A Beary Special Chalet is a luxury 6-bedroom, 5 full bath, and 2 half bath cabin spanning over 4,300 sq. ft. Built in 2022, this Sevierville cabin combines modern design with rustic Smoky Mountain charm. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, group getaway, or multi-family vacation, this cabin offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the Smoky Mountains.
Nestled in Thunder Mountain Resort, you’ll be just 4.5 miles from The Island in Pigeon Forge and 11 miles from downtown Gatlinburg. This prime location means you’re close to Dollywood, The Ripken Experience, and all the best restaurants, shopping, and attractions, while still enjoying the peace of a private resort setting.
The highlight of this Smoky Mountain cabin is its private, indoor, heated gunite pool. Recently renovated, it now features a spacious open-swim design with a soothing waterfall. A new garage-style door opens directly onto the deck, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor experience.
Guests will love the entertainment options: a hot tub, pool table, air hockey, and a fully equipped arcade with Golden Tee, Multicade, Virtual Pinball, and two Driving Simulators. My husband and I booked this cabin for my in-laws and we had the best Labor Day Weekend ever! The cabin was able to host all 18 of us. Each family had a room and bed to sleep in. The game room and indoor pool was amazing for the kids (7 total). Everyone had an absolute blast! The kitchen was fully stocked with a complete set of dishes and cookware. The outdoor deck was amazing! We saw two black bears. The hospitality app was extremely helpful. The kids did override the game room lol and maintenance was very helpful in assisting us to locate the breaker box. I would recommend A Beary Special Chalet to anyone who is looking to stay in a luxurious cabin. It was absolutely worth it!

We had an amazing stay at this chalet! The whole house was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. One of the highlights was the entertainment, especially the video games, which made it easy to relax and enjoy time indoors with kids. The pool was also a huge plus and perfect for the grandkids—no one wanted to leave! We actually didn't leave our entire trip lol
We did run into a small issue during our stay (no fault of the host), but they handled it quickly and professionally, sending someone out within 20 minutes to take care of it. Even before our trip, communication was excellent—they were always quick to respond to any questions I had.

This was our second stay at Beary Special Chalet and it did not disappoint! We had a wonderful time, all 17 of us. The house was clean and in great shape. We appreciated all the renovations like to the pool, new furniture, and the best bed comforters from West Elm! We will be back.

We just got done with our 4 night stay. Ages in our party ranged from 8-70. We had 12 people in our party and It was just what our family needed. There are more than enough things to keep everyone entertained. The pool was a great hit especially helped keep the kids entertained on the rainy weather days. All the rooms having king beds was also great. The amount of restrooms through out the home was great. Allowed everyone to have their own space. There were a few things that came up during our stay but the customer service was great and they were quick to try and find a solution.
A couple cons, no fans in the living room, it would heat up quickly while cooking and the A/C would freeze the rooms trying to cool it down. The kitchen also lacked a little when it came to pots and pans and things especially for the amount of people that are able to stay in the home. The hot tub covers needs replaced or put on a lift, it was so water logged it was extremely heavy and no real good place to store it while the hot tub was in use. The primary room bed was super comfy but others in the party did complain that the down stairs rooms had divots in the bed from the mattress wearing out. One of the driving games were out of commission our whole stay and that was big thing in choosing the cabin. Overall, everyone had a blast during our trip and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was great, the size was perfect and overall we enjoyed it so much!

We rented this cabin for my wife's 30th birthday. We had a great time with friends. There was no reason for us to go out to town because there was plenty to do at the house. There were a few little issues at the cabin, but the maintenance staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay at this cabin again and stay with Bear Tracts again!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. There were great areas within the cabin for family time, games, and cooking/eating. The bedrooms and attached bathrooms provided plenty of privacy. Everything was clean and lovely. A few minor issues arose but were addressed quickly and efficiently. The owners/managers were so great to work with. The cabin was perfectly located - not too close to traffic troubles but close enough to get places relatively quickly. We will be back next year!

Our family LOVED this clean, spacious, and beautiful cabin. Everything about it was exceptional. The only complaint from both adults and ‘tweens was the wifi. It was very glitchy throughout our week long stay. Other than that - absolutely 5 stars in every category! We probably will be back next year.

