No matter the season, it's always summertime at Timber River! This spacious 2-bedroom cabin is located just 2 miles from the Pigeon Forge strip. Relax in your own private indoor pool or soak your cares away in the outdoor hot tub. Let the kids splash away for hours without having to pack a cooler or pack the car. Snuggle up by the fireplace and watch your favorite movie. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and play in the game room while waiting for the dinner bell. This cabin has something for everyone!

Upper Level
The 3rd level bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The game room boasts a Pool Table, and 2 60+ game arcade systems featuring your favorite 80s and 90s games. You will also find a queen-over-queen bunk bed, with bathroom access, for additional sleeping space.

Main Level
The Main level king bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a vertical shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space, armed chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Cozy up by the fireplace or sit back and relax after a long day of hiking.

You will find the fully equipped kitchen on this level as well as the dining area. Prepare all your meals with ease!

Lower Level
On the lowest level of the cabin, you will find the sizable indoor heated pool through a secured door. Lounge by the pool for some relaxation. If the muscles are tired after a long day of hiking or shopping you can step onto the deck to relax in the hot tub.

Pool: approx. 16’ x 11’ and 5 feet deep on the deepest and 3 feet on the shallow end

Location: 10 miles to Gatlinburg strip, 2.5 miles to Pigeon Forge strip, 4.5 miles to Ripken Experience, 11 miles to the National Park

We had a great stay at Timber River! The fact that you can feel out away from the business of the Strip but be a quick 2 miles away was so nice. We took full advantage of having an indoor heated pool and our 9 year old son was loving it! Between the pool, hot tub, and game room, we stayed busy while we were at the cabin. Highly recommend!!

This rental was everything that we imagined it to be! It looked just like the pictures and everything was amazing. I only had 1 small issue. The remote control for the TV in the game room was so nasty and crusty. But that was only 1 small issue. We will defbe returning again next year.

Cabin was semi clean- there were spills on several floors indicating that mopping was not done prior to our arrival. The stairs to the basement pool room are in dire need of some kind of grip material as they are dangerously slick when wet. No kitchen linens were provided and no mop or anything to clean up water from wet kids traversing the cabin. The internet was quite spotty and we only had 6 people there. It was out completely for an entire day during our 3 day stay.

Highly recommend Timber River rental! We had 6 people staying, including a 1 year old. We had plenty of space in the game room to set up her travel crib and hang out on the main floor after she went to bed. The cabin had everything we needed! The cabin was very clean! The washer and dryer in the pool area was perfect for drying out towels and swim suits right after getting out and being able to change in the half bath. The pool was a bit chilly for us, however I think it was due to the water being a bit high. We did let the maintenance team know about the water height and they were very prompt and professional to work with! The location of the cabin is also perfect to pigeon forge. We were able to go to the strip but come right back for nap time. We would definitely rent this cabin or another cabin through bear tracts in the future! Thank you so much for a great trip.

i recommend this cabin our family had a wonderful time here and its location is perfect from all the attractions we will certainly stay here again the only improvement that i would suggest is that there be non slip tracks be put on the pool steps and a hand rail i feel on the steps as i step down in to the pool area while the steps was wet but everything else was wonderful thank you again

We loved this cabin and would definitely stay here again. The location is close to the strip but nestled in the mountains surrounded by beauty. The rental was equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Communication was excellent with the owners and Bear Tracks rentals.

This cabin was amazing. Everything described is what you get. The pool was bigger than we thought it would be and was great fun. The cabin was spotless and had everything you could need. The location was an easy drive to everything but out enough you were still in the woods! All games and tv’s worked great. We had no issues with any of the appliances. The hot tub was wonderfully hot with great jets. We highly recommend this cabin and plan to stay again.

Timber River is located a close, easy drive from Pigeon Forge yet feels secluded and private. The paved parking spot was a nice plus. We loved the 3 levels of deck for watching birds, rabbits, and squirrels. The cabin was very clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was clean and well maintained, and was larger than I expected. Communication from Bear Tracts was excellent. We have rented many cabins in the Smoky Mountains and this was one of the cleanest cabins and best communication we have experienced.

This cabin is amazing. Everything is just as represented by the pictures, but even better. The entire cabin was spotless at check-in, the pool and hot tub water was crystal clear. The pool was so warm, you could get right in and relax. The hot tub was heated to 104 and had powerful jets. Very easy to get to, just the second cabin up the Timber Woods road and it felt very private even with other cabins on both sides. You never saw or heard the neighbors. Kitchen is well appointed, great appliances and all the utensils you need. Having the free attraction tickets saved hundreds of dollars and there are so many to choose from! I would stay here (or any other Bear Tracts property) again in a heartbeat and I hope we can get back there again soon. We came in from Upstate NY and found this area of TN to have so much to do and offered the best family vacation. In addition to the pool and hot tub, my kids were so happy with the third floor game room. Communication from Bear Tracts was excellent, as well. Minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge and it took barely 15-20 minutes to get to Gatlinburg and the National Park. Book this place, you won't be disappointed!

