Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the views, gas fireplace, 2 couches, and a flat-screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with extra counter space and bar seating for 3 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 20 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. There is a large dining room table with seating for 14. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 3 and everyone will have a place to dine together.

It’s playtime! Make every night game night at Royal Vista, with friendly competition in pool. Sit back and catch the game or play the arcade game til your heart is content. All games are set to free play!

Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 6 bedrooms — each with a flat-screen TV. Choose from 5 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds, and 3 Queen Sleeper Sofas. 3 King bedrooms and 2 Queen bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms.

We had a very good time at this cabin. It is a very pretty cabin with a great layout and plenty of space inside. Matt was quick to respond to a question I had, so that is always nice. The game room and firepit were also very nice. And they are not kidding - the view is FANTASTIC! The location is good in the sense that you are close(r) to things to do, but FYI for anyone (like me - sensitive to noise) looking for a very quiet mountain retreat: this might not be the place for you. Every day/night you can hear traffic from down below and, at night, I was able to hear neighbors (voices, music, etc.). This would probably not be an issue for most, but it is definitely not secluded in that way. This is a great place for large gatherings who are probably noisier/more active anyway. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Vista! The house was beautiful. The views were incredible! We enjoyed meals at the huge dining table. That was really special for us. Spent our nights gathered by the fire pit. Overall we had a great time at Royal Vista!

Had a great time with family during our stay. Had a great view. Only a few things that needed attention. Day we arrived grass around fire pit was very high, didn’t want to use fire pit because of this. Someone came the next day to cut around it. The hot tub needed attention, color of the water was not appealing, no one used it. Suggest getting a new one! Could of been cleaner on deck around house, needed to sweep, knock down spider webs etc. Definitely bring extra garbage bags! Trees around charcoal grill definitely need cut back for fear of catching fire! Overall had a good experience.

We had 20 family members in this great cabin for a rare reunion. All of the facilities are great. Beds comfy. Amazing views from the main deck. A/C works very well. Lots of spaces to spread out in. Marvelous kitchen.

Absolutely breathtaking views! The cabin was as described and pictured with basic amenities provided in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The game room was super fun with billiards, digital pinball machine and 1000s of arcade games - perfect for all ages. There is a very user-friendly app that provides instructions and guidelines about the property and what to expect that was helpful. The upstairs AC was not working properly at first, and with one phone call, they had someone out to fix it the same day. They even called the next day to check in and see if things were ok. There were chairs around the fire pit, just have to bring your own firewood and s’mores makings. The hot tub was clean and in working order. The grill is mounted in the driveway and can’t be moved; a little close to the tree line and overhead branches, but usable if you bring charcoal. We had 9 people stay over 8 days and had plenty of space for each family to enjoy. It was relatively easy to get to, but GPS did try to stop one home too early. It was helpful to have each property gate labeled. It is an extremely narrow and winding road up the mountain, with a very steep driveway to get in but totally worth it. We took advantage of some fun attractions including white water rafting, hiking in the mountains, sky lift park, Titanic museum, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, the Aquarium and so much more. We didn’t have enough time to check everything off our list and would certainly come back to do it again.

Truly a great rental! We absolutely loved the dinning table, all 15 of us sat around it together & still had room to move. Spent everyday around that table together eating, playing games and just being together. Rooms were great, lots of space and the view simply stunning.

What an incredible stay. The views from this cabin could not have been any better. Matt and April were always available and very professional to work with. I truly believe all they cared about was that we had a great stay and we did. The cabin was perfect and more than met our expectations. We will definitely go through Bear Tracts for our next stay.

loved the cabin, clean, good views from the deck. check in was easy, no issues with the MC,and the fire pitt was a great touch. nice place overall the only down side was the mattress ....they are old and uncomfortable. i would rather sleep on a air mattress than on these again and the pillows were no better. we have rented similar cabins the last 3 years in the same price range and they ALL had high quality bedding except this one. if the bedding was high quality i would rent again.

The only problem is kitchen needs attention , knives would not cut a tomato , blender messed up , no decent cook ware. Pans old and to small for large groups The water in bathrooms smells like sewage

When we arrived had to call maintenance for a few things but he arrived very quick

The cabin was spacious. A few beds need replaced, and mattress covers would have be nice.its the only cabin I've ever stayed at that didn't have them. It seemed like it had been empty for a while as the furniture was dusty,And ceilings fan's thew dust when turned on. There wasn't enough silverware or kitchen supplies for the number of people this cabin would hold. We were constantly washing silverware to be able to eat. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the mountains!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location and views were fantastic. The property was clean but the glass doors in dining room were very dirty, looks like those were missed by housekeeping. Would recommend a little extra seating on main level. There were seven adults in our group but only seating for six. Another chair or loveseat would fit in that space. Also, a handrail would have helped on upper and lower stairs. Overall, great stay, and would recommend to a friend. We were visited by a mama bear and her two cubs 30 minutes after our arrival.

A truly five star experience!
This cabin has absolutely everything you need for a larger group stay. Clean spacious rooms, beautiful views, comfortable group gathering areas, and entertainment for younger members of your party. Our family ages ranged from 11 years old to 81 years old, and there was something for absolutely all of us to enjoy. Kitchen and bathrooms were perfect. Plenty of sitting areas to relax and enjoy the smoky mountains. Trips into town and into the tourist areas are very easy to navigate, and even walks within the neighborhood were nice and enjoyable. Our hosts were extremely responsive to every question, and prepared ys well ahead of time with all the information to get from check in to check out. I would highly recommend this stay. Its gorgeous, cozy, and makes you feel right at home immediately.

We had two families made up of 10 people (4 adults and 6 children, ages 6-12) stay here. The location was great - very private without being isolated, and with stunning views. The home was clean, roomy and stacked with entertainment including video game consoles, a pool table, digital pinball, hot tub and fire pit. The beds were comfortable and most rooms had their own full bathrooms attached. We took advantage of the free activity passes which were super easy to access and definitely added monetary value to the trip. We fully recommend this rental.
I suggest bringing any extras you may want for the kitchen as there were absolutely no food or convenience items such as foil, saran wrap, food storage containers, napkins, condiments, spices or cooking oils in the cabinets (which is often the case in other homes we've rented).

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! This property has the absolute most amazing views of the mountains; it's breathtaking! Management was very prompt in responses and attentive. The only small items that negated a 5 star review were the following..

- Trash strung everywhere outside property (this is not the owners fault but the guests prior I believe)
- Window sashes had issues sealing
-Water smelled very much of sulfur for the first day or so.

We would stay here again and appreciate the folks in management for being so attentive!
