Ready to take flight? Eagles View is a newly remodeled 3-bedroom mountainside home that earned its name for being positioned on an overlook above the gently rolling hills. With a game room and enough space to sleep six, this relaxing Smoky Mountain retreat is perfect for a small group getaway, or some family bonding time. No matter why you’re heading to the mountains, this home’s stunning views will have you feeling like you’re soaring above the tree line.

Living Room
When you walk into the home, you’ll be greeted by the grandiose stone fireplace and modern living room glowing from the wall of windows that let natural light filter in. There’s plenty of space to spread out on the main floor but the open concept allows for seamless connections between the living space, the kitchen, the deck, and the dining areas.

Kitchen & Dining Area
The newly remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with cutlery, cookware, dishes, and most any you might need to whip up a feast during your stay. There’s a dining table for four, a breakfast nook, and seating for three more at the kitchen island so there’s room for everyone. Watch the sun set behind the trees through the kitchen windows while you make a drink and unwind after a long day of exploring the Smokies.

Game Room
Ready for some friendly competition? Head down to the basement game room to play arcade games, duel each other to foosball or start an air hockey tournament. Perfect for teens or fun-loving adults, bonding time in the game room is sure to be a highlight of your trip.

Bedrooms
After a day of fun at Dollywood and other Gatlinburg attractions, you’ll be ready to cozy up in a comfortable bed in one of the three bedrooms. Upstairs you’ll find a loft perfect for reading with floor-to-ceiling windows as well as the king suite with a private bathroom.

The views from Eagles View are incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice! We found this cabin to be very clean, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The game room was perfect for the kids and the hot tub was such a treat after a long day at Dollywood, which was free thanks to the perk of free attraction tickets from the realty company! The neighborhood was quiet and so peaceful, not crowded with cabins like many other places in Gatlinburg. We will definitely return to this property!

Overall I am giving this rental experience five stars. The booking, confirmation, and payment processes were easy. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I wanted to check-in early, so I called and the agent advised me that I would be able to check-in by 1pm for a $65 fee, or I could check-in at 3pm for free since the cabin would be ready. We wanted to get in ASAP, so we paid the fee. The overall layout and décor of the cabin was very inviting, and the views were absolutely amazing! Location was great to both Gatlinburg and PF, as well as the GSM National Park. The hot tub was a wonderful addition that we used nightly. My parents loved the old fashion gaming system they had downstairs, while my husband and I enjoyed the air hockey. Sitting on the screened in porch to play cards, or on the back open deck to drink our moonshine was also another great experience. I only had one complaint; the cabin was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival. I spent my first 45 minutes there recleaning it myself. For a $65 early check-in fee, or regardless of that, for check-in at 4pm, the cabin was still fairly dirty (I have pics, but not sure how to share). The main mess was in the kitchen/living room area, as the bedrooms and bathrooms were much cleaner. The screened in porch also needed a good deep clean before we could sit out there. The rug in that area was also in poor condition, but I also feel this can somewhat be expected for an outdoor space in the mountains. Don't let this stop you from booking this cabin though, I feel if the owners reached out to the cleaning crew and resolved this issue, I'd definitely rebook this cabin in a heartbeat.

The cabin was in a beautiful location! The view was so stunning that my kids are still talking about it weeks later. However, we were a little disappointed with a few things inside the cabin. The stools at the island were not safe to sit on, and the grill was missing its top—something we were told may have been due to a bear, which is understandably outside of their control.

We called maintenance on Saturday evening because we had purchased steaks and seafood to grill later in our trip, and they told us a replacement would be delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the new grill never arrived. We eventually found the missing grill top down the hill outside the cabin and were able to make the broken grill work. Maintenance mentioned they needed to hear back from the cabin owner, but that never happened during our stay.

Overall, the stay was good! The setting made it a memorable trip despite the hiccups.

We appreciate you bringing the concerns about the stools and grill to our attention. The island stools have since been repaired to ensure guest safety, and we’re sorry to hear that impacted your comfort during your stay. As for the grill, you’re absolutely right—it was damaged prior to your arrival, and based on the evidence, a bear encounter is the likely cause (life in the mountains does come with its wild visitors!). Our team was prepared to deliver a replacement within the 48-hour window, but unfortunately, we were unable to get timely approval from the cabin’s owner to move forward. That delay is not typical, and we’re reviewing our process to ensure better follow-through in the future.

