Loft bed was horrible and need replacement so as leaving room pull out sofa.
If we are paying so much for stay then at lease we expect to sleep comfortably.
It was nice to have games.
Also TV need replacement

The cabin was peaceful and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the games in the evening. And swinging on the porch was relaxing. If the cabin was upgraded with blinds that open and close, and tvs were a little more modern, and the outdoor picnic table was on a spot of the land viewing the mountains the stay wouldve been perfect.

what a nice cabin. stayed here with my daughter and grandkids. everyone enjoyed every minute of vacation! the cabin was perfectly located for privacy but close to all attractions. It had everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely stay again when I go back to Tennessee.

This cabin is exactly as described and pictured. Secluded, but still close to downtown and all attractions. Cabin is very clean and well taken care of. Had everything that we needed and more. The view from the balcony is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

This was a perfect family vacation! The cabin is beautiful and just as described. I loved drinking coffee on the swing every morning, its sheer bliss!

Great family vacation, we enjoyed the surrounding activities and the complimentary tickets were out to great use!

Last thing, loved playing games at night w/the family over a great BBQ dinner. We cant wait to come back here - I think we may make this an annual trip!

It was great, couldn't ask for a cleaner cabin, kitchen has anything and everything anyone would need. pictures on web site are exactly what you get. Definitely will be back. Can't say enough about it. Thank you!

We have been going to Gatlinburg for 5 years and this is such a clean cabin and by far the cleanest we have stayed in. Also owners are so accommodating and fast to response to communication. I would highly recommend this cabin!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful! It was super clean when we arrived! It has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the bedrooms! The hot tub on the deck is such a plus after a long day of activities in the surrounding towns! There is also a pool table, game station, and tons of games throughout the house for kids! Any questions we had, were immediately answered by Matt via text (Matt replies in like 2 minutes or less each time)! I highly recommend staying here! I have shared the link to this cabin with atleast 10 of my friends already! We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay! We will MOST DEFINITELY be back in the future!

Fantastic stay..I wish the weather was cooler.. second time at this cabin..Owners were extremely prompt with responding to emails..Definitely would stay here again !!

Excellent accommodations. Beautiful cabin with pool and gaming tables. enjoyed the view from the front porch morning and evenings as well. the hot tub was especially good following our 8 mile hike on the Ramseys Cascade trail. Appreciate the timely communication using the Hospitality app and quick response when we discovered our coffee pot was broken! We as a family, highly recommend Bear Tracts and would live to come back soon!

Cozy cabin space for a family get together. The best part was jacuzzi both inside and outside. The views from the cabin were amazing. I recommend this cabin for a perfect family vacation.

Super responsive host. Great location- close to the National park and to town. Beautiful views. This is a semi-secluded cabin (most are right next to each other). You will pass other cabins on the private road but you are up on a hill by yourself and you can't see other cabins from there. We'll be back!

This is our first Airbnb experience and we did not know what to think or expect. The cabin was really clean upon entrance everything was exactly as described and it was easy access. Its a very nice and quiet place to get away and that is close to everything. The Papa Johns delivery guy will even come up to the mountain. It is a Windee road but it is safe. This cabin is perfect for our three person family. The kitchen has all modern appliances pots and pans etc. The washer and dryer is located upstairs and the upstairs has a standalone shower and whirlpool tub. The upstairs queen bed bedroom is loft style with no door. The master bedroom has a king size bed that is very comfortable and it has a detached master bathroom. The kitchen is right outside the master. The hot tub, the long deck and porch swing made it a very relaxing place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Serendipity!! The cabin was very cozy and had everything you need for a getaway during these times! It literally has everything on our checklist! The cabin was also very clean! The owners are absolutely amazing to work with! They will tend to anything you need as soon as they can! Very lovely people!!! Will definitely be booking again!
