Bear Tracts provides free admission to some of the area's most popular attractions.

Be greeted by a fantastic view as you walk through the front door. On the expansive first level, you will find the living area, kitchen, pool table, and dining area. All overlooking breathtaking sunset views over Bluff Mountain. After a long day, relax with a beverage of your choice and take in the changing colors as the sun melts into the horizon. After that, team up for a game of billiards or move to the lower level and enjoy the arcade or a dip in the heated pool. At the night's end, your sleeping accommodations are upstairs with 3 king suites and a queen-over-queen bunk, each having an ensuite full bath. There is a Tesla charging station located in the front of the cabin.

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, a couch, a loveseat, a comfy armchair, and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. In the evenings, flip on the TV and watch the game with the option of billiards or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories. The couch is a queen sleeper.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen to prepare full meals for the family or stay fueled with a quick coffee refill or snack station. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. Use the bonus island for additional counter space and bar seating to simplify fixing and serving meals. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 12 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with serving memorable meals, bring board or card games from home and host a friendly tournament. UNO! There is plenty of seating for 12 between the kitchen table and the nearby kitchen bar. Everyone will have a place to dine together.

Arcade Room:
Downstairs, just outside the pool, you will find several arcade games for electronic entertainment with windows overlooking the heated pool. Get in a 4 player golf tournament on the Golden Tee, step up to the multi-cade to take a step back in time, and play some old favorites like PacMan, Donkey Kong, or Galaga. There is also a stand-up driving simulator to test your skills on the road.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. Plenty of cozy options are spread across 4 bedrooms — each with a flat-screen TV. Choose from 3 King Beds, a Queen Sleeper Sofa, or a queen-over-queen bunk. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so everyone can get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle. All of the bedrooms are located on the upper level.

Location: Just minutes from the Pigeon Forge Strip in Black Bear Ridge Resort, just off 321. There are other cabins nearby. The roads are paved and wide with some steep sections. Roads are maintained in winter weather by the resort.

Wow! We had such a nice stay at this cabin! Everything was perfect! When we did have a couple questions they were immediately responsive. There were six adults and for children in our group, we all loved the pool, it was quite large for an indoor pool. The views were beautiful and there was always something fun to keep the kids busy while we were inside. The kitchen was huge and very well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Everything was really clean and we we're only about 10 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. The only negative thing I can is that the hot tub is pretty small, it fit two adults comfortably or three if you want to be touching legs! We we're worried about it though, it wasn't that big of a deal for us. We will definitely stay here or at one of their other properties again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Firefly escape. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. The house was well-maintained, clean and well-equipped. Everyone in the family enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and the abundance of games. The check-in and out process was easy. We will definitely make a return visit here.

The cabin was very nice and roomy. The king size beds were so comfortable. I only have a few complaints. The fireplace in the living room wasn’t working even after we called and they said they fixed it but I did not bother calling back because the maintenance guy made me and my family a little uncomfortable because we were at the cabin when he arrived, and he didn’t knock on the door He just let himself in and one of the things I needed was in the master bedroom that we were in and I was getting ready for dinner, and he just walked in there. So needless to say, I did not appreciate that. The kitchen is not very equipped for cooking so that was disappointing but other than that the place was beautiful and very clean.

I would highly recommend this property for any family visiting the Pigeon Forge area. It was close enough to all the activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and yet far enough away from the crowds for peaceful nights in the cabin. The views from our decks were spectacular. Having a private swimming pool was an added plus that my family enjoyed immensely. Everyone in our party gave this cabin and its location a 5 star revue.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Firefly Escape this week. The cabin was very clean and beautiful. At the end of each day, we spent our time on the desk and enjoyed the sunset. Each sunset was unique onto its own. Even our kids who were with us ages 6, 7, and 8 really enjoyed this as well. It probably was one if not the best vacations we've ever had. We very much appreciated the easy check in and check out. It made it so we could drive right to the cabin and access it quickly. We didn't really plan this vacation. We did it really on a wim. Using Xplorie helped us a lot to do several activities and save us a little money. While the cabin was exquisite, the only thing that my wife and I would suggest is, to install some sort of handicap assistance in the bathrooms. We are very close to retirement age, and my wife especially has some manuvering around issues. She actually fell in the shower stall in the room we stayed in on the first night. She was not injured thankfully, but I had to go in and help to get her on her feet. She thought all the bathtubs and the shower stall were somewhat slippery. It would help a lot if there were hand rails installed to hold onto when stepping out. Also, there were no shelves in place to place our soap and shampoo. All that being said, I will still give the place a 5 star rating, because it deserves it.

