A little slice of Paradise as promised in the name. This cottage has a large covered seating area adjacent to its private pool. Perfect for taking a break out of the sun while the kids enjoy the in ground saltwater swimming pool complete with a waterfall and Hot Tub. The media room inside has free play arcade games, pool table, a massive TV with leather reclining seating. A perfect place to watch the game, your favorite movie, or just sit back and unwind. As the night falls you can turn on the lights in the pool and continue to enjoy it or relocate to the fire-pit with benched seating and tell ghost stories while making s'mores with the kids! Inside you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the main level along with a sleeper sofa and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs you will find an additional queen bedroom with a full bath and cubby with another full bed perfect for 2 kids. Additionally there is a small workspace that can be used with a desk if you need to escape to handle a little business. All Bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. High Speed Spectrum cable WIFI is provided. Side by side full washer/dryer.

Property has a charcoal grill.

The maximum occupancy of the entire property is 14 at any given time.

Property is easy to access in Sevierville just 2 miles off the main road. No steep or windy roads to worry about. 16 miles to Gatlinburg and the National Parks with backroad access. 7 miles to Dollywood and the Island at Pigeon Forge. 5 miles to the marina where you can rent a boat and enjoy the lake.

POOL SEASON: The pool will be open April 1st and Closed on 12/31. The pool is heated between 78-82 degrees during early spring and late fall depending on air temperature. The pool is not heated between 05/15 and 11/30. The pool is 12x26 and 5 foot deep at the deepest point.

Visit as many attractions as you like on a daily basis and receive one admission to each of those attractions every day. Unused admissions expire daily. Expired and redeemed admissions are replenished the following day and can be used again.

Great place to stay with fast, easy communication with the hosts! Everything from the man cave, pool, hot tub, and fire pit was awesome. Grill could use updating. Would definitely come back again

Not toddler friendly as the doors didn't lock inside. Expired italy to the pool, i worried he might go out the door when we weren't looking.
One out of three doors had an automatic unlock feature from the inside. This has been fixed so all door knobs leading to pool will lock from the inside as well. Thanks for the feedback and we hope you will visit us again.

This was the best vacation ever. I really enjoyed having everything I needed for us right there. We hardly left the house and the pool and hot tub was awesome. My husband and nephew loved the pool table. We will be back next year. The management was awesome she took care of everything I needed to know. Absolutely love it . Thanks again

Perfect family vacation! We ordered groceries from Kroger and had them delivered. The house had everything we needed! The large kitchen fit our family of 10 perfectly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The large den and game room was awesome. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out throughout the house. There was an issue with the middle bathroom shower not working but was fixed. The property managers Matt and April are friendly and very responsive to calls. The house was immaculately clean and well kept! We felt at home and plan to return in the future!

What a fabulous cabin! We loved the pool and hot tub and had a blast in the arcade/man cave. Our nightly campfires were the perfect way to end each evening. We came to spend time at Dollywood but had just as much fun at the cabin. Our girls are already lobbying for a repeat next Fall Break. Thank you for sharing your lovely cabin with our family!

If i could give it a 10 start i would this house/cabin is beautiful and well taken care of,with lots of space and 2 game machines along with a pool table it has something for everyone to enjoy,but that's not it the outdoor pool and tub made our stay even better.Rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable and our host Mathew really made us feel like we were at home since the day i booked the cabin until we left he was always on top of everything making sure we were ok and if we needed anything.my family and I had an awesome time her thatwe will definitely be back here next year!!!

This property is so much more than the pictures and it is very clean. Its well taken care of we enjoyed everything about it and can't wait to next year. The management was on top of everything but we had no problems and she still kept check on us. If u are looking for something to keep the whole family entertained for days or weeks this is it. The hot tub and swimming pool are very clean was done as we were getting there. We absolutely loved this property ����

Had a wonderful stay at Paradise Springs! Exactly what we needed - a hidden gem on a home on a very nice property. Close to everything. Matt was fantastic to work with - booking process/any issues we had at the house (which were minimal and due to mostly user error :). Two families with multiple kids ranging in ages 4-13. Perfect location too!

The house was very isolated but in a good location to get to everything in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Very clean but out of date-needs new dishwasher and microwave and considering the price of the rental for the week, really should be more updated. Matt the owner was very responsive when we had AC issues, a manual for the house would be so helpful for future guests-we had no idea there were 3 thermostats! Lol. Good property, private pool is great, especially during a pandemic...

During the pandemic, my family of 7 just wanted to get away in a private home, in a beautiful area, where we didn't have to go anywhere and had privacy. We found it at Paradise Springs! Driving back to the house left us unsure, until it opened up to a beautiful and private home and property. It had a pool with different color lights and a good size hot tub with stone all around it. We enjoyed sitting under the covered parking area on the chairs in the mornings to drink our coffee, as it was so peaceful. The house had room for us all to spread out. Some of the house is a little outdated, but we don't care about that. All of us slept very well on comfortable beds, we had all the kitchen appliances we needed to cook in every day, an extra refrigerator, a large kitchen table we enjoyed eating together at every night, and the teenage boys loved the upstairs two beds with their own bathroom area. We spent most of our time in the wonderful game/great room that was right beside the pool. It had a pool table, pinball machine with 100's of game options on it and an arcade game that had all of the classics like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger, etc. We enjoyed it all, relaxed, cooked our meals at the house, and had a fantastic family vacation. We took one day to venture out to Greenbriar and Gatlinburg, which are very close. Refreshing and relaxing vacation!

We had the best family vacation of our lives staying at this home. There were plenty of comfy beds. Everything was beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed in this house and more. The pool and hot tub are really cool, not only are they heated but they have really awesome lights at night. we were also able to enjoy the fire pit and make s'mores. The game room was super fun too! We could not have asked for more!

Not even sure where to begin. Clean... we all expect that. Done and done. They did a great job! Smelled nice, and not like a fake air freshener nice either. Media room was absolutely massive. Everyone was in there at the same time and we had plenty of room to spare. Pool tournaments, pinball tournaments you name it. The beds were all extremely comfortable and not cheapo mattresses. Firepits in the evening and the wood was provided! Last but not least.... the heated pool. Clean, clear, well taken care of. Honestly we really had no reason to leave the cabin. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
