights, starting 11/9/22. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The cabin was beautifully decorated, clean and had pretty much everything you need, even a wine opener (but no wine glasses) and blow dryer. The views from both floors inside the cabin and on the covered porches was fantastic. April was a pleasure to deal with as we contacted her a few times with questions before our stay and she was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed using the hot tub. Just make sure you turn up the temperature a few hours in advance of when you plan to use it. It was so relaxing drinking our morning coffee on the porch and watching the low clouds among the mountains and then slowly disappear as the sun started to filter in. The cabin was located in The Preserve Resort, which is like a small development in the mountains. The roads getting in were all paved and in great shape, but they were narrow, curvy, steep in some places and dark. The Preserve has quite a few cabins so you aren't exactly secluded, but we preferred that as access was easy. The free tickets were fantastic and there really was no catch. We got a free ticket to Dollywood, Anakeesta and zip lining and all we had to do was call. There was no sales pitch or pressure to do anything else. We would definitely recommend Bear Tracts and Bear Slide Inn.

We had a long weekend with Election Day and decided to do a quick getaway. This cabin was perfect. Plenty to do (air hockey, pool, darts, etc.). The hot tub was great too!! We tried to hit up all the fun things in pigeon forge while we there too. Hoping to go back when we can actually spend more time just hanging out at the cabin.
I definitely recommend staying here!

This was my first time staying there and must say we loved it very much. We usually stay in a condo but it wasn't empty and decided to go with a log cabin. The view was great. I realize everything costs a lot of money and for that reason we will most likely return to the condo. We try to go3-4 times each year.

The cabin was beautiful inside and out..Loved all the bears decorations...The view was breathtaking..It was a perfect fit for my family..I vacationed with my husband, daughter and two grandkids..Was like having two separate homes..While me and my husband stayed downstairs most of the time my daughter and grandkids stayed upstairs with her kids.So we all had our own space..only time we went upstairs was to get in the hot tub and enjoy the amazing view..There was plenty of games to keep the kids entertained when we were at the cabin..The beds were very comfortable also a loft bed for my oldest granddaughter (12 yrs old) so she felt special to have her own space..We saw many bears walking around on the third and forth day.. it was an amazing vacation cabin I will definitely be back..Also the owners of the cabin are very quick to get back to you with any questions you may have..I absolutely loved this cabin..I promise you won't be disappointed if you vacation in this cabin...

The property is very roomy even though looking at the pics it may not seem so. Very clean, Bear slide Inn had everything I could need in the kitchen! Well stocked! Beautifully decorated! Comfortable beds! The jets in the upstairs jacuzzi tub did not work but it didn't really matter that much to us because it was just my fiancé and I and there is a hot tub and a smaller jacuzzi tub downstairs. Over all the cabin was wonderful! The only downside to the vacation was it had no grass anywhere all pavement. The grill is sitting right where u park and there isn't but a few feet between you and all the other cabins so there is much privacy. Next time I stay I am going to look for something more off to itself.

The cabin was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and supplied with board games and such to make for a wonderfully spent vacation. We came to the cabin for some downtime and to just relax, taking in the scenery of the mountains so we only left the cabin once during our stay. Our only regret was not reserving the property longer! We definitely recommend Bear Slide Inn to others!

While searching for lodging for our six, adult family members, each had different requests for what amenities they wanted at their disposal. I believe the BearSlide Inn fulfilled them all. For me, it was the beautiful porches, the view, and a wall full of windows to let in the sunlight. Check, check and check. The view was even better than the pictures on the website as the tree, that partially obstructed the view, had been cut down.
For my wife, it was the well-equipped kitchen, which she said, "Had everything you could possibly need".
I was a little worried that the cabin would be a little small, due to some distortion in the pictures on the website, but it was very spacious, with plenty of room that we were never in each other's way. In fact, we enjoyed being in the cabin so much, that we spent less time sightseeing in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
We will definitely return to the BearSlide Inn, should we find ourselves back in that area, and if the cabin is available.

We had small little things that needed attention but the owners texted me back asap and fixed the problem! This is a new favorite when we travel to Tennessee. Our cabin was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were also many games for great entertainment. We enjoyed the hot tub. One of the highlights is that we got to see a cute family of bears :) Overall it was a great stay and the staff was very professional. We’ll definitely recommend to our friends and family.

This cabin was unbelievable. The view from the back porch balconies was Joseph beautiful. Stunning. 10/10 would recommend that you stay here! That price was fantastic as well!! It was also really great to have an air hockey table and a pool table to play with when we didnt feel like leaving the comfort of this cabin! We WILL stay here again!

Great location! Plenty of room for the family. Downtown Sevierville has a ton to do! Take advantage of the daily free admission. Beautiful hiking spots nearby, and easy access to Knoxville & Gatlinburg. We will be back!

We had wonderful family time and enjoyed our stay at the BearSlide Inn. The location was close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park which allowed for our daily excursions. Among the many hikes, my favorite this hike this trip was Abrams Falls.
