Splashin' and Relaxin' has everything you need to keep the entire group entertained or relaxed! After so much to do in the area, the fun can continue day and night with your own private pool, wood-burning firepit, pool table, and hot tub. Located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with no steep or tight curved roads in a newly developing area. This is a resort location with other cabins nearby. A spacious 3-bedroom cabin with a Pool table and a multi-cade with 60 of your favorite old-school classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Galaga, perfect for all ages. Relax in your own private indoor pool or roast some marshmallows around the fire with your loved ones in the evening.
Top Level
The 3rd level has 2 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The game room will keep you entertained with a pool table and a 60+ game arcade system featuring your favorite 80s and 90s titles.
Main Level
The main-level king bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Cozy up by the fireplace or sit back and relax after a long day of hiking.
You will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area on this level. Prepare all your meals with ease!
Lower Level
On the lowest level of the cabin, you will find the indoor heated pool through a secured door. Lounge by the pool for some relaxation. Have you ever had a movie night poolside? Relax in the hot tub just outside the pool if you need something more therapeutic after a long day on the trails or shopping.

The house was just as advertised! Great location. The beds were comfortable and furniture too. Plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The only thing that could be improved is the internet service. We could not stream anything so if you need to stay connected for work - it would probably not be good enough. Probably need satellite because of the mountains.

This place was above our expectations. Had everything the description said. A very minor complaint is the alarm to the lower level pool area was very annoying. Maneuvering the door and sound of the alarm when you didn't close the door fast enough. The kitchen didn't have spices or anything other condiments except coffee filters. Not a big deal but make sure you bring your own. The decks almost need more lights or brighter bulbs. Location is perfect, pretty much in-between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Very nice. Would stay here again.

House was very easy to get to, roads easily accessible. Super close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, only a 15 min drive to SportsWorld. House was very clean, typical cabin decor. If you plan to cook, the kitchen is minimally equipped. No measuring cups or spoons, no mixing bowls etc. Most places we’ve stayed have cabinets that include salt/pepper, sugar, coffee pods etc this place has nothing, you will need to bring it all with you including toilet paper. If you have children make sure you bring plastic cups, as this place only has glass. Bring your own games if wanting some entertainment. Overall a good stay.

This cabin is exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay. Our only issue was having no common restroom downstairs. Not a big issue for us, but the restroom was off the master bedroom so no direct access. I highly recommend and we will definitely return.

The cabin all in all helped make our weekend getaway pretty memorable. From fires out back every night, the hot tub, the pool table upstairs, and everything else in between, we definitely enjoyed our stay.
The one thing that we would ask could have been better were the fitted sheets on all of the beds. The fitted sheet wasn’t even fully on the master bedroom’s bed when we first tried laying down, and every morning when we woke up, as well as our friends in their bedroom, we all had to retuck our fitted sheets back in. Plus on the comforter to the bed in the master bedroom, there was a large stain on the corner that tucks into the bedframe, we guessed maybe someone previously set a cup of coffee on the corner of the bed frame and bumped/spilled coffee on it.
Plus we noticed a smell of sewage in the pool area, coming from the room next to the bathroom, almost like maybe there was a floor drain trap that was dried out.
We’re definitely considering in the future looking into getting this cabin again, but bringing our kids to enjoy more of the pool! Thanks!

My wife, children and i had a great time here. This house was exactly as described so that was a good start , but what we loved most was the location. It was perfectly between Gatlinberg and Pigeon forge so it made it easy to enjoy both places, just minutes to get to either one.

This cabin is perfect!! The view is beautiful and relaxing. The house was spotless. The kids enjoyed the pool and video game. There are neighbors but the angle of the houses and trees make it private and feel secluded. We loved relaxing at night around the fire. You are close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We didn’t want to leave. Love everything!!

Loved the splashin and relaxin cabin. Perfect location in the mountains close to pigeon forge and not too far from Gatlinburg. The amenities at the cabin were fantastic. We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit, time in the pool and hot tub, played pool and video games. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The WiFi was pretty weak and inconsistent. I got better service just using my cell network. The bed sheets seemed too small for a king bed. The fitted sheet barely fit on the bed and would come off. Those two things were relatively minor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

BEAR TRACTS IS VERY EFFICIENT WITH INFORMATION.GIVES GREAT INSTRUCTION. THE SHEETS IN THE MASTER BED WOULD NOT STAY ON MATTRESS. THEY ARE TOO SMALL. THE ICE AND WATER TASTED TERRIBLE BECAUSE IT NEEDS A NEW FILTER. THE CABIN IS VERY NICE BUT NEEDS A THOROUGH CLEANING.