We were all blown away with this house! As parents of 5 grown sons, daughter-in-laws, and 6 grandchildren, we do travel largely. This home was so spacious and even better in person. We never felt crowded and even had plenty of parking! Location was very convenient to restaurants and activities. Management seems to run an organized business. We had no issues but felt very informed before, during & after our trip. If I had to give any negative feedback it would just be lack of water pressure in the showers and the home was overall clean with the exception of the floors. I’ve come to expect that as that just seems to be a big problem with cleaning crews. No matter where I’ve stayed floors just aren’t cleaned. We had crawling babies and the knees on their outfits stayed dirty along with everyone’s socks. We found broken glass on the rug in the great room. Lucky we saw it before anyone got hurt. The appearance of that rug appeared to have nail polish spilt and we think that was the piece of glass found from the bottle. I don’t know how the cleaning crew could have vacuumed and that still be left on the rug.
Nothing is ever going to be perfect and we vacuumed the first night after we found the glass. So I didn’t report it. Again, I’ve come to expect ignored floor cleaning at a rental property. Sad but true!

Our family had a wonderful 3-night stay at Beary Special Chalet. Everything was perfect. This included good tv service (dish and streaming), WIFI signal good throughout the cabin, televisions in very room, large well stocked kitchen with 2 dishwashers and huge walk-in pantry, lazy river type indoor swimming pool, nice hot tub, great theater room, and arcade games that included a golden tee golf game. Parking for 4 or more vehicles. The place was super clean and well stocked with bath towels and body wash/shampoo in every bathroom. Nicest cabin weve ever rented. The only downside is a steep access road to the community that is not publicly maintained. Snow and ice last night made a difficult journey off the mountain this morning. Kudos to Bear Tracts for allowing us to reenter the cabin after checkout for keeping the kids while the men got the vehicles to the bottom of the hill.

We stayed in pigeon forge for 5 days. The cabin was about 10-15 minutes from downtown pigeon forge which has so much to do (that we should have stayed longer).
The cabin is huge! Personal indoor pool, gaming systems, TVs in every room, hot tub, and I could go on and on. We had such a great time. There were a few issues with the cleaning but the very next morning they had cleaners there to fix our issues.

We stay in the area a few times per year, but this was my family’s favorite cabin! My children (6 & 12 years old) loved the games, the pool, and having a bunkbed to sleep in. The location is ideal. Easy to get to, close to town, and not isolated, but quiet. We only stayed for a few nights this trip, but would have been comfortable for a longer stay there. The cabin had everything you’d need, with lots of room to spread out. The pool is the main reason for us choosing this cabin and my boys loved it. It was deep enough for adults to float, but shallow enough for my 12 year old to stand. The temperature felt great and there was plenty of room for multiple people. My kids have already asked to stay here again!

This was the perfect place for our family of 16 (ages 70s to 17 months)! Beautiful spacious & comfortable home with plenty to do for all. This cabin is in new condition, heavy durable furniture, and clean. Kitchen with dishes, and enough accessories to make meals easily. Video games were a hit. Hot tub amazing. Deck was nice - no mountain view and pollen/dust covered but it was a chilly spring week. Very disappointed in the pool temperature. Thermometer reading was low. Maintenance insisted the thermometer was broke and the water was 84. Not possible. I couldn't swim with the kids as planned, and even the kids who are very hardy had goose bumps and chattering teeth. Location is very close to the National Park and all the attractions. Not much of a yard for the kids to run off energy and the road is a big incline to walk with them, but we found a nice local park. Trash pick up was requested but only happened once for the week- so it had piled up, but the rental company was apologetic and tried to help. Beds were comfortable. Maybe bring an extra blanket in cold months. Suggest bringing hangers. Rental company told us the crib in the pictures had been removed, but it was there. Hair dryers were a nice surprise. Good large group cabin.

We were pleasantly surprised by this rental. We have not rented from Bear Tracts before so we were a little nervous that the pictures wouldn’t match the real life version but that was not the case! The cabin was beautiful and laid out very nice. With 3 bedrooms on the main floor it was nice for older people in our party to not have to go up and down a million stairs. The only suggestion I would have is more outside trash space. For a 6 bedroom cabin only having 2 small trash bins just wasn’t enough.

Property description is perfect, we had a great family vacation! The kids loved the arcades, private pool and theater room! Outdoor fire pit was great when we were able to keep it lit (it kept going out unless we held the button in for quite some time). Our only recommendation would be a larger trash bin outside, since the cabin holds so many guests, trash filled up quickly. Property was well-maintained, but the cleaning crew could be a little more efficient (i.e. hair on shower wall, used q-tip on bathroom floor in the corner). Overall, great cabin for a family vacation!

