"Hidden Gem" is just a short drive to many of the best attractions and restaurants in the area. It's also tucked away just enough to allow you to sit back, relax, and get that much-deserved R&R. has just had a makeover with new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and appliances.

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, couch, loveseat, a comfy armchair, and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace and reminisce about the day with a glass of your favorite beverage.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, crockpot, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even extra counter space and bar seating for 3 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 8 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the dining area. There is a custom wood table with chairs and benches for 8. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 3 and more than enough space for everyone to dine together.

Rec Room
It’s playtime! Downstairs, Take a step back in time and play some old favorites like PacMan, Donkey Kong, or Galaga on the multi-cade. Shoot pool with your pals or go head-to-head in a golf tournament on the Golden Tee.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. One king bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the lower level and one king bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the main level for ultimate privacy. The Queen over queen bunk is in the lower-level game room. There are also 2 full bathrooms, so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

This cabin was awesome!!! It's in the perfect location not far from the main strip in Pigeon Forge but still enough in the woods. The cabin had everything you need in the kitchen. Cooked breakfast every morning and most suppers there and saved money! We stayed a week for our first family vacation and had the best time. We really enjoyed the games and pool table at night when we would have family time. Only suggestion would be that the pool table needs to be moved in a different direction because most of the time we had to sit on the queen bunk bed to make the shots. Also the host were so easy to get in touch with which made it that more pleasurable. We will definitely be back in the future!!!

We loved the cabin. Convenient to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. The cabin had everything we needed. One negative was that the extra blankets did not seem to be clean. Contact was made with the host and they offered to correct the situation. They were concerned and would follow up with the cleaning service. We have rented multiple times from Bear Tracks and this is the first time I have encountered an issue.

Arrived to cabin it was very clean and unit was cooled down nicely, everything was as pics showed.Had issue with TV and they were prompt at coming next day to fix the problem. Very happy with cabin and the people that take care of the rentals. Would like more trash bags and kitchen dish towels and dish cloths. Other than that our stay was great would recommend and use this rental again.

Overall we enjoyed our cabin, it was very nice and easy to get to. close to everything. we did have an issue with the internet mid week and they tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. that was very disappointing. we do have some suggestions.. maybe a grab bar in the showers and the rug under the coffee table be fixed so it would not be a trip hazard for us older folks. also maybe something on sides of porches for a little privacy,but we loved the cabin.

Vacation cabin was wonderful. Had an issue with the heat but maintenance sent out a company and it was fixed within five minutes. Very easy fix That maybe maintenance could’ve fixed themselves. The only odd thing for 6 of us were both bathrooms were in the bedrooms. Would’ve been more convenient if one was outside one of the bedrooms. Very beautiful place, However, better view would’ve been nice.

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The cabin is lovely and had everything we needed. The process to get in and the app were super easy to follow. The place was pretty clean except there was a piece of clothing still in the dryer from previous renter. The only issue I had was the cleaning party was waiting outside the cabin, awaiting to get in from about an hour before we were due for checkout. Not knowing the area or who it was, it freaked my wife out as they were parked several cabins down, watching us load the car.. then as time ticked more towards checkout, they kept moving closer. We still weren't sure who they were or what they were doing until we pulled out of the cabin parking spot and they pulled right in there. I assume it was the cleaner. Seemed pretty unprofessional. Was the only complaint of an otherwise lovely stay.

The cabin was clean and beautiful and the hosts have been amazing in helping with everything we need. They are quick to answer the call with any concerns and they were quick to take care of a minor problem with the cabin when we arrived. The kids and we’ll all of us enjoyed everything about this cabin, the games kept the kids busy and also the hot tub. We definitely could go back and stay there again. The privacy was good, and the little neighborhood was quiet :) the cabin was just as described. It was located just 7 mins or so from parkway rd in pigeon forge so it never took to long to go find something to do. Mel’s diner was closer to for an amazing breakfast! This vacation never let us down

We stayed at Hidden Gem over spring break. It was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It was a very quiet area and the cabin was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The lower level was great with arcade games and the pool table and the hot tub on the deck was very nice. We had an issue with the oven but I called the maintenance number and was immediately helped and they were there that afternoon to repair the appliance. Tim, the maintenance coordinator, was extremely communicative and we appreciated how responsive he was. Also, the partnership they have with explorie was a nice perk as we were able to get free tickets to area attractions. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

I will start off by saying this was the cleanest cabin by far that we have ever stayed in. We were impressed right when we walked in the door. We have 4 young kids and they absolutely loved the game room. The cabin is very close to everything in Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. We had a small issue with the hot tub and the maintenance crew responded quickly. They were wonderful and very responsive. We took advantage to the free tickets for different activities each day which was nice when you have a large family. I was very impressed with all of the details about the cabin and everything in it you get in the app before your stay. The cabin description was very accurate and I cannot say enough good things about it. I highly recommend this cabin and we will definitely book with this company in the future. 5 stars all the way around!

