Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, couches, a comfy armchair, and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with 2 stainless-steel refrigerators, 2 stoves, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with loads of extra counter space and bar seating for 7 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 28 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. There are 3 large tables with cushioned chairs and benches for 24. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 7 and everyone will have a place to dine together.

Rec Rooms
It’s playtime! Upstairs, hit the air hockey puck to victory. Drive your 1994 McLaren F1 across the finish line in the Rush 2049 driving simulator. Get in a 4 player tournament of golf on the Golden Tee or take a step back in time and play some old favorites like PacMan, Donkey Kong, or Galaga on the multi-cade. There’s even a media space that has a comfy sofa, and a flat screen TV.

Downstairs, shoot pool with your pals with plenty of observation seating. Here, you’ll also find the theater area with a large flat screen TV, a couple sofas, and comfy armed chairs, great for a little relax time after the kiddos drift to sleep.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 9 bedrooms — each with a flat screen TV. Choose from 9 King Beds, 2 Twin Bunk Beds and 3 Queen Sleeper Sofas all of which are memory foam. There are also 7 full bathrooms plus 2 half baths, so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

Our cabin was perfect for our family. The cabin was so clean and had everything we needed. We had a range if ages from 5 months to 69 yrs.
We had plenty of room for seating. The bedrooms were great and we were able to get around between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge pretty easily. We would stay there again if our family wasn’t growing again next year.

We had a very nice stay at Stairway to Heaven. The cabin was perfect for our group of 13 adults. There was plenty of gathering space yet everyone still was able to spread out and have privacy. The large kitchen was really nice. The service from Bear Tracts is outstanding. We had a few little maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly. The cabin was very clean and in a very convenient location.

Definitely lock your doors we had two of our vehicles ransacked by a bear and two others had bear paws on the door!!!! We absolutely loved the property there are some things that are worn down but would not affect us rebooking hottub up on top deck two jets did not work but still enjoyed it!!! All in all it was a great trip and the cabin definitely has everything you need to have a large group of people! Rooms very comfortable! Overall a great cabin and easy to navigate

I would highly recommend renting Stairway to Heaven. Our family had a wonderful experience. The kids (from 6 to 21) loved the game room, pool table and hot tubs. We had a minor maintenance issue that was solved quickly by a friendly, efficient worker. This was an awesome experience and we would definitely rent again from the Bear Tracts group.

We were very pleased with our cabin. There were 21 of us and we had lots of room to spread out! The only issue we had was with the internet connection (which was no fault of the owner) but within 2 hours of reporting it ( on a Friday night, mind you) we were back up and running! The location was great as well. It was between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so we could easily access either without any trouble. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a large family reunion with 8 kids and their spouses. Plenty of room for all. Hardly went out to eat as we had large dinners in the cabin. Staff very accommodating. Any issues addressed quickly. Only issue was that the ice makers didn't work in either of the two refrigerators. But we were able to get by.

family had a great time cabin is nice except for the mold on all the shower curtins. i would recommend this cabin. it was very nice to just sit out and enjoy yourself. i didn't find no wood for a bonfire nor a place to have it.

We spent a week I. This lovely home away from home with family from Alabama, Florida, and Texas. There was plenty of room for all of us, including the spacious game room that kept the kids entertained and the pool table on the bottom floor. The spacious kitchen was perfect for our large group and the hot tubs were a nice way to end the day. Any questions we had were responded to within minutes!

I highly recommend this cabin, particularly since it doesnt stack people on top of each other; its the perfect place for our family reunions.

The views were amazing and the location was convenient to Gatlinburg. The kitchen was large and we loved the two refrigerators, dishwashers and ovens. It made cooking and cleaning up after our 23 people a breeze. There was plenty of seating and lots of square footage. From the moment we chose this cabin I knew it was going to be perfect. The photos do not justice. You must see this cabin to feel the most wonderful experience of the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was more then what we wished for. I will definitely be staying here again with my family in the future.