Very relaxing felt like we had just came home for the week. Such a beautiful house! Plenty of towels and blankets. The only issue we had was the pool was a bit cold even though the reading on the thermometer read 82 it definitely wasn’t 82. The hot tub was great though!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The location is quiet but yet still close to the main road and takes 5 minutes to get into town. The cabin itself was really clean. The bed was comfy. Our personal favorite was the hot tub and swimming pool. they were well kept and the chlorine smell wasn't overbearing. I'd definitely book this cabin again if available in the future! The staff was very helpful as well.

Me and my family had an amazing time. The cabin was so beautiful and big. It was clean and spotless it had everything we needed and more. The pool was nice and big the kids really enjoyed it only thing wrong was the first day the smell of the chlorine was way to strong other then that we enjoyed it everyday, and the hot tub was amazing. The kids enjoyed the game room were the played pool table and video games and watch movies. The cabin also offer one free admission to so many attractions and discounts you don’t want to miss I enjoyed a few myself. The host was amazing she texted me a few time to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything

Me and my family stayed at the Timber river cabin and let me start off by saying how big and beautiful this cabin was. From top to bottom the cabin was so clean and spotless. The pool was the kids favorite part although when we first walked in the smell of the chlorine was very strong, but we were able to use it thats how exciting the kids were. Its pretty big pool. And the hot tub was amazing. The balconies were nice and relaxing especially at night. We would really recommend this place to family and friends. It was by far the best vacation rental weve ever booked. Thank you again to beartracts. Before I forget I was able to collect some of my free admission to some attractions we went to like Dollywood theme park. Thank you again for having us and we will definitely come back again.

What a wonderful place to relax and stay! My family and I had a quick trip planned for the Smoky Mountain area and this cabin was PERFECT for our needs! It had everything you need to relax and stay entertained. Classic arcade gaming systems, pool table, and your own private hot tub and swimming pool! Not to mention TVs in multiple rooms, wi-fi, satellite TV, and roku for all your streaming service needs. We did have a an issue when we first arrived with the shower door being broken. But we placed a text via the instructions that we were provided and it was quickly and professionally corrected.

The management company was great, all instructions and information were fantastic and easy to follow. Do yourself a favor and book a cabin with Bear Tracts because they were great!

Overall the cabin was great. The pool was unusable the first 36 hours of our stay due to them adding chemicals shortly before our arrival. We couldn't even sit in the pool room without our eyes burning. Other than that everything was great and so was the pool after we were able to use it

Thank you for your feedback Nick. We are happy you gave us 5 stars on service and cleanliness but hate you felt you couldnt use the pool. Some people are more sensitive to chemicals than others. We clean and balance the pool between every turnover and very rarely have this complaint. Safety and health is our number 1 concern when it comes to taking care of our pools. This was our first time renting from bear tracts cabins but it won’t be our last . My husband takes me to pigeon forge every year for my birthday so we decided to go all out and get one with a pool and it did not disappoint! The cabin is beautiful and well kept and very clean . We enjoyed everything about this cabin and my husband really enjoyed the game room that is upstairs. The tv where the pool was wasn’t working so I sent a text to management and they got right back to me and had someone out there within an hour fortunately it was just a kicked breaker so the maintenance man was not there long and was very nice. Only complaint I have is that you can have a hard time getting a call out on your cell phone but other than that it was a perfect week and we will definitely be renting though this company again !!!

This is 5star the best of the best rental and owners. I travel for my job and have stayed all over the world. This beats nearly every 5 star luxury hotel I have stayed at. The Cabin is in “ Brand New Condition”! Everything from furniture to decor is done with class and elegance. My children and mother I law had their own space. We didn’t have to go anywhere. It is a vacation on its own. Beautiful views of the Smokey Mountains. You can get everything Door Dash and even Insta Cart. We literally had local wine delivered. The indoor pool makes for hours and days of fun. We truly appreciate the care that Bear Tracts has to offer. Our families saw our Cabin via FaceTime and we plan to rent the large Cabin next year for Family Thanksgiving. This is a beautiful 5 star high quality cabin. This is the opposite of roughing it. Thank you again Bear Tracts Vacation Cabins! One last thing your mins from everything exiting in Pigeon Forge.

My wife Brenda and I booked a stay in one of the bear cabins almost 9 years ago and the night before we were scheduled to travel we had an unfortunate death in the family which caused us to cancel our trip. Since then, my wife and I went through some very trying times which ultimately led us to a divorce. We have since rekindled our relationship and worked together in raising our children and finally selling our house which we celebrated by booking our vacation with you guys. Our stay was absolutely amazing and so surreal that it almost didn't seem real especially with the convenience of all the attractions and amenities right there within our fingertips. Without hesitation we rate our stay with you at five stars! We will be back soon and will not wait another decade before revisiting.
