Great cabin and except the master bedroom has no air / very hot

It was a great cabin and location Except no air conditioning in the master bedroom. If I went with more then myself and my Daughter. If you're going to need to use the mater bedroom I would NOT suggest this cabin. I told the company! They said they would give me a discount for more then 10% and they Never got back to me. Oh well. Happily take my money but can't get back to me.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin and location.

For full transparency: we were not contacted about any concerns with the upstairs temperature until 5:42 PM on July 5—just 15 hours before your scheduled departure. At that time, we offered to send someone out immediately, but your response—“if you want, we leave tomorrow”—suggested the issue wasn’t urgent or worth pursuing. There were no prior calls, emails, or texts about any issues during your stay, including on July 4 when our on-call agent was available all day. We also sent out multiple reminders—once on July 3 and twice on July 4—to ensure all guests knew we were still here and available, even though our office was closed for the holiday.

Although the issue was reported late and help was initially dismissed, we still sent a technician out the very next morning—after your departure. The system was confirmed to be working properly, and the thermostat batteries were replaced as a precaution. Based on your own comments during the call, it also sounded like the upstairs bedroom hadn’t been used.

After checking out, you mentioned you didn’t want to leave a bad review and requested compensation. We don’t offer compensation based on threats of negative reviews. What we do is respond promptly when concerns are reported, stand behind our team when they follow protocol, and do right by guests who give us a fair chance to make things right during their stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blessed Beyond Measure. Everything was better than we expected. Our family enjoyed the beautiful views and plentiful space. The outdoor hot tub was an incredible place to relax after a long day of hiking in the Smokies. As 'flatlanders' from Wisconsin, a word of caution, it took us awhile to get used to the two switchbacks with blind corners so we were grateful for the light traffic.

We had the absolute best time on our recent vacation to Gatlinburg. The cabin was perfect for our family, everything was as shown in pictures, cutest little cabin! It was the perfect location in between gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Very nice and clean cabin, plenty of towels, coffee cups and other kitchen supplies! Would highly recommend to someone! Everything was great - we loved it! The location is perfect, centered between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is secluded and feels like you are on your very own mountain top. The cabin was very well kept and stocked, with beautiful porches on all sides to sit and relax. We did not see any bears as some have, but we saw deer and hawks, squirrels and chipmunks. This will definitely be our go to cabin for this area from now on!

Perfect location to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge -including back roads to keep you off the main road. Ample room for our family to spread out, or join together in the living room - even enough seating for everyone! We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool table, as well as the cozy yet spacious feel of the cabin. The washer and dryer are top of the line and very helpful during our stay. We definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying in a rustic historic cabin, however, there were a few issues we encountered during our stay. There was a sewer-like smell in the cabin from the time we walked in until we departed. We never could figure out what the smell was coming from. Also, the internet did not work until about 1-2 hours before our departure of our entire stay. Another issue we encountered was when we were watching television, all of a sudden, a message would come across that said the channel was no longer available. However, we did enjoy the wood burning fire place and the authentic cabin atmosphere. The cabin was very clean. We would consider staying there again, if the problems we encountered were resolved.

This cabin exceeds our expectations! It was cozy, well appointed with all items needed and decorated very tastefully. Upstairs bed was super comfortable. My kiddos loved the game machine downstairs and we even saw a bear right up behind the cabin on evening. The outdoor space is a beautiful addition as well. Worked perfectly for our family of 4! We're so happy we found Bear Tracts Vacation Cabins! The staff went above and beyond from the start! They were very knowledgeable and quick to act with any problems we might have encountered. The cabin Blessed Beyond Measure was amazing! We loved that the location wasn't as far out as we've had to stay in the past. It was also the cleanest cabin we've ever seen! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the furnishings were stunning! We enjoyed the woodburning fireplace, hot tub,pool table, and arcade games. It was so wonderfully peaceful there. The place was wonderful, my family and I really enjoyed it. Everything was spotless and beautiful. Only one thing I did not like was that we close the door at 4am and we tried to go back because we wanted to check one lady time for missing items but the lock number had disappeared and I was not able to go back to double check, and it was not supposed to happen until checkout time at 10am.