What a great place to spend some quality time with our kids after the end of the long school year! We take this trip every year and typically head to the beach, but we changed it up a bit this year and headed to the mountains! The house was a fantastic place to call home base! Between the pool, hot tub, arcade and movie room there was something to do for all ages (7-17)! The house was in fantastic condition, the porch was an amazing retreat in the evening and we enjoyed seeing some of the local wildlife wandering around (raccoons and a black bear)! All beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen/grill was perfect for making larger meals for the entire group! The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed the close proximity to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg! Thanks for contributing to a memorable weekend for a group of dads and all their kids! We survived and came back with everyone...albeit a bit exhausted!

We had a great family stay. Place was perfect. Adults could stay upstairs and visit while the kids could be downstairs playing games (lots of golden Tee was played) and swimming. Lots of room to hang out. We loved the large porch which is were we ate every night! The gas fireplace on the porch was used every night.

When I needed something it was easy to text and get a fast response. Trash was full fast and I would have to text every day to come empty. Would be better to just have a system automatically to grab trash every day.
Road is windy to get there but it was a beautiful walk along the road as we would walk every day. Fun to see the area.
Overall it was a great vacation and fun to have all the cousins have a place to gather and hang out together.

Wonderful vacation! The cabin was absolutely fantastic. Enjoyed the deck each day and night. Kids spent so much time in the game room and the pool! We even saw a bear who walked up towards the cabin. The location was perfect no complaints whatsoever! each of our family members were amazed at the beauty of it! Even had movie nights! The weather was not great but the cabin surely made up for it. Very greatful for this cabin! Would not hesitate to stay again! Been going to Gatlinburg multiple times and nothing compared to this cabin!

We had our family at this Chalet. Everything that is shown in the pictures is just like you see it. The covered deck and fire is perfect for sitting and enjoying the evening. It is huge and has tons of nice outdoor seating. The pool got used way more than I expected and the game room was great. The other thing that should not be forgotten is that it is right down the street from the Island. It is the best cabin in the best location that we have ever stayed in.

Had an amazing week. Everything about the cabin and area was spot on perfect. The quality and amenities of the cabin were as advertised. Location was conveniently located a short distance to Pigeon Forge but far enough to feel like you were in the mountains alone.

This was a perfect spot for our fifteen people! It served as a great base of operations for trips into SMNP, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. We had some trouble with electronics in various ways, but they tried to get them rectified, and I blame it on just being a relatively new property. We didn't use the pool much, but that is mostly due to our schedule. We did appreciate that it was securable for the littler members of our group. We would likely stay here again if we were to return to the Smokies.

With our group of 15 we were worried about space. But when we arrived there were no more concerns about that. The property accommodated all of us with room to spare. All the rooms were just what we needed and then some. Loved our time on the deck it was great for hanging out and catching up with family. Will be looking to book this property again.

This was my family's first trip to Tennessee. The house was very clean. The internet was a little slow but we spent most of our time in town. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the pool table and pin ball machine.

Our family of 16 had the best time.There is something for everyone in your family to do here.We ordered our groceries in.this way you don’t have to get out.Over half the family never left the cabin.The pool was awesome the game room had so many games on them you could play for hours.the covered deck was amazing.The Ugg bedding was the Bomb great choice .This was the best mini vacation we have had in a long time.also the contact people was amazing quick response to any questions and very easy to work with.

We go to the Gatlinburg area often, and this was by far the best cabin we have stayed in. Easy to get to Pigeon Forge, great amenities, amazing beds, and beautiful view. Will definitely be staying again!

We had a nice time staying at this home, brand new! the manager was very helpful through an unusual occurrence of fire in the area, requiring us to evacuate for a few days. We were able to get back in and they say they will refund us 2 days. Everything was beautiful, well stocked kitchen, loved the pool, hot tub and arcade room for the kids and adults. My adult children and families took advantage of many of the attractions while my husband and I had enjoyed hiking. Family time at chimneys picnic area was the highlight of our visit.

beautiful brand new house!! well stocked, lots of activities! Management was very helpful with local issue... fire in neighborhood... was missing those little things renters leave behind like salt and pepper, so we left some. Pool and tub great, arcade fun!
