This conveniently located cabin is within walking distance of the famous Greenbriar restaurant and is only 0.5 miles off Highway 321 for easy access. Less than 2 miles to the Gatlinburg strip with more action than you could ever handle in a single day. When you are ready for a more natural experience, you can enter the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, only 1 mile further.
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and cable internet provided by Spectrum. Cable is provided in the bedroom, the living room, and the pool area. Includes the NFL Network.

Along with the great location, Gatlinburg's Best Kept Secret gives you an upscale experience on the lower level of the cabin with a gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs, a hot tub large enough for the whole group, a charcoal grill, and best of all, you can enjoy a private, heated, salt pool all year round. In addition, there is a movie-theater screen for enjoying a film while relaxing in the pool.
On the main level, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals. For more entertainment, you can challenge one another to a game of foosball or play the new multi-cade with 60 different classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Galaga! Wind down and snuggle up in front of the TV and fireplace at the end of the day, or enjoy sitting on the back deck in a rocking chair. Finally, you can retire to the master bedroom with a king bed, an attached bath with a tiled shower, and dual shower heads.
For additional sleeping space, the living room has a queen-size pull-out couch for trips you can't take alone.

We give our stay a 5 stars. Cabin was very clean everything we expected. The pool and hot tub was a bonus our kids loved it the views were amazing. After a long day we played the games that were in the cabin. Close to all the attractions. We seen bears everyday around the cabin. Kids really enjoyed that. My wife and I took a long weekend after a very busy holiday and had the greatest time at Best Kept Secret. The pool was amazing, the hot tub was perfect and the cabin was beautiful. Location was key as it isnt far from anything that you want to do. we even had an issue with the projector TV in the pool room and they came out and resolved the issue the very next morning. We loved every minute of it and will be back for sure. And I was able to get high score on several of the video games on the iGame machine.

The cabin is beautiful. It was very clean and had all the stuff we needed even extras. We bought laundry stuff to use but we were pleasantly surprised that they had washer pods. They also had some soaps and shampoos, which we didn't use but it was nice.
We did have some trouble getting the TV in the pool room to work. It wasn't connecting to the router but maintenence came out the next day and fixed it for us. They were also able to fix the HVAC as it was not kicking on. The first noght it was pretty warm in the cabin so we juat had the balcony door and windows open.
Pool was a little chilly but to be expected. The room was nice and warmso that was nice. We didn't get in the hot tub. The concrete pad underneath was cracked, maintenence looked at it but we didn't want to chance it. I do wish there was a little privacy curtain or bamboo shade or something that could be put up to give a little more privacy from the other cabins that are right beside you.

Overall we loved our experience and had the best time. I would definitely recommend it to other people.

We were looking for a place that provided all the amenities. Our stay at the Best Kept Secret cabin provided all that. A peaceful location that was close enough to restaurants and activities to enjoy when we wanted. A private pool and hot tub and well appointed cabin had everything we wanted. Everything was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the arcade games. Our check in was very smooth. Instructions were clear and thorough. Our experience at Best Kept Secret was easy from start to finish. We had all of the information we needed, when we needed it, and the app was wonderful! Access to discounts was another plus. The pool was a bit colder than expected, but we still enjoyed it none the less. Do beware of bears, though - we saw many and they came close. Just follow the warnings provided by the management and it will all be great!

My husband and I decided to take a babymoon. This was a great spot. Close to Great Smoky Mountains national park as well as a lot of other amenities. The location was away from the hustle and bustle but still accessible. Loved the pool, unfortunately the sound didn’t work in the pool room so we didn’t spend as much time there as planned. It was looked at , but couldn’t be fixed/ replaced during our stay. Highly recommend for a break!

We seen Bears 5 days out of the 7 days that we stayed. One tried coming into the patio door when my husband was inside the pool. We could not use the hot tub do to all the bears that were around. We seen over 20 bears if not more. 4 were moms with cubs of different sizes.
Our overall stay was Great! Although we were celebrating our 20 year Anniversary but we couldn't use the hot tub idea of getting this cabin do to our fear of a bear coming to close.
We couldn't sit by the fire at night nor could we cook on the grill. We were very cautious coming and going because of the bears. There was nothing around the hot tub to protect us.
Seeing the mountains from the balcony and watching the bears was great.

