The cabin was great! It was spacious and clean. We had a group of 18 and it provided tons of space and entertainment for the kids. They LOVED the game room. The pool was great, it had a lot of chlorine which caused some with asthma some issues but otherwise we absolutely loved it. Would definitely rent it again for a group that size. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Host was very responsive, location was great.

We stayed at Lazy Bear Lodge for a family vacation of 16 ppl! There was ample space, the bedrooms were great sizes and the mattresses comfortable. The fitted sheets wouldn't really stay on but not a deal breaker. The game room was popular for the kids as well as the pool. The only problem we encountered was the chlorine was so strong on wed(assuming after they treated, although the paperwork stated they treat mon & thurs) we couldn't use the pool wed thurs or friday and left sat. Overall, still five star. Very clean, plenty of towels and starter packs were nice. It was only 15 min from pigeon forge. We would def book again !!

The rental at Lazy Bear Lodge was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. We loved the game room and having game night. It was great. Our code for entry wasn't working. I started to panic a little after I was sent to 2 other people after 3 phone calls, but all were helpful, gave us access to a key and then changed our malfunctioning key code. Everyone was courteous and quick. We had everything we needed and more. If I had to pick a complaint it would have been the bowls we found in the cupboards with dried peanut butter on them. It wasn't the end of the world that could have just been someone trying to be a smarty pants. The cabin accommodated our entire party of 12 comfortably. This is added to our list of favorites right at the top. We'd stay here again for sure. Thanks!!

The app was nice to use to let us in with a code given. The lodge was nice and clean for our family group. Everything we needed was there or a short drive to town. Had wonderful late summer weather and enjoyed the area. We ziplined, shopped, car show, Titanic museum, hiking , trout fishing to name a few. The lodge has lots of personal touches to make you feel at home. The pool, hot tub, and game room , outside grill was used by all. Would go back again, Y'all..

We had a great time staying here with a large group ranging in ages from 1-75. The kids (ages 1-10) all had a lot of fun with the different activities at the cabin (theater room, arcade games, indoor pool) and the space was great for hosting a large group with a spacious kitchen/dining area, two fridges, three floors to keep noise down, and ample parking.

We stayed with 2 other families in the Lazy Bear Lodge during our spring break. We loved that everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our group, as well as the arcade and movie room. The management group was very responsive via text during our stay. There was plenty of parking. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your firestick and possibly an internet card. The internet service was slow and buffered a lot.

We stayed in October for 4 days with friends and family. The cabin was so spacious we all had plenty of room to gather or get-a-away. The pool was amazing and so was the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped with every small appliance you could possibly need to cook for an army. Loved the theater room and we spent most of our time in the arcade/game room.

The app was super helpful as far as check-in/check-out.

When we have the opportunity, we will definitely stay at Lazy Bear Lodge again!

We stayed for an extended weekend this past weekend and the cabin was nothing short of amazing. Very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was a deftent size and it was very spacious. We have stayed in gatlinburg several times and we will absolutely be back to this cabin. They were also very easy to get ahold of, we didn’t see the trash bin code, texted and they let us know where to find it right away.

I have stayed at Lazy Bear Lodge multiple times, and I am looking forward to going back again! It is easy to relax and be comfortable with the spacious cabin. The game room, theater room, and pool provide lots of entertainment while we stayed. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. It will not disappoint!

The Lazy Bear Lodge was once again the perfect headquarters for our friends trip to the Smoky Mountains! Everything we needed was right there in a beautiful setting! This was a great cabin! Usually in rental units the kitchen items are less than desired, at Lazy Bear Lodge there was not one item needed that I didn't have. Cookware was in great condition as well. The location of this resort/cabin is easy to get to and within miles of the Parkway, grocery stores, restaurants and activities. We had a slight issue with one of the sinks, the management company was very helpful and communicative. We have stayed in a few other cabins in the community, I did like that this cabin had the pool on the same level as the kitchen and living room which allowed us to watch the kids swimming easier.

Beautiful, spacious cabin. Kids enjoyed the pool and the theater room. Great location. Would definitely book again! Only disappointment was the lack of views. Third (top) floor has 3 king rooms and the bunk room. Second floor has 2 king rooms, the theater room, the game room, half bath, and the laundry room. First room has living room, kitchen, pool, and half bath.

