Each Bedroom with an attached bathroom also has a mountain view out of the window. In the basement, you will find a pool table and an adjacent theater room with full surround sound is perfect to enjoy your favorite flick. After a long day hiking or strolling the strip in downtown Gatlinburg, you can relax in the hot tub. Hot tub seats 5.

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, a couch, a comfy armchair, and a big screen TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV (spectrum cable and internet) for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with loads of extra counter space making fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and easily serve dinner.

Dining Area
Bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the dining area along with eating delicious meals. There is a large table with chairs for 6 and the kitchen bar seats 4.

Play your choice of 400+ different playing tables on the digital pinball or your choice of 1500 games on the barrel multi-cade. Stay entertained for hours by hosting a friendly tournament on the Golden Tee arcade!

Here, you’ll also find the theater seating for 8 with a huge flat-screen TV, great for a little relaxation time after the kiddos drift to sleep or keep them occupied with their favorite cartoons while you do some relaxing.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 3 bedrooms — each with a flat-screen TV. Choose from 3 King Beds, a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the great room loft, or a queen sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

This was our first year staying with bear tracts and they did not disappoint. The cabin was very clean and more spacious than the photos looked. The beds were super comfortable to! We did have to contact the company after arriving and Tim was great to deal with!

Cabin was great, views were beautiful, location was fantastic. Saw two bears during our stay. Only complaint is that the kitchen garbage can seems to be an odd size. Our standard 13 gallon bags did not fit. We were able to prop the bag in place by wrapping it around 3 sides of the can and the lid kept it in place. We had trouble getting the pinball machine to work, but it worked after the maintenance guy repaired it. We did not find any bbq tongs, but made it work. The cabin is super close to the grocery store. The Gatlinburg strip is right around the corner and the park is very close as well so all the hikes we wanted to do were nearby also. We would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a 3 bedroom cabin.

Getting up to the cabin was not so bad.Couple switch backs but very drivable.We are from Florida so anyone can do it.This cabin didn't not disappoint. The view of the city, the amenities in the home, the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. The one thing I definitely want to point out is the Cabin management. We had some issues getting fire pit and hot tub to work properly. And they fixed them immediately.I would definitely rent from this Company again. The whole experience and cabin was awesome.

We booked this cabin for our family and absolutely loved the entire experience. The cabin accommodated all six of us comfortably with room to spare. The unit had 3 levels of amazing views of the mountains super comfortable beds, and modern feel to it all. The location was central to downtown and to nearby soccer tournament we had at the Rocky Tops Sports Complex. All local needs were 5 mins drive. I would highly recommend this cabin and this rental company to anyone. We received timely communications about the unit, how to use amenities and had very responsive support from the owners when we need it. 5 of 5 Stars! Thank you.

This cabin is in a great location. Amazing views of the mountains and part of downtown gatlinburg. The cabin itself is also amazing so when the weather is bad you can enjoy a spacious open floorplan, lots of tv's, movie room, game room, and hot tub.

So many things to love about this property! Our party ranged in age from 54 to 90. Everyone had their own floor/personal space and a gorgeous view. The beds were comfy and we all enjoyed our bedroom fireplaces. We had fun playing pool in the evening and having our coffee by the fire on the deck in the morning. The management staff was professional and quick to respond to our needs. The only thing we regret is not having more time to enjoy all this property had to offer. We would definitely rent here, again.

We had a great time in the cabin - it is very close to the Gatlinburg strip, but removed enough you don't have to see the traffic or all the people. Location is perfect for sunrise watching - views off the deck are breathtaking! And not in a "complex" so you don't have a bunch of other folks around.

We loved our time at Pinnacle Vista. The drive up the mountain did my soul some good! The tight pin turns straight uphill were worth views every morning from any one of our three balconies. Each kid in my family had his/her own bathroom and bedroom. There was space for everyone. We are a family of four. The hot tub was perfect. The movie room was a treat. The kitchen was well equipped. I brought a bag of my own spices, so we could make a few dinners at night. We took advantage of the free attraction tickets. The location was perfect. Super close to good hiking, the town of Gatlinburg, and not too far from Dollywood. I would rent here again in a heartbeat. The beds were super comfortable too.
I did bring our own beach towels which were super helpful since we did end white water rafting. I was glad my daughter had her cozy blankets for movie time on the couch or in the movie room.

the house was amazing. it was so clean and perfect shape. The drive up is exciting to the top of the hill.
The appliances and dishware were up to date and it had everything. We made 2 dinners and breakfast with the family with the nice plates and pans. it was amazing

the golden tee was awesome as well.

The maangement team was great to work with and we loved it so much we extended a day and they were so helpful to get this done.

My overall experience was great! It was son’s 1 year wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday. The cabin was very nice and well kept on the inside, however the spiders and cobwebs on the outside was a little unpleasant. We weren’t able really enjoy the deck and the hot tub because I simply do it like spiders at all.. and it was a bunch of them.. like more than just a few. We went and bought spider spray and something to knock down web and eggs... they had literally taken over the decks.. other than that the cabin inside and the view was amazing. The outside decks on the cabin definitely needs to be treated for spiders.

Thank you for your feedback Nancy, While the cabin has routine monthly pest control there are some things that there is no effective treatment for in the mountains. Spiders in the fall season are one of them. Particularly orb weavers which build large spectacular webs. Although they are scary looking spiders they are non-venomous. We can spray and tear down webs and they will return within 24 hours if not less. We do tear down webs intermittently and hate that you caught the cabin at an interval where they may have not been addressed recently. Thank you again for staying with us!

Wonderful experience renting Pinnacle Vista. Brand new house with the most amazing views. Family loved the theater room, pool table, hot tub and arcade games. Between hiking the smoky mountains and the house activities, it kept the everyone busy the entire week. The entrance to the mountains was only 10 minutes away. This location and house can’t be beat.

This Cabin was Better than I could have ever imagined! From the time we walked in the front door we were AMAZED! The cabin indefinitely Star! Ever detail that was put into the design and comfort of the cabin was definitely appreciated! The kitchen was fully stocked w/ top notch cookware, flat top grill, crock pot, dishes for kids plenty of flatware! The Beds were soooooo comfortable! We enjoyed the theatre and game room as well we had nightly movie night and the guy really enjoyed the pool able! The views we’re absolutely AMAZING FROM EVER ROOM!!! We are already planning our next visit!
