"Hidden Gem" is just a short drive to many of the best attractions and restaurants in the area. It's also tucked away just enough to allow you to sit back, relax, and get that much-deserved R&R. has just had a makeover with new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and appliances.

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, couch, loveseat, a comfy armchair, and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace and reminisce about the day with a glass of your favorite beverage.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even extra counter space and bar seating for 3 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 8 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the dining area. There is a custom wood table with chairs and benches for 8. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 3 and more than enough space for everyone to dine together.

Rec Room
It’s playtime! Downstairs, Take a step back in time and play some old favorites like PacMan, Donkey Kong, or Galaga on the multi-cade. Shoot pool with your pals or go head-to-head in a golf tournament on the Golden Tee.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. One king bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the lower level and one king bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the main level for ultimate privacy. The Queen over queen bunk is in the lower-level game room. There are also 2 full bathrooms, so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

We stayed at Hidden Gem over spring break. It was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It was a very quiet area and the cabin was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The lower level was great with arcade games and the pool table and the hot tub on the deck was very nice. We had an issue with the oven but I called the maintenance number and was immediately helped and they were there that afternoon to repair the appliance. Tim, the maintenance coordinator, was extremely communicative and we appreciated how responsive he was. Also, the partnership they have with explorie was a nice perk as we were able to get free tickets to area attractions. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

I will start off by saying this was the cleanest cabin by far that we have ever stayed in. We were impressed right when we walked in the door. We have 4 young kids and they absolutely loved the game room. The cabin is very close to everything in Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. We had a small issue with the hot tub and the maintenance crew responded quickly. They were wonderful and very responsive. We took advantage to the free tickets for different activities each day which was nice when you have a large family. I was very impressed with all of the details about the cabin and everything in it you get in the app before your stay. The cabin description was very accurate and I cannot say enough good things about it. I highly recommend this cabin and we will definitely book with this company in the future. 5 stars all the way around!

One of the prettiest and cleanest cabins we’ve stayed in. Incredibly close to The Island, and other fun places on Pigeon Forge’s main strip. If you’re looking for a safe drive in and out this is it, if you’re looking for privacy and to be away from the crowd you’ll want to look elsewhere. I’d have given this a higher review but the hot water tank was so small we couldn’t use the indoor jetted tub in the bedroom. We had a family of raccoons living under the hot tub, and the hot tub only got to temperature during 1 of our 4 nights. The other times it sat at about 85 degrees at best. This could be a great place but it needs a little more attention to detail to get there.

Thank you for your feedback highlighting the cleanliness and convenient location of our cabin near Pigeon Forge's attractions. We are disappointed you we did not give you a 5 star experience.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with the hot tub and water heater. After investigation the water heater is working as it should. However, it does not have the capacity to simultaneously fill a 100 gallon jacuzzi tub with 2 showers running at the same time. The Hot tub has been repaired as the control board had a short. Had we known you were having trouble we would have had someone out right away to take care of any shortcomings.

We also conducted an inspection and found no evidence of raccoons living under the hot tub. It seems they might have been transiently seeking shelter or food during your visit. Being in the mountains we experience this often with raccoons as well as flying squirrels and bears.

This cabin is perfect for folks who want to be close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. We really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was clean and was there was plenty of space for our family of 7. The only thing I would recommend is pressure washing the outside. It was pretty dusty and dirty with spider webs, and we could not sit in the rocking chairs.

The Hidden Gem is exactly that. Nestled on a quiet road but close to all the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville attractions that we were there for. It was more than enough room for our family of 6, clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. The kids loved the bottom floor game area and pool table. It was wonderful to have a hot tub with a great view and a large soaking tub in the primary King bedroom after our daily excursions. Matt and April were great hosts and the Bear Tracts managing company made the whole process seamless. We took advantage of the Xplorie free adult ticket for many different attractions that come with this rental along with an Xplorie guide to help plan our activities.

This was a perfect rental for family vacation. My family consisted of me, my mother, my son and his wife, my daughter, her husband and grandson. The oldest being 77 and the youngest being 3. Room for everyone. Game room was awesome and enjoyed by all. Beds were comfortable. The cabin was close to all activities. Definitely will be renting from Bear Tracts again.

The family and I look forward to our Pigeon Forge trip every year and this time we found a “Hidden Gem”! Hidden Gem cabin was absolutely PERFECT for our family! The cabin was very clean, and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay for several days. Between the hot tub, arcade games, and the pool table, the kids and I had a blast and stayed busy playing most of the time we were at the cabin. The cabin is located just far enough from the parkway to feel secluded, yet close enough to make a quick 5 min drive to town for food and entertainment! We had a great time and we can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend Hidden Gem cabin!

We really did not know what to expect, but what a wonderful place Hidden Gem was for us! It was great to find a cabin that could sleep all 7 of our adult size family in queen beds and larger...not on pullout sofas. That was important to me. We were well rested after days of sight-seeing, hiking and lines at amusement parks! The hot tub helped with that too. The kitchen is well stocked, we made many large home cooked meals with ease. The dining table was awesome, meals and game nights were easily enjoyed. I also recommend booking with Bear Tracts, after many hours of searching, comparing with other family members and finally choosing Hidden Gem...I booked the wrong cabin. Thank you for helping me in my panic and correcting the mistake, your help was appreciated and your service was outstanding!

Wonderful location and very clean cabin. I would rent here again! The mattresses on both king beds are very firm. This didn’t bother me, but may be a turn off for some. An ottoman, pouf, or something else could also be added to the living area upstairs for guest comfort. Other than that, everything was perfect for us!

Loved the Cabin , it was perfect for me and my son. Lots of privacy for both of us and lots of fun things to do ...which was important for us because he has medical issues and sometimes wasn't able to leave the cabin. Great vacation for us . What a beautiful cabin. Super clean, had everything we needed. Cozy and comfortable with beautiful decor. Plenty of room, kid friendly, great location. Minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge but still quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. No complaints at all!
