Come away to Mountain Haven! This beautiful log home is located just a few short minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Situated in a resort-type setting, Mountain Haven has warm wood finishes, tasteful decor, and comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms to complete the package.

The main level has an open and chef friendly kitchen with lots of space to move around in and also opens into the dining area. The large stone gas fireplace sits between the dining area and living area so that from either place, you can enjoy it. The primary bedroom is also on the main level and has a jetted tub in the bath.

There is a large roomy deck to enjoy that even has a gate on it to keep the little ones in. Here you can enjoy the deck furniture and the quiet of nature as your favorite food is cooking on the gas grill, or soak in the nice sized hot tub with privacy lattice.

The upper level has a gorgeous open loft area with seating for television and a card table to play games on. A seasonal pool is available at the resort during the warmer months for your sunning and swimming pleasure. Wireless internet access is available for those that can't quite leave work behind!

One pool is located just above The Cub House cabin, and the other is located adjacent to the Resort playground and pavilion. Opening date varies between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day holiday weekend when cool weather arrives.

My family and I stayed here last year and just returned home from a one week’s stay in the same cabin this year. I will continue to book this cabin every single year for our family vacation. It is so spacious, very clean, has almost everything anyone would need in the kitchen area, and super comfortable beds. The location is also perfect for us. This cabin gets a 10 rating from us :)

We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin, Mountain Haven. The kids had plenty of space, we were able to sit around and enjoy ourselves, everything was phenomenal. I had read about the driveway being narrow/steep, and and what we found was it was a little tricky to turn into, we simply drove past it and turned around to come back to it, and never had any trouble after that. My wife wants to transplant the whole cabin, furniture and all back to our home and live in it full time. Lol The location is great, and close to lots of the hotspots with a grocery store just down the road, or plenty of food options if you choose to go out. I can’t say enough good things, we will be back and hopefully the dates work out for us to stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was everything we expected from the pictures. Great location..not close to the heavy holiday traffic but close enough to get everywhere we went.
The only down side was the short steep driveway.Its only long enough for 2 cars (maybe 3) and there's no street parking.

This was a great place to stay. With 3 families we all had our own room and plenty of space. More than enough seating on couch/ kitchen area. Loved that they offered the free tickets for some big attractions we took advantage of those. We had a good time. Driveway is very steep, but if you pull up and back in all the way up. You’ll have no problems, or you can go up to top of the hill and turn around and head down that way is a little easier if you don’t feel comfortable backing in. Even though other cabins are a little close you couldn’t hear/ see anyone while outside.

Cabin was great! Perfect for our family.
Beds are so comfortable.
The only negative is the driveway is very small and we only had two vehicles.
The kitchen could be better equipped like cookie sheet pans, mixing bowls, whisk, pot holders etc. Need to provide hand soap in the bathrooms or advise guest to bring.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Mountain Haven! The cabin felt secluded, but was close to everything. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We loved that the hot tub was away from the bed rooms so the adults could have fun while littles were sleeping. Kitchen was well-stocked for cooking in the cabin three nights. Loved that the furniture was comfortable for groups. Loft space was a great added bonus!

Rented this cabin through . It was a seamless experience and the cabin was as advertised. This rental also came with free passes to local attractions which was a bonus, but technically handled by another organization; Xplorie.

Check-in was super easy. Show up at cabin, enter provided code and follow directions to change code to your liking - done. No keys to deal with.

Cabin was clean, everything worked. Kitchen / cupboards had everything we needed to cook and eat. Furniture was in great shape.

Location was convenient too, overall a great rental experience.

The cabin was very nicely laid out! We had 6 people 4 adults and 2 children. The location was nice the grocery store was just down the road and just a couple minutes from downtown Gatlinburg! The drive way was a little hard to find (2cars max) make sure you enter the address correctly in GPS (I think the auto correct messed us up)! Great cabin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was a perfect fit for our family and a great place to crash after a long day. The hot tub got A LOT of use! The driveway is steep, but the house definitely feels more secluded than the rest in the development. My boys enjoyed the pool up the street. The beds were amazingly comfy! What mattress in on the downstairs King? Love the Hospitality app and how everything you need to know is right at your fingertips. Made us of some of the free tickets - thank you! And we certainly enjoyed the porch and how close this cabin is to downtown Gatlinburg. There are only 2 "cons" to this cabin - the noise created from the loft tv and living room t.v.(which wouldn't be an issue for everyone), and the kitchen didn't have some pretty common items - a 13 X 9 pan and a spatula were the two most notable to us. That being said, it wouldn't stop us from booking this cabin again. A list of available kitchen dishes/utensils would be a blessing for future renters who plan to cook meals in.

Bear Tracts was always "there" to help. They always responded quickly to texts and inquiries of any kind. Maintenance was also responsive on hot tub. This cabin is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. The pool is well maintained and within steps of the property. Do be prepared for a steep but short driveway for parking. Otherwise excellent location.

What a treasure! We loved everything about this cabin. We had plenty of space. Its a great location. The hot tub provided a great way to wind down at the end of the day. My only regret is we spent too much time in town and not enough enjoying the tranquility of the cabin.
