This house was amazing! The location is just what we thought it would be by looking at the pictures. Our kids loved the game room, pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and just beautiful. We had to contact the management team a couple of times for minor things, and they were very friendly, helpful and responded very quickly. Would highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again one day.

The stay at the cabin was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed being close to all the attractions but loved being tucked away from the bustle at the end of the day. Loved to view and sitting on the porches and throughly enjoyed taking a dip in the pool and hot tub at the end of the days. This place was great for our family to come together and celebrate my nieces 13 birthday and she also loved the stay.

The location to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was great while also being able to feel secluded from everything. You have to be okay with curvy small roads, I would take those roads again for this cabin. We already know we plan to stay again next year!

This vacation rental was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen/open living area was spacious, with enough seating for all twelve of us. The kids loved the game room and pool and the grownups loved the hot tub. We made s'mores one night and there were no mosquitoes (mid-June). The back porches were wonderful for watching the sunset. We even saw two black bears (they didn't bother us at all).

This house was perfect for our stay. The house was spotless with fantastic amenities, very well thought out. Kids loved the bunk room and the downstairs playroom. The views were spectacular. Conveniently located with 20 minute drive to all the places we wanted to go. We accidentally left a backpack behind when we left and the property manager, Tim, went above and beyond to make sure it was safely returned. Absolutely no complaints from our stay. We had a great week and were sad to leave!

We had a great stay! The house was as pictured. It was very clean. The TV in the theater room was broken when we arrived and it was promptly replaced the next day. The pool and hot tub were very clean, like the rest of the house. All the beds were comfortable. The cookware was adequate. We loved the abundance of plates, glasses, and silverware. It would be nice to have basic spices (salt, pepper, EVOO) provided, but we supplied our own. We were 10-20 mins from all major attractions that we intended to visit.

This cabin did not disappoint! The house itself was gorgeous with a wonderful view, comfy beds and minutes from hundreds of attractions. We spent Spring break with our kids and friends. Everyone had their own space and the kids loved the game room and pool. The hosts were very communicative and gracious and the space was lovely and clean. We are already longing to go back!

The cabin was perfect for our family of 10! Everything was clean and well maintained and just as described. The grandkids really enjoyed the game room and pool and there was plenty of space for alone time or family time together. Check in, communication during the stay and check out was very easy. We did have one issue with the family room TV, but we worked around it. We will definitely be back!

Amazing views and wonderful stay at this cabin. New property, great amenities, spacious for large groups. Location is about 15 minutes from major attractions, great if you’re looking for a quiet, secluded mountain retreat. Would recommend this cabin, but a few things to note, be mindful of the pool sensor (very sensitive and blares loudly), the beds have a protective covering that made it very hot and uncomfortable for cool sleepers, and the communication from the hosts felt excessive, with constant notifications. Would be nice to have just a reminder ahead of the stay.

Found items and crumbs under furniture and dust bunnies on the stairs. Pool was cold, temperature never adjusted to warm. One bed was partially made, not sure if it was an over site? Linens for sofa bed were piled in the master closet unfolded and obviously not laundered. Thankfully we didn’t need them. Overall the house was a great size and worked well for our family. Lots of room for a large group.

We sincerely apologize for the housekeeping concerns you experienced. The linens you found in the closet were not intended for the sleeper sofas — those are kept in drawstring bags, wrapped in plastic, and placed directly on the sofas. The linens in the closet should have been removed, and we’ve addressed that oversight with our cleaning company. Additionally, what may have appeared to be a partially made bed is actually due to our practice of folding clean sheets and placing them under the comforter to help avoid any concerns with stray hairs or dust. The cabin was clean and the space was perfect for our big family (16). The kitchen had everything that was need to cook. The pool was great for the kids and covenant to the adults to not have to load everyone up a drive to swim. The cabin was easy to find and in close proximity to The Island and the strip. There were only a few things that could be worked on and one being the road in and out. There are multiple cabins on the hill and if you meet someone coming in/out there is no space to get over so that one car can pass. Secondly, the chairs on the decks were very low to the ground and we had elderly people in our group that couldn't sit in them to enjoy the view. It would be nice to have had a few higher chairs or possibly rocking chairs. Lastly, yes it is for safety reasons, the pool had an Pool Immersion Alarm and it kept going off when we passed it. We had smaller children with us that are special needs and it was extremely loud scaring them. Over all thought it was an amazing place to stay with easy check in and out and great communication with the host. We would definitely stay again!