We’re glad you were still able to enjoy your trip and make the grill work, and we hope you’ll come back to visit us again. We’d love the chance to provide a smoother experience next time around.

Amazing views! Interior was very appealing. Fully staged for Christmas! Clean. No clutter but decorated. Functional in every way. More than basic starter supplies. Two spacious bedrooms and one more of adequate size. Overall property was larger than expected. Did not even use second living area on bottom floor aside from game room area side. Laundry was clean and convenient. Loved that we were in a community but
not necessarily close to any other cabins. Winding road to get up and down from cabin (of course for the location and views) but fun and worthwhile. Great location with straight shot to Gatlinburg. Yes, we saw a bear from the deck on the first day! And the view...made us thankful and inspired every moment at the cabin. Bear Tracts was easy to communicate with and a post storm issue with the hot tub cover flipping back was quickly and kindly addressed. We would def rent from company again, and would be hard pressed to find another cabin so clean, convenient, and well-placed!

The cabin and location was everything we could have hoped for! We were very excited about seeing a bear family a few times at the cabin and a neighboring cabin! These sightings did stop us from relaxing in the hot tub, since bear can walk right up to it ... but that did nothing to hamper our great stay! We can sit in a hot tub anytime, but seeing bear in their natural habitat can not be topped! We certainly hope to return!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. They layout is comfortable with the game room on the bottom floor allowing the kids to have their own space to play around and have fun while the adults relaxed on the main floor, enjoying the cozy atmosphere and gorgeous Mountain View’s. My husband and I celebrated our 35th anniversary during our stay at Eagles View Cabin. We absolutely loved our stay. The cabin is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The wall of windows facing the mountains gives the most amazing views and such a sense of tranquility! The peaceful time spent on the deck was refreshing, it was difficult to leave! We really appreciated the attentiveness of the housekeeping/service staff. The morning after we arrived I noticed that the coffee carafe was cracked, and within an hour of informing, a brand new coffee maker/carafe was brought to us. The service man also helped us figure out how to work the ceiling fans- the remote needed new batteries, which he replaced. We would love to stay here again. The area surrounding the cabin is so pretty. There is so much to do within 30 min, however, this trip to Gatlinburg was best spent at "home", enjoying the setting of the mountains!

Beautiful, well maintained home! Great location with no cabins on either side of it. Extremely clean throughout and we loved having breakfast on the screened in porch! The kids really enjoyed the spacious game room. We would definitely stay here again and again!

My family and I stayed in this cabin for a week - & would easily do it again. It's far enough away to provide a quiet place to relax and truly take in the beautiful views the mountains have to offer. However, it's close enough to every thing that you can easily get to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Beautiful cabin but not as clean as it should have been
Bed linens were very poor quality ( scratchy and thin, pilled material )
They also did not smell fresh or clean
Dust and cob webs under furniture and beds

We loved our stay at Eagle's view and the Bear Tracks experience. This company thinks of everything to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and have fun! Family oriented company. We had an issue with a locked bathroom door and Matt called us to help resolve the issue right away.

Stayed in rental for 4 days and had an absolute blast. Cabin was clean and well stocked. Views off the back deck are absolutely breathtaking. Location is perfect, far enough away from strip to feel secluded and private, but close enough to still enjoy Gatlinburg. I would Highly recommend this cabin to all considering.

Our family decided to take a vacation away from our normal busy week and landed on this home. I can not say enough with how gorgeous this home was and how quickly our questions got answer when when called or texted. The views are to die for especially waking up in the morning and just sitting outside and drinking a cup of coffee. I love that this home is secluded from the main city but not far from a 15 min drive. Our kids adored the game room. I would highly recommend staying here.

The unit looked exactly the way the pictures showed. We were thrilled at how clean and comfortable the place is. If you’re in search of a super modern experience in the middle of the woods then this is your spot. The kids were pleasantly surprised by the game room as they didn’t expect one. The games turned into competition central when we weren’t out exploring the area. We would definitely return if available.