This is a nice cabin with a lot of potential but could improve in several areas, especially for the price. The main level was clean all except for kitchen items, most all the dishes, cutlery, pot/pans and coffee maker had not be adequately clean from prior stays. The pool and hot tubs themselves were clean but the pool deck was nasty, I had to spend the first 30 min sweeping it so we felt comfortable walking on it barefoot. The large projector in the pool is extremely complicated and cumbersome to operate making it almost not worth the effort. The furnishing in the house, while mostly nice, are lacking for making what should be a relaxing environment. For example the sofa is worn out where you can feel the frame when you sit, there is no coffee table in the living room and with no reclining furniture it was hard to be comfortable sitting down to watch a movie. Also the addition of the arcade game and Foosball table make the area very cramped. One nice aspect is the dual head shower, however there is no shelf bench or rack for your soaps/washcloths etc. Finally, the outside area surrounding the cabin is littered with trash that obviously been there awhile. There is not much of a view from the porch and hottub but what view there is was ruined by the sight of this trash. While these issues did not ruin our stay completely they did make it less enjoyable. For the price there are much better option out there. This was our second stay in a bear tracts cabin, our first experience was amazing but this cabin did not meet expectations.

The theater system is a high-tech feature designed for an exceptional experience. While we provide step-by-step instructions, we understand it can be challenging to use. Unfortunately, a one-button solution isn’t available for this equipment, but we’re exploring ways to simplify it.
The cabin is a cozy one-bedroom space, and we intentionally included arcade games and a Foosball table for family entertainment, though they make the space tighter. The cabin is adorable and was just enough size for our small family of 4. The bed in the master bedroom was a little to soft for our liking, but everyone's preference is different. We were not able to get the Pac-Man machine up and running and also had issues with the TV in the pool area, but that in no way would affect my review of the cabin. Kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Mornings were peaceful sitting on the balcony watching for bears. Location was super convenient with being close enough to downtown Gatlinburg. Definitely recommend!

This cabin deserves more than a 5 star rating it is absolutely gorgeous cabin. This is a new cabin built within the last year .Great location. It is close to downtown Gatlinburg (5-10minutes). Everything worked well and was in great condition. There are TV's in bedroom, TV's in living room and projector in pool room. It has Beautiful kitchen with all the equipment we needed for cooking. Comfortable beds, enough linen and towels. The main floor covered deck has great views and comfortable rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Thank you for sharing this beautiful cabin and being so helpful during our stay. You will definitely see us again! After staying at various properties over the years, this cabin has it all.

Overall a very clean cabin. We had trouble opening the door by the hot tub. I think it was rusted shut. Also we couldn't get the projector t.v to work by the pool.The pull out couch bed could use a new mattress as it had a lump that made you feel you were sleeping on a hill.overall was very satisfied with the cabin.

Best week ever. Everything was immaculately clean. The hot tub and pool were a lifesaver after walking all of Gatlinburg. Stocked kitchen and bath were great. Everything is quiet after dark and really let us chill out and relax. A couple technical issues with the pool projector and pinball but we didn't mind. Overall it hit all the marks and really exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great - far enough away from the main road, but still convenient to the park, arts and crafts loop, and downtown. The view isn't the best (only a little spot of mountain view, and you look out onto a large water tank of sorts.) Our kid loved the pool, though it is small, and the foosball and pinball machine. We encountered a few maintenance issues that I'm sure will be taken care of now that Bear Tracts is aware of them. We appreciated the good communication from Bear Tracts immensely!

Great little cabin for a quiet getaway. Close driving distance to downtown Gatlinburg and only 25 minutes to Pigeon Forge. We would def. stay there again. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the view of the giant water tank from the deck. But that would not keep us from staying there again.

I rented this cabin for my daughter and new son in law’s honeymoon. They said it was fantastic. The indoor pool with smart tv was very much enjoyed since it rained alot while they were there. We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, quiet and comfortable. The updates and attention to details were nice. We appreciated having everything we needed. Like another review mentioned, it would be helpful to have hangers in the closet, but we brought our own so it was fine. The location is easy to find and is close to the Greenbrier Restaurant which is a nice perk. We look forward to staying here again!

