"Haven" in the Smoky Mountains is the perfect place to escape.

Living Room
Modern and comfy couch, 2 armchairs, and ottoman provide plenty of space for you and your group to prepare for the day or catch up after a long day of activities. Sit back and relax by the fireplace and watch your favorite show on the flat screen.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even extra counter space and bar seating for 2 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 4 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the dining area. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 2 and more than enough space for everyone to dine together.

Rec Room
Upstairs in the loft shoot some pool with your pals with plenty of seating while waiting for your next turn. There is also a PacMan console to pass the time while you wait your turn.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. One king bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the lower level and one king bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the main level for ultimate privacy. There are also 2 full bathrooms, so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle. There is also a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room for added sleeping space.

A serene place to read a book, listen to the wildlife, or soak in the hot tub.

The inside and out of the place is awesome loved every minute of being here. We enjoyed the separation of lovely and loved the idea. The only bad quality here is the less than desirable parking which my car couldn't sit on. Still rolled under e brake and we own a 4 year old car, ended up parked across street at a empty cabin lot.

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was beautiful and super easy to locate! The only downfall of the location is that the parking is on a steep slope. Our cabin was free for the night that we were scheduled to leave and the owners offered us that night at a discounted rate. Also, Xplore was also a good perk! Free tickets to attractions, yes please! We will be staying there again!

This was our first cabin experience in Gatlinburg and we enjoyed it so much as we look forward to the next time. The cabin was awesome and satisfied all our needs. It rained 2 out of the 4 days we were there but not heavy rain so we were able to take advantage and enjoy the 1 free daily coupon (zip lining and horseback riding).

Spacious cabin in a very quiet setting! It was very close to Dollywood and lots of other fun activities but still very private. The daily free admission ticket was so incredibly helpful. My mom who has mobility issues stayed and would have liked a handle on the downstairs shower to help get in and out. Great stay! Would definitely recommend!

We were down for our daughters volleyball tournament and this place was beautiful! The only thing I would have liked to have known is the driveway is on a very steep hill. Luckily we drove my husbands vehicle so it wasnt an issue. Overall it was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again. We also had great communication through the app. so that was very nice being able to communicate and receive an immediate response.

We had a great time during our stay at Bear Tracts Cabin. The property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The host were great at communicating everything ahead of time. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg and all activities but far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings in the hot-tub. The pool table was a nice feature but hard to play since it was so close to the windows. Overall, everyone enjoyed their stay and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

The Haven was a great place for us. It was right off of the main road that leads to Gatlinburg and minutes from Rocky Tops Sports complex. We were right down the road from a grocery store too. The parking spot is on a very steep hill, so make sure you know how to use your parking break. The cabin was perfect! We didn’t spend much time in it, other than to sleep and get in the hot tub at the end of the night. If someone was planning on cooking, it would be perfect. Big kitchen and open floor plan. Great place to unwind after enjoying all Gatlinburg has to offer. Thanks!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The newly built cabin was very clean and made it feel rustic yet super comfortable! The furniture and beds are also very comfortable- slept awesome (which I usually can’t say when we stay somewhere)! Kids LOVED playing pool and we all loved the hot tub! Nice kitchen! Haven Bear tract Cabin made a great and safe experience for me and my family. It was the perfect get away for our baby girl birthday. The cabin was so beautiful and clean it helped us feel like home. The management over this place is top notch!! Very quick to respond and makes sure that your stay is comfortable and trouble-free as possible it seemed. The house itself was one of neatest and attractively styled homes my family and I have stayed at. Very spacious!!!! It smelled so nice when we entered! My children absolutely loved it!! There was an upstairs area where they could have a room with a nice bathroom, watch TV and play pool if they wanted and they did!! I would recommend highly staying at this property.

Overall, the property was as described and was clean and appeared to be a fairly new facility. The rental is close to town and not far from a Food City, which makes it convenient. There were a few things to note if planning to stay here:
-Sounds echo throughout the cabin due to its design.
-Parking is on a very steep incline (30°) in front of the cabin.
-There is not a view of the mountains, just other cabins. There was a cabin being built directly next door (<100 ft.) from our rental.
-The back porch only has 2 rockers, and one was broken. We reported it to the maintenance people and requested a replacement during our stay, but it did not show up. Since the cabin is designed for 4 people, they should have 4 rockers on the porch.

We would give the overall rental a 4-star.

The best cabin we've stayed in Gatlinburg. Loved the clear instructions and modernization. Fast guest wifi (200+Mbps) and pre-installed channels on Roku was helpful; don't forget to sign out (i.e. Netflix) before you leave! Large cold fridge and new everything. Good communication from owners. Will be using Bear Tracts again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Haven cabin. Amazing location! It was just a short drive to all the attractions in Gatlinburg. The home was super clean and spacious. It literally felt like we were staying in a hotel! Management was easy to contact for questions. Overall, would give this cabin a 9.9/10–the only thing that would make it even better is a view of the smoky mountains from the deck!

New cabin that is in a perfect area. Easy to get to all the things that the area offers. Also great to just relax and enjoy the hot tub or grill on the deck. We could not have found a better place. I would highly recommend this cabin. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great location. Minutes to downtown. Great hospitality by Manager. Easy check in and check out. Enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen.

Very nice and clean place. The parking was very steep. Window up stairs in bathroom didn’t look but no big deal. I would recommend putting a blind or something on the back door. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was nice very open floor plan.
