So Happy Together

This cabin was beautiful, clean, in a wonderful and convenient location. It was secluded enough to be quiet and enjoyable but still close to everything of interest. A wonderful experience that we will definitely enjoy again another time soon. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place perfect for our family. There are 3 bedrooms on the top level all
With full bathrooms. 1 bedroom on the main floor with film bath. 1 bedroom on the bottom floor with 2 bunk sets that are full beds on top and bottom bunk. Perfect for the children of the crew. Movie theatre was a plus! Kitchen has everything you need! This place is awesome, new and clean. Thank you for a great time. We will be back for sure!

We travel a lot and this was one hands down one of the best stays weve experienced! The cabin was absolutely stunning from the view, to the amenities, comfort of beds, etc . We thoroughly enjoyed having the kids downstairs area with the arcade games and pool table! The swimming/hot tub area was such a hit and we loved the addition of the waterfall . It was so relaxing! We even got to see bears each day. We look forward to returning on our next stay :)

Hands down it was one of the best places weve stayed to far. Your only about a mile 1/2 away from down town Gatlinburg, 5 minutes from a food City if your like us and enjoy eating breakfast in and snacks between. There is a lovely streaming fountain outback along with a hot tub and swim spa by the fire pit and another hot tub right out of the cabin on your private deck. The kids enjoyed the theatre in the cabin and the fun games. We all loved sitting outside in the morning and night taking in all the beauty around us. We seen a momma bear and her cub, then later seen one big poppa bear. They were quite a beautiful sight. The cabin wad clean, well
stocked with all the utensils you need to cook with. We will use this place again and hopefully every-time we vacation in the Smokies which is quite often. This cabin is truly a beauty. There is 5 king rooms with private bathrooms, queen bunks and sleeper sofas. Plenty of room for a large family. Soft comfy beds as well!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Bear Tracts So Happy Together cabin. The large outdoor hot tub was a hit with everyone. The Gas grill and outdoor Fire-pit was a nice amenity. The spacious rooms and many bathrooms was another great feature . Our family of 12 loved it!

we loved our stay, my grandkids enjoyed the hottubs, spa hottest, gameroom, we had 4 inches of snow our second day and there were no shovels, salt, the stairs were dangerous , I would suggest having something, u realize it doesn't snow much here but should accommodate when it does, also only 1 trash bag per container in the kitchen, need to bring your own, was a little surprised they didnt provide any! Overall, our stay was great. I would recommend

11 old friends got together for a few days of fun. This place was so perfect!! Beds are comfortable, kitchen well appointed and the hot tubs were amazing. We even got one day of snow!!! My only suggestion is to either encourage renters to bring some salt or provide it for those back steps!!! Crazy slippery when it snows and freezes! We had two small ( thankfully) slips on the stairs. Everyone had a ball and we so appreciate you sharing

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the beds were wonderful! I walked around the cabin in white socks and they were still white at the end of the day. The only issue was the WI-FI reception was very poor. Not sure if it was because there were so many devices trying to use it or if it is just the area. Might want to look into a booster and extender. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

This house is fantastic! It is convenient to everything, spotless, and has anything you could want and more. The game room was awesome for the kids and we enjoyed some fabulous hikes and cooked some great meals.
We would absolutely stay here again given the opportunity. The host was on point with any communications and I couldnt have imagined feeling more taken care of!

Every year we gather with family in TN that we may not get to see often for family fellowship. Thank you so much for extending your amazing cabin to facilitate our adventures. It had all the amenities and perfectly located outside the traffic rush between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The host went above and beyond to assure our stay was comfortable and worry free. We will be back. Oh, there were bear sightings in the area for added enjoyment.

Really nice location. perfect for our family getaway. We loved all the games and movie room. Pool table was not in an optimal position and was uneven, but not totally disappointing. We still played . Kitchen was well equipped, it would have been nice to know it had a Keurig instead of regular coffee machine. We went and purchased a regular one for our weekend and then donated it to one of our group. Win win situation. Overall I feel instructions and steps to stay were perfectly organized and added to our great visit.

Our families were So Happy Together! The cabin was very clean and spacious and convenient. The owner was accommodating due to flooding of the river and roads in the surrounding areas. We all had a fabulous weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful time this past week. The house was beyond my expectations. Its so perfectly thought out. Lots of room to enjoy all of our family without anyone being cramped. We LOVED the fact that all rooms not only has king size beds ( which were super comfy) but also had their own bathroom with nice size showers in each room so no one felt that they got lesser than anyone else. There is a lot of construction going on right now but it didnt really bother us. They had a huge dumpster out back for the construction trash which someone had thrown their lunch leftovers in so we got to see a beautiful black bear rummaging through the trash which was so cool. Over all we had a fabulous trip and would absolutely stay here again with our family of 9. If I had anything that I might say wasnt perfect it would only be that the hot tub is a little small for such a large home only seats 4 people comfortably but we didnt mind we just let the ladies enjoy and the men played pool.

Our family has a fabulous time. The cabin was wonderful and so clean. Matt couldnt have been nicer or more responsive. Only suggestions would be a larger hot tub and addition of kitchen items such as larger bowls for mixing and serving, steak knives and another large pot. Lastly coffee maker is a Keurig which we prefer however we were told it had a regular coffee pot which resulted in an extra trip back to the store. Overall excellent property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place exceeded our expectations. The cabin was well furnished and provided everything we could need. Each room had its own bathroom and TV and we fit 8 people very comfortably. It was also a great location, close enough to head into town but in a quiet area.