This cabin had plenty of room for our 3 families. The kids loved having the indoor pool. Getting to swim rain or shine was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, the house was very clean. We had an issue with ants in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The cabin was amazing! The pictures did not do it justice! It is bigger than it appears in the pictures allowing for our group of 16 to enjoy the stay and not be on top of each other! Pool, hot tub, theater room and game room were great extras and lots of fun! Owners were great and responsive!

This was our 2nd time renting this wonderful cabin & it's hand down the best vacation rental experience we've ever had. The rental process & info along the way are personal & informative. The house is exceptional!! They have thought of everything, its like your best friend let you use their vacation home. The kitchen is fully stocked & easy to serve 20 out of. I noticed many upgrades since our last stay, all were delightful. We will absolutly be back for a 3rd stay !!

The Lazy Bear Lodge was clean and well maintained. The owner's provided excellent customer service. They kept me informed prior to my arrival and we were able to check in without any problems and the directions were perfect. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again. My 2 small granddaughters loved the indoor pool and arcade room. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

We had an incredible experience with our stay and with the people at Bear Tracts Vacation Cabins. They were responsive with any questions we had and the communication was exceptional. Messages were sent to us on what to expect before and during our stay. The cabin was great. Everything was clean and ready for our check-in as expected.

We'll definitely be looking to stay there again sometime in the future.

Perfect! The cabin is beautiful and perfect for a large group with every bedroom having a bath attached. Pool was perfect, hot tub was perfect. Game room and movie theater were perfect. Saw a bear walking down the street, which was also perfect. Would absolutely book this cabin again or any other cabin from Bear Tracts. I had a horrible experience with another cabin company before booking this cabin. Everything was smooth and easy booking through Bear Tracts.

The cabin was exceptional! Lots of room to spread out. Very clean. Very accessible to other events throughout the Gatlinburg area. The indoor pool was the big hit with our infant grandson. Would definitely recommend to other guests...

The cabin is beautiful. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. I would suggest they add a can opener, as we could not find one anywhere. The indoor heated pool was very warm and lovely to swim in on cold rainy days. Owners and management were very prompt to respond to any issues.

We had an amazing stay in this cabin. It was very clean when we arrived, lots to do for the kids and adults as well. The indoor pool was a great bonus and having the extra parking for the vehicles was great as well. We will be back!

We LOVED this cabin and our entire experience! There was more than enough room for everyone, and we had so much fun with the pool, theater room, and game room! It was perfect. We would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Lazy Bear Lodge! The house was gorgeous and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids LOVED the game room and movie room but the pool and hot tub were their favorites!!!! My personal favorite was the extra refrigerator...was was great to have an extra once with all those people. We will definitely be back!!!!

This is the second time we rented this wonderful place. Owners have added extra touches since our last visit making sure everything is provided for an awesome visit. Our grandsons particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, game room and movie theater. I liked sipping wine in the hot tub while a gentle snow fell. The extra large kitchen made preparing meals a dream. The 6 bedrooms are plentiful and large, with each having an attached bath.

We stayed at Lazy Bear Lodge before Christmas with our grown 3 children and their spouses. It was such an incredible vacation. The kids never wanted to leave the house. We utilized all of the wonderful amenities .. Pool, theatre room, game room and the hot tub. Went into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg just to see it, so the location was great as far as getting to and from quickly. I would absolutely recommend this spacious and spotless home to anyone! My kids are hoping we make it a yearly trip. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Everything was lovely from pre-planning of arrival to departure. the cabin was absolutely amazing and as beautiful as the pictures described. We don't get much much snow in GA so to have a white snowy Christmas made it icing on the cake!

Pool was just right even in cold weather for in door pool. Didn't get to enjoy the hot tub with all of the other festivities we had planned for our family but we certainly enjoyed all other areas of the cabin in the theater and game room. We'll be back soon for another stay in the future. Thanks again to the Owners who are doing an amazing job and even checked in on us to ensure we were safe with the weather during our stay and departure on the way home to ensure we were safe. Matt and April wishing you both a Happy Holiday Season! See you in the near future!