We had good time. It is at the end of Gatlinburg bypass and beginning of pigeon forge. Doesn’t have mountain view much but easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking.

Only suggestion is to maybe change the rug in main floor around TV area and changing AC filters timely.

We had a very large group and this house worked great. The main floor was much quieter than you would expect with a lot of fun going on upstairs in the game room. It felt like we had less people in the house than we did. The double fridge and very large kitchen also worked great for us and we did not have any issues with lack of room in the kitchen. There was plenty of parking at the house and it was never an issue. The video games upstairs were very popular.

The house was great. We had 16 in our group and the layout of the house was perfect—plenty of bedrooms with en-suites for privacy. The game rooms were fun; the kids were wowed by having more games than any other rental. Th back decks had lovely views. The neighborhood was conveniently located to go to shows and other places in the two towns. Loved having two refrigerators and dishwashers. The neighborhood was quiet.

Ok, I seldom give 5-star ratings for anything, but this place is legit! Great facility, great amenities, great owners, you name it. The measure of a place is how the owner responds to anomalies that occur during the trip. Our stay was unique in that I have 15 children and stepchildren. We also had two sons-in-law and a daughter-in-law. Not that we were "high maintenance" occupants for the week, but, let me tell you, all you have to do is call the owner with whatever question you have and they're on it, responsive, and caring... like you're part of THEIR family. Highly recommend!

Cabin was amazing. Everything was clean and ready to go upon arrival. We had a bit of an issue with one of the hot tubs but maintenance came over right away and fixed it. The only thing I think there could be improvement on is the trash. The dumpster at the bottom of the hill was not open and therefore you had no choice but to put your trash on the ground next to it.

It was freaking amaze balls!!! We had so much fun! Sometimes we didn’t even want to leave the cabin for the day! You can definitely go and just stay in the cabin your whole trip and have a blast with the right people! Definitely plan on returning! Probably once a year!

The Stay was amazing here. It's easy to get to, and its very close to town. I loved every bit of the stay. We had all of the space we needed, it was very clean and we had one of the most amazing views! If you are thinking about booking, I definitely recommend it! Thank you all allowing us to stay in your cabin! I will be back!

This trip was amazing! After getting to the cabin we had a hard time leaving all the games to go into Gatlinburg! Everything worked great and the place was spotless!! Our entire group loved the placement of the cabin as it was close to everything. Every part of the process was easy as pie and April at Bear Tracts Vacations was TOP NOTCH!! Highly recommend using their services for your next trip.

Our experience could not have been more amazing for a quick little get away for our family.

16 people stayed in total and every adult had their own ROOM and king size bed which is VERY difficult to find. On top of that, the kids that joined us had PLENTY to do from the game room upstairs, pool table downstairs, and the hot tubs.

The owners were very attentive and answer every little text message that I sent throughout the entire weekend. There's also a convenient grocery store just 5-10 minutes away from the cabin. It's also perfect driving distance from the main strip with just plenty more to do for the family and kids.

I would stay here MULTIPLE times and plan on coming back in the near future!!! Thank you so much for an awesome and relaxing weekend.

We had a large group with multiple families and the house was perfect for us! It has multiple living rooms so the adults and teens could have their own spaces. The kitchen was well set up with lots of space for a big group. The owner did a great job of taking care of us when we had a few issues with WiFi and the hot tub. We also loved the location. We came to the area to spend time in the national park and the house is only a couple miles outside of Gatlinburg and the national park.

Wonderful cabin in Gatlinburg. We had a group of 29 playing in a basketball tournament at the rocky top stadium. We were about 4 miles from that so it was an easy commute. All The bedrooms had a king size bed and easy access to a bathroom, most had their own bathroom. We all had breakfast and dinner together and it didn’t feel like they were almost 30 people in the cabin because it was so large. Really nice neighborhood, and the cabin had great amenities for the kids to play. Thanks for a great stay!