One of the prettiest and cleanest cabins we’ve stayed in. Incredibly close to The Island, and other fun places on Pigeon Forge’s main strip. If you’re looking for a safe drive in and out this is it, if you’re looking for privacy and to be away from the crowd you’ll want to look elsewhere. I’d have given this a higher review but the hot water tank was so small we couldn’t use the indoor jetted tub in the bedroom. We had a family of raccoons living under the hot tub, and the hot tub only got to temperature during 1 of our 4 nights. The other times it sat at about 85 degrees at best. This could be a great place but it needs a little more attention to detail to get there.

Thank you for your feedback highlighting the cleanliness and convenient location of our cabin near Pigeon Forge's attractions. We are disappointed you we did not give you a 5 star experience.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with the hot tub and water heater. After investigation the water heater is working as it should. However, it does not have the capacity to simultaneously fill a 100 gallon jacuzzi tub with 2 showers running at the same time. The Hot tub has been repaired as the control board had a short. Had we known you were having trouble we would have had someone out right away to take care of any shortcomings.

We also conducted an inspection and found no evidence of raccoons living under the hot tub. It seems they might have been transiently seeking shelter or food during your visit. Being in the mountains we experience this often with raccoons as well as flying squirrels and bears.

This cabin is perfect for folks who want to be close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. We really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was clean and was there was plenty of space for our family of 7. The only thing I would recommend is pressure washing the outside. It was pretty dusty and dirty with spider webs, and we could not sit in the rocking chairs.

The Hidden Gem is exactly that. Nestled on a quiet road but close to all the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville attractions that we were there for. It was more than enough room for our family of 6, clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. The kids loved the bottom floor game area and pool table. It was wonderful to have a hot tub with a great view and a large soaking tub in the primary King bedroom after our daily excursions. Matt and April were great hosts and the Bear Tracts managing company made the whole process seamless. We took advantage of the Xplorie free adult ticket for many different attractions that come with this rental along with an Xplorie guide to help plan our activities.

This was a perfect rental for family vacation. My family consisted of me, my mother, my son and his wife, my daughter, her husband and grandson. The oldest being 77 and the youngest being 3. Room for everyone. Game room was awesome and enjoyed by all. Beds were comfortable. The cabin was close to all activities. Definitely will be renting from Bear Tracts again.

The cabin was a perfect size for our family of 6. We sliced the ga room. The location was great for our needs. Loved the big porches
The only thing I would say is that the dryer wouldnt move to a different drying selection so it always tan pretty hot. W

We had a great time at this cabin, when we arrived the cabin was clean and everything in its place. it was very nice to just relax. We enjoyed the pool table and arcade games and my wife loved the jetted tub. All in All it was a great stay and would rent this cabin or others that they have again.

we arrived and everything was just the way that the manager said it would be. the unit was very clean and set up very nice and we enjoyed her stay very much and we'll probably use this company again for more stays in the future. thanks for having nice please available that we can relax and actually get away from normal everyday life for just a while appreciate all your efforts to make our stay very nice.

The family and I look forward to our Pigeon Forge trip every year and this time we found a “Hidden Gem”! Hidden Gem cabin was absolutely PERFECT for our family! The cabin was very clean, and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay for several days. Between the hot tub, arcade games, and the pool table, the kids and I had a blast and stayed busy playing most of the time we were at the cabin. The cabin is located just far enough from the parkway to feel secluded, yet close enough to make a quick 5 min drive to town for food and entertainment! We had a great time and we can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend Hidden Gem cabin!

We really did not know what to expect, but what a wonderful place Hidden Gem was for us! It was great to find a cabin that could sleep all 7 of our adult size family in queen beds and larger...not on pullout sofas. That was important to me. We were well rested after days of sight-seeing, hiking and lines at amusement parks! The hot tub helped with that too. The kitchen is well stocked, we made many large home cooked meals with ease. The dining table was awesome, meals and game nights were easily enjoyed. I also recommend booking with Bear Tracts, after many hours of searching, comparing with other family members and finally choosing Hidden Gem...I booked the wrong cabin. Thank you for helping me in my panic and correcting the mistake, your help was appreciated and your service was outstanding!

Wonderful location and very clean cabin. I would rent here again! The mattresses on both king beds are very firm. This didn’t bother me, but may be a turn off for some. An ottoman, pouf, or something else could also be added to the living area upstairs for guest comfort. Other than that, everything was perfect for us!

Beautiful home. Everything felt brand new. Spotlessly clean. Kids loved their room. Location was perfect, just 5 mins to the parkway. Only suggestion is a new can opener as we struggled with it. But otherwise no complaints and will definitely stay here again during our 2 yearly trips to the area.

Loved the Cabin , it was perfect for me and my son. Lots of privacy for both of us and lots of fun things to do ...which was important for us because he has medical issues and sometimes wasn't able to leave the cabin. Great vacation for us . Exceptionally clean and they provided everything you could possibly think of. I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

What a beautiful cabin. Super clean, had everything we needed. Cozy and comfortable with beautiful decor. Plenty of room, kid friendly, great location. Minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge but still quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. No complaints at all!
