This conveniently located cabin offers privacy and is just a short distance from the Gatlinburg strip, with more action than you could ever handle in a single day. When you are ready for a more natural experience, you can enter the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, only 1 mile further.
Reliable High-Speed WIFI internet is provided by Spectrum. All TVs are ROKU and streaming apps are available using your own login credentials.
Along with the great location, A Bear's Gatlinburg Splash gives you a taste of luxury on the lower level of the cabin with outdoor seating with a picnic table, cushioned chairs, a hot tub, a charcoal grill, and best of all, you can enjoy a private, heated, salt pool all year round.
On the main level, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals. For more entertainment, you can head to the lower level and challenge one another to a game of shuffleboard or play the new multi-cade with 60 different classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Galaga! Wind down and snuggle up in front of the TV and electric fireplace at the end of the day, or enjoy sitting on the back deck in a rocking chair. Finally, you can retire to the master bedroom with a king bed and an attached full bath.
For additional sleeping space, the living room has a queen pullout couch for those trips you can't take alone.
On the lower level is a second king suite with a full en suite bath.
Bathroom towels and linens are provided. In-site stackable washer and dryer. Pool towels are provided.
The pool is approximately. 10 x 6 and approx 4 ½ feet deep.

My family enjoyed every second from the walk into the cabin all the way to us riding down the mount to downtown. It’s not a far drive from the cabin to downtown. The pool and jacuzzi was nice n warm. We enjoyed staying there and will be back.

This location (and cabin!) is perfect. Set up the mountain in a quiet, scenic & peaceful spot, yet it's only a few minute drive to Gatlinburg attractions & restaurants. The house itself has so much to do. The relaxation of having coffee on the back deck admiring the mountains and nature was an incredible start to each day! The pool was a fantastic bonus for the kids. We hope to visit the Smokies again and this is absolutely our first choice to stay.

Our stay at this cabin was very enjoyable with our two boys, 11 and 16. We tried the pool but ended up having a more enjoyable time in the hot tub. We were able to cook meals in-house with everything they had. Eveything was clean and organized when we arrived. My only problem was with the air conditioner or pool pump that made a very loud rumble all through the night everytime it came on, making it hard to sleep in the upstairs room.

We travel a lot and have never stayed in a cabin this clean. The pictures are accurate. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. The communication from the owners before/during/after has been incredible. Very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg.

My husband and I became empty nesters when our son started Virginia Tech in August and we decided a weekend get away was just what we needed. Thank goodness we found your cabin! It was just the place we needed to relax and reconnect. The hot tub and pool were the perfect ways to end our busy days in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is beautiful and so peaceful.

The cabin was very clean and enjoyable. Grandson had an excellent time in the pool. The coffee maker broke in the morning, contacted the management and had a new coffee maker that afternoon. Excellent service by the management team and maintenance. The road up to the cabin takes a little time to get used to it with the turns and blind spot. We were able to see six bears from the cabin, including a mother bear and her three cubs. Overall this is an excellent cabin to rent.

The cabin was conveniently located while also being semi secluded. The back decks were out of view from other cabins and offered the most beautiful views of the mountains and landscapes. Bears were present, but they never gave us any problems and we quite enjoyed watching them. The cabin was extremely clean and well maintained. Our children enjoyed the pool, which was also very clean and secure, every evening after a day of adventures. Communication was outstanding. They messaged us everything we needed to know before hand in detail which meant I never had to reach out about anything. We are already looking forward to our next stay here.

We had an amazing time at a Bear’s Gatlinburg Splash. The house was everything we hoped it would be: Clean, spacious, close to town yet still private, and spectacular views. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night and also made good use of the game room. All of the communication from the owners was super helpful and timely. We saw two bears from the balcony while enjoying our morning coffee. We highly recommend this cabin and are so grateful for an amazing, memorable trip to Gatlinburg.

Our cabin was very welcoming, clean and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg with beautiful views. Loved the cozy décor and the most comfortable beds. We ate most of our meals out while enjoying the many local attractions, but noticed the kitchen was very well-stocked for those who prefer to cook at the cabin. Loved relaxing in the indoor pool and the hot tub in the evenings! Would we rent this cabin again? You betcha!

If you want to see bears on your vacation, this is the cabin to book!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME we looked outside, we seen at least one bear. There was a momma and her 3 cubs that were staying in the neighborhood. We watched from our balconies.
Property and home are just as described. Absolutely beautiful. The drive TO the cabin is on a very steep road in some spots.
The website states that check in is at 4pm. I encourage you to call the establishment before just going to the house. We entered the home at 4:18pm after being told we could enter at 4. The home was not ready for us. At all. I spoke with a representative and they did get it handled. But, we had to sit in the driveway for an additional 2 hours. Just call ahead first. Again, they did make it right though.
Much quieter during the week sitting out on the back deck. Once the weekend arrived, you could hear the music and neighbors outside. It is very close to town.
If you are looking for a great steakhouse, try The Alamo Steakhouse.

It's a very nice very clean cabin. Way larger than we needed but I like bigger than to small. We saw bears and Bobcats while we were there. I'd recommend this cabin to anyone. Only thing we didn't like is the indoor pool was very cold. Ended up not even going in it and we tried twice.

Overall our stay was awesome! I definitely believe the home was exactly as listed. The road(s) to get to the house are a little sketchy- especially if you are not used to skinny country roads. Also the pool was smaller than we expected but looking back through the pictures and description- that was our misinterpretation. I would say the cleanliness was 95/100. The fans needed dusted and the closet floor in the lower level bedroom needed swept. But again - extremely well kept and clean. The view was amazing and it was quiet. We really enjoyed being close enough to everything but far enough away. We saw 3 bears while on vacation and all were at or near the house/cabin. I also had to reach out to the property manager(s) to ask a question about and they responded super quick and helpful! We would definitely stay here again if afforded the opportunity.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. The indoor pool was a game changer and such a hit with our almost 2 year old. The beds were large and comfy. Great location close to Gatlinburg. We had several bear sightings within feet of our balconies. The only negative would be that the grilling option was a charcoal grill outside the cabin. Given the bears we saw, we didn’t feel like it was a good idea to grill out there. Overall, it was a fantastic rental! We will definitely be back!