Fabulous stay! Cabin was so cozy and an authentic log cabin. Location was very convenient to National Park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Cabin had all amenities and very charming. Communication is excellent and comprehensive. Will be back for sure.

This was our 4th stay at this cabin. We love cozy feel it has. I really enjoyed the updated walk-in shower! The new kitchen was nice as well although we never cook while staying. Everthing was clean and tidy and the staff was quick to answer with any questions we had.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Blessed Beyond Measure. The accommodations were very satisfactory and comfortable. The arcade and pool table provided a great time of family time. We especially enjoyed the “Hot Tub!” The children we’re excited when a black bear came strolling thru the yard and the mother bear and her 2 cubs were seen on way down the mountain.

We had a lovely stay and were mostly pleased with everything. We had a rodent. Hosts were quick to respond and had pest control try to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, it didn’t. We opted to throw out all food and obviously was a big setback. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay.

Our whole family enjoyed the exclusiveness of our cabin. It was nice is get off the beaten path. Cabin was extremely clean and kept up to date. Cabin was big enough for all five of us to have our own space. Our youngest two kids(13 and 8) loved the game room. Our 8 year old left a pool shark!!! Personally, the arcade game was awesome. We would stay here again in a minute.

My husband and I stayed in this cabin for 3 nights recently and have nothing bad to say about our experience! The cabin was as beautiful and clean as the photos make it look. The bed upstairs was so comfortable! The location is a little tricky to get to but there are other routes that don’t take you through the switchbacks! Everything was as described. We loved it!

We took the most amazing trip to the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin, "Blessed Beyond Measure" with Bear Tracts was magical. We felt like coming home. We looked forward to returning to that sanctuary every evening. Tree frogs at night, bears in the early morning. Stillness.

We spent nearly all of our time in the mountains. Literally. Our cabin was perfectly peaceful, secluded and high up! The kids trekked to the highest point in the Smokies called Clingman's Dome and swam in the clear mountain water at Pigeon Creek. We ventured through Cades Cove, sailed through the air to Ober Gatlinburg and visited the animals, explored 200 year old cabins, sat atop the Newfound Gap and even had a picnic in North Carolina near the Eastern Cherokee Reservation.

Though most of the driving tested my nerves of steel with sheer cliffs, dropoffs, endless curves and steep grades, I can't imagine a place more ruggedly serene, terrifyingly beautiful and excitingly soothing. I fell in love with the comfort, the feeling of being enveloped, welcomed, tended to.

As the kids say: it was EPIC.

Beautiful and nicely decorated living, dining, kitchen! Very nice deck space and views! Bathrooms could all use some updating. The jacuzzi tub on 2nd floor -have to hold sprayer since no shower and there are no curtains for privacy so others outside by the firepit /driveway can see you if you stand up in the tub. Lower level shower has low water pressure. The last 1/4 mile drive up the mountainside can be daunting with one lane and curves but worth it.

Overall satisfied with our stay. Would have liked an earlier check in time as we arrived 2 hours early. And a later check out time would be nice, at least 11am. Also a warning on how tight the driveway, when driving a larger vehicle its pretty tricky to get out. Inside was clean aside from sticky dishes that we had to pre wash before use. Outside could have been swept or used a leaf blower. The hot tub was clean but never got very hot. Id say it was more warm then hot. But very pretty cabin. Not sure if the xmas theme is all year round. But it was cute. We had a great time. Alot of light bulbs were out ( at least one in almost every light fixture) but i emailed and they responded very quickly. Also no chalk for the pool cues.

“Blessed Beyond Measure” was the absolute perfect cabin for our family trip to Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge. The property was so cute with nice upgrades and amenities. Everyone really enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi. The property was clean and felt very secluded even though it was quite close to all the attractions. I have already recommended it to my extended family and friends! We will definitely be staying here again!!

We stayed at Blessed Beyond Measure. It was wonderful. The cabin was spotless, updated amenities, kid friendly, and a perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be coming back to this cabin and area!!!

We stayed in this cozy cabin for our anniversary in January. It was perfect! The location is close, yet out in nature. Hot tub was lovely and the cozy family room was a great place to unwind.