This was one of the best mini vacations ever! The cabin is very clean and roomy. Best for 2 people! The pool is small, but hey, it’s a pool in the cabin! We saw a bear almost every day at 9:30am like clockwork. He just went from cabin to cabin looking for food. Thank goodness no one fed him. The cabin view is obstructed, so if you want a nice view, find another place. It is close to downtown Gatlinburg but, far enough away from all the noise and traffic. Definitely a 5 star rating! We will be back!

Cabin was very clean !!! Had everything from silverware , keurig, to even a crock pot ! Very close to food city which is an awesome grocery with a Starbucks in it , the only disappointment was we could not get the screen / projector to watch movies in the pool room , followed the very lengthy directions and no go , called maintenance and they were not able to fix it said they would come back Sunday but we spent the day in downtown area , once we came back still no picture just sound , that was the main reason I booked. Only suggestion I would have is to make turning it on easier , and some privacy blinds out by the hot tub . We will for sure book again but will need a bigger cabin next time since family will be with us ! Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin

This cabin is located in a perfect spot, not in the middle of all the hustle but only a few minutes from it all. Very clean and maintained place. Quiet and peaceful, we had a couple nights of watching a bear and her cub walk through. If you are looking for a couples retreat, then this is your place!

The cabin was beautiful and the staff at Bear Tracts could not have been more helpful but we were a little disappointed in the amenities. We had the pool checked and was told it was 88 degrees but the thermometer constantly read 74 and the water was cold. Also the sleeping could be better. The bed was way to soft (it hurt your back) and the sleeper sofa was way to hard and leaned-thankfully we took a air mattress. All in all I would still give this cabin a 4 star. Absolutely enjoyed our stay!

We spent last week enjoying Gatlinburg without the peak season crowds and loved our stay at Best Kept Secret. The cabin layout and amenities were exactly as expected from photos and reviews. The king size bed was comfortable and we loved the shower in the master bath.
The location was a quick drive to the local supermarket, restaurants, and downtown Gatlinburg.
Not necessarily negative, but worth noting:
The heated pool was a little cooler than we expected, but the hot tub was fantastic.
It took some trial and error figuring out how to control the TV by the pool, so posted instructions would have been helpful.

We have a family of 4 and found the cabin worked great for our needs. Out of town, but still close enough to allow us to go do the things we wanted to without much hassle. The pool was great for the kids (10 & 3) and the husband and I enjoyed trying to beat each other on the arcade. My only request would be spraying for bugs on the bottom floor, specifically around the pool area as there were these specific crawling bugs that seemed attracted to the pool water. But we look forward to staying here again in the future!

The house is in a great location, new and in great shape. The main reason I rented this particular home was for the private pool and theatre room. The remote sensor in the pool room not working was disappointing. One of us had to watch the screen while the other pointed the remote into the room across the hall. The dehumidifier in the room was very loud at times, and made it diffult to hear the TV. Those things being said, there were many positives about the house. The owners were very timely with responses to questions. Having a code to enter the front door was very nice. The bed was very comfy. We had a great time! Would have given four stars if the TV access in the pool room was easier and if the humidifier didn't make it so hard to hear the TV.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin; it was clean & our boys 2 & 7 yrs old loved the pool & games upstairs. Some minor maintenance on this property would've made our stay 5 vs 4 stars. Water feature on pool didn't work, hot tub not hot, hot/cold water lines on washing machine were reversed, kitchen sink faucet was tricky to turn off & 1st night we ran out of hot water. Trash on back property line needs to be cleaned up. & we were really disappointed our main view outside was a big ugly water tank. Location to area attractions was great. Additional towel hooks or some towel racks would've been nice in the bathrooms. Overall we loved our trip & cleanliness is very important to us so we were pleased with the cabin but will probably look for something with a better view next time. We did not report any of the maintenance issues during our stay since we didn't want to deal with people coming in & out of our cabin during our vacation.

the cabin is gorgeous, and very well kept. unfortunately there were some little things that need to be fixed as in the kitchen sink leaks after you turn it off, and the bathroom shower the door and handle are very loose and also a light has blown in there. But other than those little cosmetic issues everything else is beyond anything you could ask for. The cabin is very close to the cabins next to it so if you want privacy while in the hot tub you will not have it. Also there is a large water tank behind the cabin that is left off of the pictures and is an eyesore. The only other disappointment was that along the property line behind the cabin was a lot of liter and trash.

