Bear Tracts will offer free admission to some of the most popular attractions in the area.

Welcome to Smoky Mountain Paradise, where you can relax with family and friends! On a very quiet and private mountain road, you will be sure to get the relaxation and recharging you need. Newly constructed in 2022, with a combination of wooded views and mountain views on the back decks. After a long day, relax with a beverage of your choice, take in the changing colors of the sky, and listen to the breeze through the trees. After that, team up for a game of Air hockey on the lower level and enjoy the multicade for some old-school arcade fun. You can splash in the heated pool or soak in the outdoor hot tub. At the end of the night, your sleeping accommodations are upstairs, with 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, or a twin-over-twin bunk, each with a conveniently located bathroom.

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a couch, a comfy armchair, and a big-screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV and watch the game.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen to prepare full meals for the family, or stay fueled with a quick coffee refill or a snack station. Fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. Plenty of counter space and bar seating to make meal preparation and service simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 8 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with serving memorable meals, bring board or card games from home and host a friendly tournament. UNO! There is plenty of seating for 8 at the kitchen table. Everyone will have a place to dine together.

Game Room:
Downstairs, just outside the pool, you will find an air hockey table and a multi-cade to take a step back in time and play some old favorites like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, or Galaga.

Sleeping arrangements:
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed each day. There are plenty of cozy options across 3 bedrooms and a common area. Choose from 2 King Beds, a Queen Bed, or a twin over twin bunk (downstairs common area), each with a TV and a convenient bathroom, so everyone can get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without hassle.

Location: Just 7 miles away from the Gatlinburg Forge Strip. Location is rural and secluded/private. There are other cabins in eyeshot from the driveway. The roads are paved with some narrow sections. County roads are maintained during winter weather by the County.

Pool: 12x6 and 5 feet deep at the deepest point.

The home was very nice but there were a few issues.
- The kitchen sink does not have hot water and the water pressure is minimal making it hard to clean dishes off.
- The pool water level was 6 inch down from the top. It should have had more water added.
- The hot tub was only used once the entire week because there were hornets around it most the time and it was typically the same temp as the pool.
- The free tickets were never used because it was too complicated to deal with.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the home to be nice overall, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

The kitchen sink does have hot water; however, the hot and cold water terminals are reversed, —something we’ve noted in our maintenance log to correct.

Regarding the pool water level, our app does explain that if the water falls below the minimum line—often due to splashing during use—it should be topped off by the guest. This helps keep the system running smoothly between cleanings and is a standard guest responsibility during a stay, except at check-out, when our team is on-site.

As for the hornets near the hot tub, thank you for letting us know. We do maintain a monthly pest bond on all of our cabins, but nests can appear quickly in mountain environments. We’ve since taken steps to address the issue and appreciate you making us aware.

Lastly, we’re sorry to hear you didn’t take advantage of the free attraction tickets. This is the first time we’ve received feedback that the process was complicated. The program is designed to be fully digital and easy to use, and we’re always happy to assist guests in navigating it.

We hope you'll consider staying with us again and give us another opportunity to provide a more seamless experience.

We thought the rental was great! It was just the right size for two families. The drive up to the rental at night was interesting....the winding road was very narrow. The rental itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed this cabin. From walking into a spotless & roomy open concept living room/kitchen, to the well laid out bedrooms, all the way down the awesome downstairs with the pool, hot tub, and more - This cabin was amazing for our family of 7. My older children slept upstairs, and I loved the bunk beds downstairs. I appreciated the fact that the pool was locked by keypad, and there was an alarm as well. There were plenty of blankets and pillow for everyone to sleep - as comfortably as you can away from home! There was plenty to cook and eat with, which helped keep out 6 night stay affordable. As a mom, probably my favorite feature was the large capacity washer dryer combo! As I said, we are family of 7, and stayed for 6 days - we did laundry every day, and as a result only brought home about a half load of dirty clothes! I don't think I could ever stay somewhere without a washer/dryer again.

My only complaint about this property is about the location - we love that it is private, but the drive up is very dangerous even for a skilled driver. It is very poorly lit, and was stressful to drive home every night. I do hope if we stay here again the route is lit better than it was. The wifi was pretty spotty, too, but it wasn't the end of the world.

All in all, a great cabin for a large family, or 2 smaller families. We love working with Bear Tracts because they are friendly & organized, but also love the xplorie offers! You won't be disappointed.

Overall had an amazing time and would consider booking again. There are a few minor complaints. First is that it was supposed to have 2 queen beds upstairs. There’s ONE queen bed, the other is maybe a full. Definitely not a queen. Second is the pool was supposed to go up to 5 ft deep, and it was maybe 3.5 ft at the deepest. The pool was cool, wasn’t really heated as advertised. And note that this is a 3 level cabin. You will be climbing stairs. Shower downstairs was small. No room to hang or put any toiletries besides the floor. Third floor where two main bedrooms were had to share a bathroom. I never got to use the upstairs bathroom as there was always someone else in it. Just a note for any families looking to book.

The roads were also extremely steep and narrow. NOT recommended to travel at night. You’re IN the mountains. Lovely view! Loved the privacy. Drive was a little scary at times ��

Again, beautiful property! Lovely accommodations and worked for our purposes of just needing a weekend away. Neither of these will affect my score. Just good information to know.

We had a great stay with our 3 kids. Home was clean, had plenty of space, and you cant beat a private pool. There was even a bear hanging out outside a couple days! Would definitely stay their again.