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay! It was nice to site see in the heat then come back to relax and cool off in the indoor pool. We enjoyed everything about this cabin, from the view to the pool. Our first night we had a bear at the back deck then day 3 a mama bear and 3 cubs laying by our van. We had some issues but maintenance was so great! The response time was amazing. We highly recommend this cabin!!

This house is so nice, loved the wall of windows with a view. The porch has 3 seating areas, really enjoyed sitting out there after a long day in the park. It’s close to the park, grocery, and town, without feeling like you’re close to town! The inside is beautiful, and the game room, pool, and hot tub were nice additions. Recommend this house!

We had a great experience. The rental was immaculate. We were able to take some adventures and come back to relax or enjoy some family fun in the pool. Well stocked and some extras that we had forgotten. Very well situated outside of the hustle and bustle of the main drag. There were some great restaurants on that side of town.

This cabin was so perfect for our family of 5. Close to everything we wanted to do. We spent a ton of time in the cabin swimming, hot tubbing, playing shuffle board and video games and sitting on the porches. Saw black bears every day traveling up or down and our last day had a bear right in the driveway and one on side of house. The house had everything we needed and it was super clean. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately via email. Will definitely return!

This cabin was beautiful! Main floor was nice and open with PLENTY of natural light. Lower level was also nice, more cozy. We very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin and wish it had been longer. Both balcony/decks were also nice and open allowing for plenty of space to relax. The cabin was also clean and everything was easy to use. Only small thing I’d suggest is maybe a slightly longer shower curtain for the shower on the main floor as some water did manage to escape due it being a little short.

If you are looking for a clean, peaceful, non crowded cabin this is perfect for you. Pool was nice to cool down with after a hike. Very close and easy to get to the Gatlinburg strip. We even had a bear sitting by the cabin one early morning which was super cool to see. All around we had a great experience and plan to come back in the future!!

We spent a lot of time on the well-appointed decks just reading and relaxing! And my three daughters absolutely loved both the pool and the hot tub! Very quiet area. I had one question about being late checking in and customer service was so pleasant and reassuring and promised to provide any help needed no matter the time.
I definitely would recommend this home. Its actually true to its description. Five very deserving stars!!

We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful property. The photos, which are good, don't even do it justice. The house is brand new and extremely clean. The view is breathtaking-- miles of mountains through huge glass windows. My children loved the indoor pool, the hot tub, and the game room. We saw a bear just feet from our porch on the first day. All around wonderful experience. The router did need to be reset every morning but that's a minor quibble and easy to deal with.

This is one of the best places we have rented! The property was very clean, ready for check-in, and exactly as described. It was close enough to all of the activities in the area but nice to return to a quiet cabin with a view at the end of the day. The roads are steep and curvy and there is a very healthy bear population. We had two frequent bear visitors (one with four babies!) and they were a little too comfortable around people, so please remember not to feed them. We actually needed a bear horn to keep a safe distance, which was helpful without being harmful. We will definitely return to this cabin!

The cabin was beautiful,clean,just as described. The view was amazing. The cabin was close enough to be able to get to town yet secluded enough for some peace and quiet. This was our first time traveling to Tennessee and we really enjoyed our time in this cabin.

Loved staying here! The beds are very comfortable and the pool was a great surprise for our 16 yr old's birthday! We stayed 4 days and each night was able to sleep soundly after the days activities.

This house was incredible and even better than the pictures. It's the perfect location - close to both downtown and the art district, but free of the noise and hustle and bustle of downtown. The views are amazing, the property was extremely clean, and the additional amenities such as the pool and hot tub were perfect for the chilly fall weather. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We even saw two black bears close to the house when driving to town one day! I will definitely be back one day!

This was an amazing cabin. My husband and I booked it for our 40th wedding anniversary and it was so peaceful and a great place to just relax. The only thing I would do different if it were my place is to add some pull down shades on the lower glass windows across the back of the home. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again. A+++++

My husband and I stayed at A Bear’s Gatlinburg Splash for our first anniversary in October 2022. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and smelled so clean when we first arrived. It was even more stunning than the pictures! We had a minor issue we found that was fixed right away. The communication was top notch with excellent customer service. We also enjoyed the free tickets to Anakeesta and Titanic which was an added bonus! Overall we were beyond happy with everything Bear Tracts provided and would 100% recommend them to anyone traveling in the area. 5 stars! We hope to stay again!

From the owners,to the staff in the office, to the builders of this property, hands down the best place ive ever stayed in. April and Mandy are incredible people and ensure all of your needs are met promptly. Amazing company and i would recommend ANYONE to stay here. All pictures on website are not misleading in any way, thats actually how is looks when you walk in the door. We absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful, brand new cabin. With amazing views, and visits from local wildlife, there was plenty to see. The pool and games kept our little ones entertained, while we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Being five minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, we had plenty of time to enjoy our adventures. The amazing folks at Bear Tracts Vacation Cabins were more than able to provide a top tier vacation experience, resolving any issue we had quickly and ensuring our stay was smooth sailing.We are already looking forward to next year, and cannot wait for another fantastic family vacation at A Bear's Gatlinburg Splash!
The cabin is close to town and it doesn’t take long to get anywhere. The hot tub is a great way to relax after a busy day. It was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at.