Loved our Smoky Mountain vacation. The views were amazing. The property was very clean and well taken care of. Loved having our own pool. We had 8 adults and a baby and we had more than enough room for all of us. If I had to say anything negative it would be the parking. There is room for three vehicles but our neighbor was in one of our spots which made it difficult. Overall, we loved it and wished we had stayed a little longer. We will be back.

Everyone was so excited when they walked into the Firefly Escape! It was even better than expected. There was something for everyone! So much to do and spread out so that nobody was on top of each other (there were 12 of us!). The view was breathtaking! Between the games, Golden Tee, the pool, the hot tub and the pool table, there was always something to do. Even the two year old had a blast!

Firefly escape was amazing. Traveled with 7 small children ages 7-13. They enjoyed every minute. We left to go do some touristy activities and to my surprise within a few hours they were asking to go back to the cabin ... go figure.... money saved lol. Firefly Escape was a perfect cabin for our vacation for my wife and I and our 3 boys ranging in ages from 18 to 24. The cabin was very clean and well-maintained and appeared to be brand new. It was also an easy check-in/check-out process...make sure you download the Hospitality app which provides you all the information you need about the cabin and the surrounding area. The master bedroom had great views from the large window next to the bed, a fireplace (though we didn't need to use it in July), and a nice size bathroom with two sinks and an oversize shower. The boys each had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The kitchen was spectacular and had everything we needed to prepare meals when we decided to stay in rather than eating out. We have found other cabins that sleep 12, but don't have the kitchens to support cooking for 12. There was plenty to keep us entertained with the indoor pool, hot tub, game room, and billiards table. The large combined kitchen/family room was very comfortable for all of us to gather around and talk, have snacks/dinner, watch TV, or just relax and look out at the amazing views. We spent a lot of time outside on the two decks (eg., lower one in the hot tub) gazing out on the beautiful mountain landscape. Even though we felt like we were far up in the mountains and somewhat secluded, we were very happy with the location of the cabin pertaining to proximity to things to do. It was a short drive (pending on traffic) to all the Pigeon Forge restaurants, shopping, and fun attractions. It was also not that far of a drive to Gatlinburg, which we did one day to enjoy some of the shopping and attractions it had to offer. In summary, even though our trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg was only for 4 days, Firefly Escape made it the perfect escape for our family. We would definitely choose the cabin again for a future trip.

This was an incredible cabin. It was clean, had a beautiful view and was just the right size for eight people. The teenagers really were impressed as were the grandparents. The beds were comfortable - almost too comfortable. I never wanted to leave. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive when we asked questions before and during the stay. IF you think this cabin looks amazing in the pictures it is even better in person. We really enjoyed ourselves . It was a perfect vacation spot!

This was one of the best vacations ever. The views alone were worth it. I was up each morning to sit and watch the sunrise and each evening to watch it set. We took so many pictures I swear it was different each time. Love the pool and hot tub it was used 2x a day lol. The home had everything we needed and enough space that we felt privacy and came together to play games as a family. The location was quiet and so relaxing. I wish I was there right now. The best! and that's saying a lot since we have visited Europe and China!

Very nice cabin, view was nice. New.
Pool was a little too cold to enjoy, heater needed to be up 8-10 degrees.
Kitchen poorly furnished, we had to buy a cutting board, pitchers, tongs for grilling, etc, which we donated for future renters.
Over all very nice place, will rent again.

Hey Ben, Thank you for your review. Pool temperatures are set to about 82 degrees and no higher than 85. These are standard indoor pool temperatures for health and safety. We appreciate you leaving items behind and have reached out to you to discuss further. When you stay with us again, please contact us as we would have been very quick to deliver what you needed. We work hard to keep our supplies up to par but over time things can go missing without our knowledge.