Our cabin was great! It had lots of room, plenty to do, and was very clean. The location was great too. Close to everything, but also tucked away from the business of the parkway. My only negative was that the sheets were sort of rough, and kept popping off the corners of the bed. It was almost as if they were queen sheets for a king bed.

This was our 2nd time renting through Bear Tracts and we were not disappointed. This cabin has it all. It’s spacious, clean, very easy to get to without 4WD/AWD vehicle (I drove my minivan), and has everything you need. My family of 5 (including 3 kids ages 13, 11 and 4) had a blast in the cabin. It rained every day of our stay but we didn’t mind because we enjoyed the pool and video games. Having 3 full bathrooms worked so well for us when it was time to get ready or shower after the pool. We also enjoyed sitting on the balconies and just looking at the views or listen to the birds. The location can’t be beat. We were so close to every where we wanted to be: Dollywood, Anakeesta, the aquarium, The Island and more! We’ll definitely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We are always apprehensive arriving at a new rental, the pictures never match what we walk into, but that was not the case with Splashin and Relaxin. Best VRBO stay ever! It was nice to experience everything just as it was presented. The property manager was super responsive and fast to take action. This home is absolutely beautiful and well appointed throughout. The pictures you see online is exactly what you get. It sits in a great location about halfway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had a couple of minor issues like a light out and heater had gone off in the pool room and the host was very quick to respond and and sent maintenance right out. The whole family enjoyed our stay. We had 6 adults and 2 young children and there was plenty of room. I can't say enough about Beartracts, they were a great host and can't wait to visit them again.

Everything was absolutely wonderful from checking in to this beautiful cabin to the outstanding service April & Matt provided. Only issues were of our own lack of knowledge but April & Matt responded quickly and guided us through them! Matt even had a maintenance tech up within 30-45 minutes on New Years Eve because the pool thermometer wasnt reading correctly! They checked it out and all was great! Location was so close to everything!

I loved the cabin!! We had a great time sitting around the firepit! A beautiful cabin and a overall beautiful trip for my family.

We did a lot of things while we were on this vacation, but the highlight of everyone's trip was the cabin. The beds/pillows were the best we've ever slept on, we woke up well rested each day. The pool was chilly but was perfect to cool off after a long day at Dollywood. And we did not skip a day without the hot tub or the video games console. The cabin was perfect for the 50 year olds and teens. We were also able to work from the cabin anytime thanks to the great internet speeds. The cable is satellite so it did go out for short periods during storms but we could still use our Netflix. Also, just a caution, the door does lock automatically when you close it which I learned the hard way as soon as we got tgere and locked us all out without my phone which had the code and car keys. Thankfully they have the rental company number on the front porch and my husband had his phone so they were wonderful and helped us out right away. Also, we loved having a free pass to each of the activities every day, we made good use of them and saved a lot of money with that and being able to eat in with the use of the kitchen. We were all very sad to leave the cabin and will absolutely be back! Oh, I also forgot to mention that the location was perfect, right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, we could get to all the fun places in a short time. Great stay!!

We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 young kids. The 3 King beds with on suite bathrooms were great. The cabin was 10 minutes from the city with amazing views from all 3 balconies. The private indoor pool was the biggest hit with the kids, and the adults loved the pool table and hot tub. We would love to stay again given the opportunity in the future and would recommend both this specific cabin and the management company. They were very easy to work with and the cabin was exactly as advertised.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of 7. Pool, hot tub and pool table was perfect for all. Cabin was clean and sufficient to all needs. Close to everything we needed and wanted to visit. We are already looking forward to book again!

We had a great time staying at this house! It had everything we needed and then some! Perfect for multiple adults and kids, lots of entertainment and comfort for everyone. The house was exactly as pictured and had beautiful mountain views from the decks. Everything was meticulously clean and looked brand new. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to make meals at home. Check in & out was easy with clear instructions. The house is in a great location, very close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We took advantage of the free tickets offered for attractions, it was very easy to redeem and a nice perk. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean. I wish there was a chair in the pool area, but that is nothing to complain about. Would stay again in the future!

Just a side note, sleeper sofa does not have an accessible bathroom at night. The half bath is located in the pool area and not convenient for that guest.

This home is awesomely located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was easy to access both locations within 15 minutes. The home was easy to access and clean. There were 3 couples in our group and everyone had their own space and bathroom and that's always nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Splashin and Relaxin. The cabin was immaculate and convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our kids loved the cabin so much, we only ventured into town one time. The owners were very responsive and immediately addressed a few issues at the start of the trip- all due to being the first to stay in the cabin. We had a great family trip to the Smokies and will definitely be back.
