Please note that the roads throughout Cobbly Nob Resort are narrow, and street parking is not permitted to ensure emergency vehicles can safely access the community at all times. Cobbly Nob is a family-friendly resort, and guests are asked to observe the 20 mph speed limit throughout the neighborhood. Large buses are not permitted within the community.