This cabin was exactly as described. It's not secluded, but close enough to town for convenience, close to the grocery store, and easy to get to. The cabin was clean upon arrival, and the pool was a hit with my kids. The pool is a warm, salt-water pool and the projection screen but this area over the top. We spent a lot of time down here! The view of the mountains from both decks was fantastic. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. The bedroom was big enough to hold all of our stuff and two air mattresses for the kids. Kitchen was well-appointed, bathroom was spacious. All in all, we were very happy with this cabin and will definitely reserve it again. We had an awesome vacation and can't wait to come back!

We arrived on Sunday evening, best part about check in, there was none. We went straight to our cabin. The Cabin is new, in a neighborhood that's building. The cabin is nice and clean. My husband loved the pool. We didn't use the games, they are in the living room. I do wish there were lamps in the living room or at least a dimmer switch.
We had issues turning on the pool TV. Only because we are older and not very technical. Matt the property manager is amazing, always available. I recommend the unit.. it's probably a beautiful place in the, spring, summer and fall.

This cabin deserves more than a 5 star rating it is absolutely gorgeous cabin. This is a new cabin built within the last year .Great location. It is close to downtown Gatlinburg (5-10minutes). Everything worked well and was in great condition. There are TV's in bedroom, TV's in living room and projector in pool room. It has Beautiful kitchen with all the equipment we needed for cooking. Comfortable beds, enough linen and towels. The main floor covered deck has great views and comfortable rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Thank you for sharing this beautiful cabin and being so helpful during our stay. You will definitely see us again! After staying at various properties over the years, this cabin has it all.

From the moment we walked in the gorgeous cabin we felt at home. It looks exactly like its pictures.
It was perfect for our little family of 3. The location is awesome and is just outside of the hustle and bustle of down town Gatlinburg, and only 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Its quiet and peaceful and overlooks the mountains. We were even lucky enough to so a family of bears pass by one night.
The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, and answered all of our questions.
Our daughter loved the pool and the video games.
We will definitely be back in the summer time to check out the summer activities.

Our only suggestion would be getting a new sofa bed the pull out sofa bed was super uncomfortable but the memories made outweighed the quality of the bed. We were really impressed with luxuries of the rental. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and I think I spent more time on the pinball machine than the kids did! A couple of suggestions that would have made the stay perfect: 1) a bushel for carrying laundry up and down the stairs would have helped a lot! 2) a skimmer for the pool to get bugs out 3) dish towels for the kitchen 4) hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Cabin was new, well furnished and convenient to everything. Pool needed to be vacuumed. Would definitely rent through Bear Tracts again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Kept Secret cabin! We loved all of the amenities, but especially the private indoor heated pool on the lower level with the projector screen. We cooked almost everyday and had everything necessary in the kitchen. The bed was super comfy and so was the mattress on the sleeper sofa. The arcade game was a nice addition that we all enjoyed, it had hundreds of games on it. The cabin was close to everything, and minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Matt was very accommodating and quick to answer questions. We definitely recommend this cabin! It’s perfect for a couple or small family.

The cabin was very nice. My husband loved the indoor pool. Was close to downtown Gatlinburg. The only negative, wish the cabin had table lamp or a dimmer for over head lights. We really liked when we arrived we went straight to our cabin, no check in at office. The property manager Matt was amazing always available to help with technology in cabin.

This cabin really is a well-kept secret. The cabin is new but I don't think it will take long for the word to get out. Located on top of Greenbriar ridge, the cabin has everything a couple might need to celebrate an anniversary, time away, etc. The pool and the hot tub downstairs are fantastic. There is a great restaurant located right down the street. You can't go wrong with this one!
